We ordered two coffee drinks, a sausage breakfast burrito, chocolate chip scone and a slice of the ham & Swiss and cauliflower quiche of the day. We waited for our name to be called and it never was called after 20 minutes of waiting. We went up and they never even made our food yet. They could’ve gave us the scone right away but they didn’t. Absolutely horrible service!!! We were visiting from out of town and WILL NOT be coming back here!

We love this location of Icki Sticki. The staff are always friendly and it's a great unique spot with small vendors who have a spot for unique trinkets.

While we really love this place for a tea or a coffee, the ice cream is clearly the biggest draw. Chocolate Shoppe ice cream will always be well made and they stock over 20 varieties (as well as packaged quantities in their freezer.)

Great place to grab a coffee and relax.

DO NOT get their "smoothies" if you are looking for fruit! They are marketed as dairy free but I assumed they would have at least one small morsel of frozen fruit at least. They are blended ice, flavored syrup, and small fruit jellies. It's a slushee of sorts. Service was great, definitely not the workers issue. it's just simply not a smoothie.

Whole town lost power. The 2 staff working this morning were up and running as best they could. Super nice, and fast enough considering all their machines and computers were interrupted. Such a cute stop! First time customer and I wish I was in town longer so I could go back a hundred times!
I had the loaded hash brown quiche and iced cookies butter latte. Both were phenomenal. I forgot to take a photo for my review until I'd already eaten half of the quiche! Employees were all so kind and patient as I navigated the menu.

These ladies were amazing and any flavor we haven't heard of, havent had before, or just wanted to experience we were given samples spoons to try before confirming the perfect flavor combo which was recommended to try 2 different flavors w our 2 scoop cones, I'm glad they did. My husband and I stopped at the Mt. Horeb store this morning for coffee and food. Both were delicious. I had a ham cauliflower quiche, and Bill had a cinnamon roll and cappucchino. The store also sells ice cream, milk, t-shirts, and hoodies, as well as Collectivo coffee. You won't be sorry you stopped. Service was great too.

Seeing the high rating in general, my experience may not be representative of the average customer but this was my experience.

People kept raving about this place so my partner and I were in the area so we decided to stop. It was not busy. There was one car at the drive thru and one couple inside. Inside it was incredibly unclear where you were supposed to order. There were at least 4 people working and NOBODY came up to the register to take our order and the workers saw us but wouldn't even make eye contact with us. There was a couple waiting at the register too who were being ignored as well. We waited awkwardly for about 15 minutes before we, along with the other couple walked out without purchasing anything.

The owner reached out to me after and apologized for my experience which I appreciated. However, they offered a gift card for me to take down my review. I have some moral quams about artificially inflating a business's rating. This is my experience and it helps give potential customers a holistic view of a business and it helps owner's improve management.

If I try to stop by again and the experience improves I will ammend this review, but as it stands this was my most recent experience.

Came here on Dec 18th waited 20 mins before order was took, then waited another 30 minutes before I stepped back up to ask if my drinks were made. After my order was took the gal said they’d be up shortly, I didn’t intend on 30 minutes later, I wasn’t going to leave without my paid product. They proceeded to make everyone else’s drinks and serve the line(which I understand they were very busy and closing early) but they managed to work on the other guests order and forget mine… I kept getting looked at by the worker, and the other worker didn’t even have the print out of my order. I never have an issue coming here, but waiting almost an hour for two beverages is insane.

I've been a customer of Icki Sticki since they were a hole in the wall in downtown Mount Horeb, but quite honestly I've been disappointed in their business recently. Today I waited quite a while for my drink when it wasn't even crazy busy, and then when I tried to purchase something else the workers seemed to not notice me at the counter.

As someone who works at a restaurant, I understand that orders are sometimes forgotten about, but the problem here seemed to be that the store was understaffed and that roles were not delegated properly. In this case, there was only one barista attending to both in-store and drive-thru orders. One would think that a business with 3 locations would make sure to staff them enough so that all responsibilities can be handled concurrently. It feels like Icki Sticki has so much to offer on their menu that they're trying to do too much at once, and as a result, workers are being spread too thin and customer experiences are suffering.

Lovely stop on our trip to Mt Horeb! I especially liked the board where you could either bless someone with a free item or take an item if it applied to you. There was one that said “for a mom” and I’ve never felt so seen lol! My husband and I were on a much-needed one night getaway as parents to 5 kids. My caramel brûlée latte was great, as were the sandwiches we had. Really good multi-grain bread. We wanted to try the boba tea since we’d never had it before, but the black tapioca was out. Next time?? The ice cream all looked great and tons of unique flavors.

I needed a quick spot to stop and I decided to stop here. Boy, am I glad I did. First and most importantly, the coffee is really good. Any of the flavored stuff is gonna be delicious — I had a Gingerbread Cookie Cold Brew. It was delicious. Perfectly flavored, sweet but not overwhelmingly so.
Probably the best part of this place is the “Be Kind Pay It Forward” wall. You can purchase a drink for a stranger. They label the receipt, and then that person can use the pre purchased drink. So cool. I bought a drink for a nurse, bc my wife is a nurse, and if anyone needs a little extra kindness in their lives these days, it’s nurses.

Our family are frequent flyers of both the drive-through and dine-in. We've had just about everything on the menu & its all good. Ice cream, coffee, waffles, shaved ice, smoothies, baked goods, sandwiches,... and even that boba tea drink with the exploding flavor-balls sucked through the garden-hose equivalent of a straw (you know... the gold standard beverage for young, trendy "influencers").
