Such a wonderful addition to Bailey’s Harbor! The staff are kind and friendly. The restaurant has a moody, cozy vibe with options for indoor or outdoor seating. The pizza is fabulous! This was our first visit and should have been our tenth. Amazing hospitality, service and food. I remember my first time to door county in 2013 and had wild tomato for the first time. Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. That place has gone down hill over the years but I think I’ve finally found something to replace it. Crust is phenomenal, definitely the star of the show. The sauce is a bit thin for my liking but minor gripe. The toppings are all fresh, it’s obvious. The sausage is excellent. Wild tomato sold out on this and you can tell. I will be coming here from now on when I want door county pizza and you should too.

New favorite pizza joint. My party had the burrata salad, pizza pomodora, and potato and pesto pizza. It was all flavorful in a way that you could taste each ingredient separately and then all at once. My favorite was the potato and pesto pizza- I haven’t had anything quite like it before and it was amazing! The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. I will absolutely come back.

We only did carry out, and they are very clear on the menu that there is still an 18% service charge for carry out to help support the staff.
That being said, the pizza is absolutely delicious. Easily the best pizza in Door County. Maybe Wisconsin. We got both the gluten free crust, and the regular crust. The crust is a type of sour dough crust that is excellent. And the gluten free crust tastes basically the same as the normal crust.
The pizza sizes are quite large too, so don't let the price deter you. You can easily share the pizza with 2 or 3 people.

Inland is a Michelin star worthy eatery. Every aspect of the menu is on par with restaurants in Napa and Midtown Manhattan. They bring KALE to life and elevate simplistic ingredients to an entirely different realm of existence. The pizzas are absolute masterpieces with the exception of the pomodoro sauce. Although the sauce itself captured the richness of organic locally grown tomato it unfortunately did not have the robust flavors of garlic and basil that a traditional pomodoro possesses. As a relatively new eatery in Door county, Inland has everything one could ask for; from an outstanding wine list and a brilliant atmosphere that brings in natural lighting and highlights the organic hues and tones of the shoreline. The offerings highlight the artisan way of life which is Door county and the vinyl pulls it all together. From a place of great appreciation, admiration and respect, please work on the pomodoro sauce and evaluate the elements. Cheers to the team that make this place the crown gem of Baileys harbor.

We chose Inland because my friend is a GF/Dairy free girly. My pizza was next level and in can’t wait to be back. My review- new favorite Door County restaurant.

Her review: best crust she has had in years! (Well done!) she did not get cheese as she doesn’t love cooked vegan cheese, so I have no feedback on that. But there were so many other toppings on the pizza she didn’t miss the cheese.

My only complaint- We wish we had ordered a salad and eaten less of our pizzas. I loved sharing the left overs with my husband, but I also wanted more. (Moral- no complaints, just try the whole menu. I know that’s our new goal)

Overall pizza was great but I would not do the Margherita. It is crust and sauce with some small cold globs of cheese. The cheese is not sufficient for the amount of pizza so you end up having to eat slices of pizza with just crust and sauce. Also the cold cheese with the hot pizza does not pair well. Otherwise the crust is excellent and the tomato sauce excellent but they missed the mark on this one pizza.

I grew up in the county and worked in the local restaurant industry until 2016. Back when I served tables, I loved giving guests recommendations for other restaurants on the peninsula. I remember being so excited about our food scene, and it seemed cool that we had local spots that were reaching new heights. Flash forward 10 years and I’m back visiting for a brief working holiday, and every single time someone’s asked me where my favorite spot to eat in door county is…I’d say Inland. There are undoubtably other places that have big nostalgic value and bring me back to childhood memories with my brothers, and there are other spots I’d take my parents for a sit down diner if we were celebrating a special occasion, but all things considered - my favorite culinary experience in the county is Inland. This menu is sneakily well balanced. Crunchy, pillowy, crisp, light, sour, umami, sweet, spicy, astringent, zesty, unctuous…it’s all here, and it’s in a killer location staffed by kick-ass people with hospitality in their blood. Most of my visits to the county are for the standard holiday weekends, and after this summer, Inland will be my must-visit-while-in-town spot. Bonus points: decore, vibe, music, glassware, bathroom cleanliness and odor, tactile and cozy hand towels, napkins with heft, and glass bottle Coca-Cola.

I know this is a place with sourdough pizza, but due to dietary restrictions for one person, we had a pizza with the GF dough. It was very good! Their Gf dough is made off site and pizza prepared in a dedicated oven (but obviously other flour is in the environment). Also shared the simple salad which was fresh and plenty for two. This is an absolutely spectacular place to eat! The pizzas are unlike anything you’ve ever had before: an explosion of complex flavors and crust that is crispy and moist and flavorful, unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Truly one of the top restaurants in Door County and beyond. Their pizzas are incredible, but their apps are to die for! The meatballs are the best I’ve ever had and the squash salad was unlike anything I’ve eaten before. Coming from Chicago, where we can be spoiled for choice, Inland impressed and delighted me and I plan to always make a trip when I visit. We tried out “the new go to pizza spot” we had heard about and were not disappointed. The sourdough crust was amazing! Soft but also a little crisp with no flop as they say in the pizza business. Kale Caesar was fantastic and so were the meatballs. The prices are a little spendy if you are coming with a family, but it was worth the quality. Friendly staff but a little slammed between 430-5 with the short hours around dinner time. They still served us and let us eat, but we felt a little bad staying past 530 to finish up our food. You order at the bar (food & drink) and they'll bring to you. Friendly energetic staff. We visited at 1140am on a Friday in June, and got a table in the front of the dinning area by the window....was a great spot. Filled up VERY quick after we got there.

