Very nice, comfortable, friendly, brewery with a variety of delicious beers. Decided to stop here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised with not only the high quality of the beers, but also the incredibly nice brewery itself! The Tropical stout was interesting in a good way, The Octoberfest beer was very good, and I went home with a 4pk of the Black Lotus. We will definitely stop back in for another visit!

Hoya Hop Brewing absolutely blew me away! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the passion and pride they put into everything from the atmosphere to the service and, of course, the beer. Every pour is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with serious care and creativity. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to talk hops, styles, and recommendations, which makes the whole experience even better.

The space has a great vibe. It’s relaxed, clean, and perfect whether you’re hanging out with friends or just enjoying a solo flight. They’ve built something special here, and it shows. You can tell Hoya Hop Brewing is not just about making beer; they’re building a community around it.

If you appreciate quality brewing and good people, this place deserves to be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Look I’ll keep this short: this place is top 5 best breweries we’ve been to, We’ve had our fair share of traveling around the U.S and the fact that this is in our back yard is beyond me! Whoever had the concept of the interior executed it and went above! Can’t believe people give this less than 5 stars.

Really nice space with plenty of room for both small and large groups. The beers are very good, with a wide variety of styles available. The flatbread pizzas were good, too. Hoya Hop House is a really fun stop. It was a pretty new brewery on my stop but it was already really well put together. They reclaimed an old building with a ton of exposed brick and has an industrial feel with lots of seating, some breakout private rooms, and patio. The service is super friendly and it's an easy place to hang out.

For beer they had 12 of their options on tap including: an American ale, pale ale, west coast IPA, jasmine rice lager, sour wheat ale, DDH Hazy IPA, Belgian Wit, French pilsner, mexican lager, a barrel aged oktoberfest, and a kiwi strawberry seltzer. They have a full bar plus flatbreads and other foods.
I truly enjoyed my time here. While the beer did not blow my mind, it was good. This is a place i would be happy to hang at for a few or many hours.

The wife and I love going to breweries and trying beers. Hoya hop looks awesome, but the beer was terrible. We tried several and they all tasted off, like they didn't sterilize the equipment properly before brewing them. The best thing was the microwaved sourdough pretzel, and even that wasn't worth the trip or cost.

Cool little brewpub. Nice selection of beers. One of the best Peanut Butter stouts I have had (not too sweet), and found the boch (maibock?), and especially the french pilsner (a bit different from the german or czech varieties) very good indeed. Parking easy and service very friendly and attentive. Food varied. Nachos were average, but the flat bread - wow. It was really tasty with perfect crust, good marinara sauce, and realy tasty toppings (especially the chicken). Bar has tvs with sports, and a cosy den like area with couches and board games. Open and airy ambiance. Also had interesting non-beer menu, but did not try. Really glad we stopped in. If they can dial in the food options a litte more, would be hard to beat. Recomend it highly. Would give it a 4.5 overall as a brewpub if that rating available.

The beer is good, the staff are great and it's a great environment. My one suggestion for those going with dogs, if you're going when theyre open early during a hot day, there is absolutely no shade. Our black dog did not tolerate it well and we had to adjust. Please put out some shade options for those with dogs!

Hoya Hop House has a cool, laid-back vibe with a solid tap list and good service—definitely a great neighborhood spot to hang out. The only downside? My phone ran out of battery and there were zero charging options available.

No charging stations or portable chargers in sight, which was frustrating when I wanted to snap a few pics and stay in touch with friends. With how common charger kiosks have become at bars and breweries, it feels like something Hoya should consider adding. Would make the experience that much better.

Absolutely amazing! Loved the houseplants and aesthetic, casual and friendly. Cocktails and beer are as good, if not better, than anything I've had in Twin Cities, Madison or Milwaukee! Great flatbreads too. I grew up near Waupun and visit family regularly and this will be a go-to everytime! The Butter Pecan Nitro Stout blew me away and the brew lineup is innovative and dynamic, without being too trendy. All around great spot and excited to see how it evolves.

This brewery is a great addition to our community. I unfortunately can't drink the beer due to being gluten free but my family members enjoy it a lot and the nachos, too. They have a gf seltzer and cocktails that are fabulous! The sitting spaces are really nice and add to the brewery experience. We love hoya and will continue to frequent it!

This place feels like a little slice of brewery heaven flew to Waupun and landed there. Such an amazing atmosphere and the flatbread and nachos were so much better than any standard bar food you could get elsewhere. The old fashioned I had was strong and flavorful. You’re going to pay more for this place; however you always pay more for better products in life. This is a top notch establishment far beyond anything else around. Will definitely be our go to spot for a nice date night in the future.

There is no service, just bartenders behind the counter. They were nice and good job on explaining the beers.
On the card reader it wants you to tip at 20%. I'm sorry to stand behind a counter and tap a beer is not worth that tip.
The atmosphere is pretty cool tho.

Cool place. Nice atmosphere!! Quick service all around! Food was good. You clean up your own dishware which wasn’t an issue. Bathroom setup is really slick. As a “beer”person price on the small glass is a bit steep considering its waupun. It would also be great to see a full bodied ipa / hazy on the beer menu. Im hoping thats something that will change.

Sorry, but not gonna be my favorite. The beer was really good, the M'lady was exactly like Xrated from the liquor store. The flatbread was really good, the wings were basic, slimy, and baked like the ones from Domino's. If you want an non alcoholic drink (soda), you get water from the fountain. You can ask for ice. Was kinda annoyed that we paid $60 to stand in line for our drinks, wait forever for our food to be at the pick up window, and to clean up our own dishes. ** update**I have since learned that they do have non-alcoholic drinks available. The guy at the register insisted that they did not, even though a 7-Up can was sitting there for a mixed drink, he told me he was not able to sell me the soda.
