Infusino's West just lost a customer to Ruffalo's 2 in Kenosha. Took a break from here in June due to the lousy pizza we paid for. Decided to give them another try. Ordered a virgin crust and received what looked like a thin crust, along with a burnt top. I can't believe they thought it was acceptable to ask for money for this so called pizza. Besides the pizza, the men that answer the phone for carry out are extremely rude. NO ONE says hello when they answer and they always sound irritated to take the call. Thanks Infusino's West, I'm onto spending WAY LESS for better pizza from Ruffalo's.

I ordered a large sausage pizza to go with a 20-25 min time frame. I showed up within the time frame and was told it was still in the oven. Come to find out my pizza was on top of the oven the entire time. I only live 1 mile away and my pizza was cold when I got home. I called to tell them about my dissatisfaction and was told that the reason was the long line at the window when my pizza was done. That's BS as I was sitting there the entire time. They offer to remake the Pizza or give me a $10.00 credit. Their pizza was $18.00 and I gave a $2.00 tip. I'll never go back!

Honestly, never left a review for anywhere on Google before, but tonight is deserving. Had their pizza a few times throughout my life. Has always been below average. Infusinos’s on Rapids is a much better choice by family name. Been living in the neighborhood for a couple months. Ordered a couple times. Pizzas were C+ at best. Called tonight before close, and they wouldn’t take my order. DeRango’s did, and their pizza is wonderful.

This pizza looks and taste like a previously ordered pepperoni pizza that was canceled that then other ingredients were placed on top of and reheated really quickly.
A freshly made pizza crust should not be this rubbery or medium in heat. I'm not sure if y'all have a new cook in the kitchen or if management isn't in to watch over y'all in that kitchen. I am so disappointed in this pizza. I ordered from this company because I wanted authentic pizza. I knew something wasn't right with how fast this pizza was completed. Never rush greatness, you're supposed to be serving people quality not quantity. I guess I'll just have to stick to Pizza King up the street.

Update 7/27/2024..

So I waited 7 months to try again and they didn't get one of the sandwiches I ordered.. even though I specifically said Italian beef as my 2nd order.. called to say they didn't charge me.. and I explained how this is now the 2nd time I'd try to return as a customer.. never again.

Have ordered for years , usually the sheet pan pizzas .

Came in on New Year's Eve after placing a phone pickup and was told an hr , no problem. Came in at 50 minutes, paid and was told pizza was still cooking..we had a fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and a pizza bread also .. waited 15 more minutes and asked about it .. a cook said the pizza had to be remade. . nobody had said anything at all .

I get things happen particularly on a holiday weekend.. I'm fine with that.. however leaving me to sit there like an idiot for 30 minutes waiting while food portion is warming on the oven.. ruining the pizza bread ( soggy ) and the fettuccine Alfredo with ( minimal chicken ) being lukewarm isn't really how I wanted to end 2023 . I'll rethink coming here again in the future. Our pizza was half sausage and half pepperoni ( pepperoni was only on outer edge of the pizza . Likely because it was rushed to be remade .)

PS I've worked as a pizza delivery driver for years before so I completely understand the stress involved on a weekend, but no communication just can't fly regardless of how busy you are .

Do not order pizza from Infusinos on Washington. It’s very trash compared yo Rapids drive Infusinos. They use old dough thats not mixed or proofed right. Look at the photos between the two. Ordered a small virgin crust on washington and its almost flat and very unappealing. The thicker virgin crust is risen just right at the infusinos on Rapids. Updated Review - 10/20/23: Friday night…. Neither one of us wanted to cook… we decided on pizza. So, we call for a pick-up from our favorite pizza place…. Infusino’s Pizza on Washington. It was delicious! We got a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza on virgin crust…. And an Italian salad. Everything was Mmmm!!! We love Infusino’s Pizzeria!

The owners were really nice about things and did offer me another pizza complimentary and I thought that was nice. That being said, I have gone to the restaurant and ordered things many times where everything was wonderful. That's the main reason I wrote the review is that it just wasn't up to their usual standards. I was highly disappointed with this order in particular.

First off, the establishment needs a bit of an update. Along with the menu items. I got the veal cutlet that was so salty it was almost inedible. Also their garlic bread for what they charge is just bread toasted with garlic powder. Like a rip off of the price. I mean if you made actual homemade garlic bread at your house it'd be a million times better. The saving grace at this restaurant is the lovely staff of waitresses you have. They are very attentive and always checking up on you. Overall food quality is pretty mid. Its like you go out to eat for good food and it's like you could probably make your own pasta with jar sauce that would taste better.

Two stars because they were polite about cancelling my transaction at my request upon receipt of their pizza I didn't want after opening the box.
Pizza was undercooked, had large oil pools floating on top of the cheese, and would need a knife and fork to eat and was falling apart and messy. To be fair, I never got to taste it. But it looked nothing like Infusinos Northside. I just wanted pizza I could eat with my hands.
I called Infusinos North and got what I was looking for.
The pizza sauce wasn't even a red sauce at all; it was more like a Spaghetti-o orange. Yuck.

Over all not bad. I ordered it and then seen some of the reviews and was a little nervous. Would I eat it if it was in front of me. Yes. Would I buy it again. Not for $20. The topping were fresh (I got green peppers and onions). The sauce I couldn't really taste. The crust was cooked and crispy. The cheese could have been cooked a little more for my liking but it was hot and melted. Customer service was not bad at all. The person on the phone was very nice and friendly. Decided to give this place a try after reading mixed reviews about it. Got a pan pizza which smelled and looked delicious. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sauce. I thought the pizza as a whole was just okay, but I would still suggest others give it a try. Very reasonably priced.

My family and I love getting pizza from here. But as of late we have been having issues with their menu. The website that is linked to their search only reflects the menu for the Rapids drive location and not this location. On multiple occasions I have asked for things on the websites menu and was told they don't have them. This last time they said that that website isn't theirs. That is only confusing because their address is listed on the website as well as the rapids location.

But please know the pizza is very delicious!