We heard that this place had opened this year, so when in Bailey’s Harbor recently decided to try it for lunch. It’s super laidback and casual, you order at the counter, then we sat at a communal table, and had a gorgeous lake view out the window.
We loved the self serve taps at the bar for still or sparkling water, such a nice touch!
The pillowy sourdough pizza crust was perfectly charred and chewy and so delicious. I have a gluten sensitivity so got a gf pizza myself, which was one of the best gluten free versions I’ve had, but tried some of my friend’s sourdough crust and didn’t get sick, probably because of the long fermentation.
Toppings are creative, salads are seasonal delights, and I loved the citrus marinated olives too. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.

They were also vegan friendly, the food was wonderful! They also had a large variety of non alcoholic beverages, along with a variety of alcoholic beverages. One of my favorite places to eat I’m so glad I went! It is a little bit smaller so make sure to call to see the availability but they do have large tables for big groups so really any size group could go there, but I would say max probably 14 people for one group. Stopped in for lunch last week - I’ve been dying to try, and Inland did not disappoint! I was by myself so just ordered pizza and the olive appetizer. Looking forward to returning with a group so I can try some salads and other menu items. The pizza was incredible - I had the mushroom lemon - some of the best pizza I’ve had, and plenty big! I took home over half a pie as leftovers. Loved the olives too, they were even more delicious the next day on top of the pizza leftovers. The space is beautiful and there were a lot of NA options on the menu as well as a robust wine selection - something for everyone! We went to inland last night and I was so so impressed! We got the kale Caesar, burrata Margarita pizza and inland sausage pizza. Every dish was a 10/10. I forgot to take pictures because the food was that good!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! I cannot wait to go back!

Everything we ate at Inland was delicious. We got the squash salad, mushroom lemon pizza, and ricotta sesame pizza. Each dish had so much flavor thoughtfully layered into it. The staff was super friendly too. Even on a cold winter night the whole place was full and happy. Loved it.

Highly recommend Inland Pizza, what an uutstanding experience! Their sourdough pizza is a must try for anyone visiting Bailey's Harbor. The ingredients are fresh and their spectrum of flavors ranges from classic pepperoni to zesty lemon and carmalized onion.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and I've already been on Amazon looking for the cups they serve their water in. We also had a very small amount of confusion with our order..but before we even asked they told us just to wait 12 minutes while they cooked us an additional pizza for free. I'm definitely never going to Wild Tomato again.

without a doubt, one of the best pizza crusts we have ever had, prefect char, chewy and coveted “bubbles”, mist impressive. the kale caesar is world class, an amazing cracked pepper on the front, and perfectly dressed. we tried 3 different pizzas, the signature mushroom/lemon, sausage, and a build your own for the kids, they were all great! our cold leftovers always tell the tale and of the quality ingredients used. the signature drinks were great, especially for a wine/beer establishment. although we’re not local, we plan to make a special return visit. this place rocks!

What a wonderful experience! The spiced carrots was one of the best and most flavorful dishes I've ever had. Sourdough crust pizza was absolutely outstanding. My wife Deb and I came twice in one week after we were treated truly like VIP's and realized that Inland is at THE TOP OF THEIR GAME when it comes to an elevated food/cocktail/wine menu but without ever losing the cozy atmosphere or genuine familial treatment you'd desire from an authentic pizzeria. The. service was top notch and our new friend Dusty was always around to chat at the bar, top off our drinks, give us great local recommendations or make suggestions on the menu. The owner, Amy, was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. The pizza was delicious and filling but never made me feel heavy or tired. The wine section was thoughtful and aptly priced and their cocktail menu was fascinating, unique, creative and super tasty. Bring friends, bring a date, bring your family, bring a deck of cards -- however you choose to enjoy this place, know that you'll be treated like you're walking onto the set of Cheers and that you're in for a fantastic meal. Had the most incredible impromptu dinner here tonight! We got their squash salad (SO fresh, delicious, and incredible), and tomato mozzarella pizza with arugula (incredible sauce and sourdough crust, and delicious arugula), and homemade ginger lemonades. Inland has incredibly unique food. The appetizers are fantastic. We had the the autumn burrata bowl, and the squash salad. Both were phenomenal, with some of the most unique flavor combinations I've ever had. For the pizza, we had the Mushroom + lemon pizza and a gluten free Caramelized onion + Sesame pizza. You can hardly tell that the gluten free pizza is gluten free. The sourdough pizza is some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be returning.

Love this place. Great vibes, friendly people, fantastic pizza. The crust is the obvious standout, super great combo of crispy and chewy, exactly what I want in a pizza. And the menu pies have a great mix of familiar and interesting. We had the sausage and the carmelized onion and they were both great for different reasons. Highly recommend them. Honestly, in my opinion the best pizza spot in Door County - and we've tried most of them. I really hope it sticks around because we'll go back every time we visit, guaranteed

The crust is amazing. A few special pizzas and you can build you own from a limited selection of toppings.
Salads are great, highly recommend the kale ceasar. The marinated olives rick and the keftover oil is great for dipping your sourdough crusts in.
Nice wine and beer selctions. Some N/A options and low ABV options.
Go early, they close at 6. But I don't think you'll find a better pizza in the Door

Great addition to the "quiet side" of the peninsula. I never knew I would like blackberries on a pizza, but add pesto and prosciutto, and I believe this is my new favorite flavor combo! The sourdough crust was delicious, and they made a custom pizza that my picky kids enjoyed. The squash salad was unique and so tasty! Pair this with yummy local beer options, the dog-friendly patio, and super friendly staff, and this was a five-star experience. We will be back!

This place ROCKS. OMG, one of the best salads I have ever had (squash salad). So many flavors I can't describe them all. The staff is super sweet and a joy to talk too. Great options for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I appreciate that everything is Wisconsin based and locally sourced. It is truly a hidden gem in Wisconsin.
