Decided to try Jackie’s today for the first time. I arrived at 10am and they were busy. There was a bar stool open and I asked if I could have that seat and was told yes. I grabbed a menu and had a seat. I sat there for 15+ minutes and no service! Not even a coffee or water, much less take my order! So I left. I could see through the opening into the kitchen and noticed a male worker wearing a t-shirt that had the sides completely open from his armpits to his waist and appeared filthy.

4/2024 New owners bought Jackie’s . The service is still good, but the food seems to be cheapened! Sausage gravy and the coffee is bitter and some of food. Ingredients are changing… we stopped going there, it’s to bad it’s a nice little town restaurant. I know Jackie wouldn’t have wanted comments!

Thier breakfast is apsolutly the best we went in there for the first time couple weeks ago, now we go twice a week. The girls are awesome, don't know all thier names one is Kelly she is great the 3 we have had best waitresses. And I was a waitress for 25 years. These girls are good coffee cup always full, smiles 😃 and super polite.

Very terrific little small town diner experience. The environment was a great, typical cute diner. The service was pretty good, considering it was somewhat busy when we first sat down. The food though - my oh my! So good. Great serving size. Just all-around fantastic food at a little diner while we were visiting over the weekend! Glad we stopped at this gem-hopefully get a chance to experience it again!

Jackie's was an excellent experience. We were on our way to the Green Bay packer game and all restaurants along the interstate were very busy. So we took a side trip to winneconne and found Jackie's. Was well worth the extra couple miles to experience the location the food the waitress and just an overall great cost per time we were there.

Restaurant is cute and clean. We were there on Sat approx noon.. Noone greeted us. Very slow service. One our party had breakfast with coffee. Had to go up to get our own coffee. I ordered grilled haddock and baked potato. Haddock and potato seemed to be warmed up from day before. Cream soup was very thick. Flavor was good. Based on other reviews, maybe we just had an unusual experience??

Came to Jackie’s Parkside for the “awesome” in the Cisco can biscuits and gravy. Biscuits came from the same place, freezer, not fresh Food!! So to the guy that has zero taste and reviewed 5 stars for hotel continental/ gas station biscuits and gravy, go to Dixon Il 61021 and visit Flynnies Diner, there you will find Jesus and real biscuits and gravy.

Very disappointed in a “mom & pop” for skimping on quality food we are all looking for. Zero return visits needed. No recommendations will be made other than a real deal diner you should all make the visit. So blessed to have good food in my hometown!!!

Jackie, make real biscuits and real gravy! I ate to be polite but should have refused it. What a way to start a good weekend fishing…… lord give me strength, calm water and baby wipes. Amen.

Jackie's Parkside restaurant Winneconne full food and always had a wonderful experience there. They went out of their way for me wants to make a special Belgian waffle with pecans and some kind of banana with the sauce and whipped cream it was absolutely delicious. I love their French toast also Texas toast big fat thick bread. And all the other delicious dishes are just wonderful and made by real Cooks in the back like a restaurant should

PROS:Menu has a good variety of choices and breakfast is available. The quality of the food is better than most of their competition. They have speedy service for the food and the environment is clean.
CONS: They seem to cater more towards their patrons more then the rest of the customers which is disappointing when you are a first time customer.
OVERALL: We do plan on going back, since the overall food quality was great.

I'm a very big fan of "Ma and Pa" Diners. A buddy and I were passing through on work and saw Jackie's and thought we'd try it since the state is opening up from COVID. We both decided to try the special, a large plate of Chicken Stir Fry. The server said that the peas weren't the correct snowpeas. But, chewy pea/pods. This meal included a dinner roll, salad or soup. We got our soup, hamburger minestrone, which was just delicious(should of made a meal of this!) When the plate came it looked appetizing enough. After this it went south. My first bite included peas, which had a texture of silage. I'm not trying to be funny. The rest tasted like it came from frozen bags of Bird's Eye vegetables and a ten year old threw together. We both finished what we could. Not once did our server ask how was the food. My partner suggested to the server that the food tasted like it was from the frozen food section to get a response and nothing. Like I said before I'm a fan of diners and I would try this one again if in the area. My opinion, the stir fry shouldn't have been served at all because of those peas/pods. They blew the whole meal.
