The food is beyond authentic to me. The mini size shells covered with their sauce and meatballs did give me the food coma I desire. An incredible meal.
The best part of this food pick-up was seeing the owner rip into the kitchen people for the loud Hispanic music going on.

First time here and this place did NOT disappoint!!! This will be my new go to for Italian! We had an appetizer of calamari served with lemon and marinara and it was good. I had the Veal Calabrese with butter garlic angel hair pasta and it was delicious!!! My love had a combo plate with lasagna and chicken parmigiana and both were super tasty (of course we shared). The serving size for each plate was ebough to fill me and bring home a whole other meal for home. They also serve a bread basket with fresh bread slices, butter, and crackers. So much food, great service and atmosphere! We will most definitely be back either for a repeat or to try the pizza!!!

I love their food but when I placed an order for carry out was disappointed. It was a busy Friday night when I went there to pick up my order I placed an hour and a half beforehand unfortunately receptionist there gave it to somebody else so I sat there and wait another 20 minutes for them to make a new one. ** Edited** We’ve been back a couple of times, and never disappointed. The bread is always very fresh, the wait staff is friendly, especially Laurel, and they give you the desired amount of time to dine between the courses .

After we became familiar with the post pandemic hours, we finally made it to Infusino’s!
Party of two and we had a nice experience. Cute entrance way and friendly greeting.
Waitress was in training so we were attended to well.
Food was delicious and reasonably priced for the portions. Salads were basic but good. Perch was lightly battered and served with green beans and a side. Chicken Fettuccine was creamy, tasty and the noodles were perfect. The Italian bread was fresh with a nice crust.
I did the mushroom add on and it was the easily the best $.99 I’ve spent in a long while! Don’t skip the mushrooms!
We had a wonderful meal and will definitely be back to try other things on the vast and diverse menu.

This place has always been my go to since moving to Racine. But the lady who answer the phone on 1/17/2025 at around 3:16pm- 3:20pm was so unprofessional and improper. As a paying customer this will be the last time I order here. She did not even let me finish my order she just said "your total is " and clicked. Better to go try a different place than this location. Not worth your money, Rude employees, Horrible Customer Service, Makes you wait longer than the 30 minutes they said it will be done. No courtesy an absolute mess of a pizzeria.

My family needed a place to host a private memorial service after a death in our family, we were welcomed to host this event privately and with so much ease. The server/bartender who took care of us (Kathleen) I believe was her name was so generous, the service was excellent. Ordered food over the phone and paid. Delivery expected payment upon delivery even though already paid. "Manager" stated she would call the police to sort out even though the charge was pending. If zero stars was an option I would give that. All the food was cold. The Garlic Bread with cheese had no butter or garlic and next to no cheese. The Mozzarella Sticks were cold and dont appear to even had been fried. Having grown up ordering food from this restaurant, this was a complete disappointment and will be the last time I order. Very good food for the price, but make sure that you pick a spot that’s away from the windows because it was quite cold. Granted it’s winter, but I don’t want to have cold drafts on me while I’m trying to eat. If decor from the 70s is your thing this is the restaurant for you. Definitely would eat there again if I was in the area going to the theater, but I would allow more time. You need to be into leisurely dining to eat there. We had a deadline and almost didn’t make it.

Not sure what happened tonight, we’ve been a customer for quite some time and brought our pizza home this evening which is 5 minutes away, pizza was a mess, a pool of cheese that wasn’t even melted, sausage that wasn’t cooked thoroughly, garlic bread was very hard. My mom and I come here to dine often because we love their pizza and lasagna! They always get us in and out fairly quickly (pizza takes a bit longer) so that we can get to the RTG on time. Absolutely worst experience ever! I called to place my order & they said 30 minutes for pickup. I go to Toppers (because I forgot where I ordered) & they tell me they don't have my order. I called Infusino's & I asked the lady could she verify that my order was ready. She asked me when is it supposed to be ready & said 30 minutes. She said then it's ready & hung up. So I get there & there's 2 guys waiting in front of me. I waited at the pickup counter for 10 minutes. Other workers see me & don't say anything. I asked the guys how long they've been waiting & they said 20 minutes. And they already paid! Since no one was helping me I called the restaurant asking for them to send someone to help. Waited another 10 minutes. I tried to flag some one down but still getting ignored. Finally this young chick w/an attitude came up, was super rude, & basically said this isn't her job. Another lady behind me called her out on her rudeness & then we get into a shouting match. The owner comes up trying to figure out what's going on. Does he offer an apology? Nope. Just laughs it off & tries to get me out of there as soon as possible. I'll never go back again!!!

I can honestly said that by far is the worst pizza I had ever had. The service was bad too, to start we order the pizza a bottle of wine and our main entress at once but we wanted the pizza first. The waitress comes back 15 and let us know that the wine was unavailable but that "she" whoever the person was going to get 1 when "she" went down to get other stuff. We politely declined, even so she recommended the glass of wine since I guess the bartender had enough for that. Seriously.
The bread took a long time, the soups were supposed to come before the pizza, it came 2 mins before the "pizza". The pizza look like a low carb tortilla with sauce and cheese on top, cut into squares. Who eats pizza like that. it wasn't hot, and didn't taste good. The server that I wish I'll remembered her name, didn't come to check on us until probably 10 mins later, we told we didn't like the pizza. She called what we assumed was the owner, he insisted on remaking it,we refused many times. Server never came back to check on us until she brought the entrees, came back to ask if we need it a box and at this point we just wanted to just leave. We got the pizza comp but we didn't eat it. We are not locals and thus place was highly recommended. Place looks nice and the time we went it wasn't busy

My parents owned a restaurant down the way from here as a second income source in the late 80s. So as a child of parents who had a day time job and then owned and managed a restaurant we ate a lot of pizza (when not eating the food at their restaurant naturally). This set a very high bar for pizza and Italian food in general. Came back a few years ago and was glad to see it still open and glad it was the same as I remembered.

HORRIBLE. Ordered pizza for my daughters 5th bday party at the gymnastics place down the road. Made the order at 1:25 to be ready at 5:45. We only had until 7. This place is beautiful! Was invited today for a private funeral and the place was full of gorgeous decorations. Food was delicious even though I didn't try everything. Was super spacious, The table decor and add-ons were beautiful, and the staff were kind to me and everyone else! I ordered the fish fry which comes with a variety of different potatoes that you can pick, french fries, mashed potatoes, Italian potatoes, baked potato, or you can choose a pasta. I had the cod and mostaccioli and they give you a side salad. The side salad has nothing but very pale lettuce. The mostaccioli was good but I would have preferred more sauce because it ran out of sauce halfway through. I would suggest asking for extra sauce. The fish was good and tender. The tour of Italy plate is always good and their thin Italian pizzas are very good. They also give you two pieces of Italian bread with your meal. I wish the salad had some cucumbers or tomatoes or something in it besides just lettuce.

I'm very shocked I ordered a pan pizza cheese sausage wasn't seasoned at all , so disappointed the crust wasn't done my husband had to put back in oven after adding seasonoing.
