Charged $12.50 for a half a reuben and $10 for delivery across the street at oakwood, and then had the nerve to ask for a tip, also did not look like corned beef but look like pastrami. You would think they would do free delivery at oakwood and make lots of money.

I came in to grab a quick bite before an interview nearby and unfortunately, my experience just now left me very uncomfortable. I came alone, and the entire time I was eating, I was stared at and gawked at by two men working behind the counter in the kitchen area. One of them even brought me “extra napkins,” even though I already had some, which only added to the unwanted attention. I was so on edge and uncomfortable, I assumed one of them had written some kind of note on the napkins. (They did not, thankfully) They were very obviously giggling and watching me, and it made me feel unsafe as a woman eating here by myself.
I felt like I couldn’t even look up from my food without being stared at. Thankfully, one kind employee did make small talk with me, which helped make the situation a little better.. he was very sweet and professional. But overall, this was my first time here, and it left a bad impression. I truly hope the two employees behind the counter don’t make other women feel this way…Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back on my own anytime soon.

I tried to order from your website, and 1st -- no prices! No fair and no order from me unless I know the cost. Also, I could not get past the screen where my location was demanded. First, none of your business unless I want a delivery, and second, this delivery was going to be at my job, not where I'm on my computer. Ordered a salad since the salad bar is usually really good. Lettuce was old and half of it was see-through from decay. Had a large chunk of moldy cheese on top. I'm grossed out and disappointed. Also added chicken tenders instead of grilled chicken. Tenders tasted completely unseasoned. I'll be back, but never again will order a salad to go.

Tried the pasta for the first time and it was soooo good! We tried the Penne Pasta & Meatballs and the Chicken Alfredo. Both delicious and large servings for takeout. See videos attached and leave feedback if you agree!

Best ever salad bar. Everything so fresh and topped up. Great selection too (see pictures). I recommend the Manager's Special and get the salad bar for less than $3 more. You get a half sandwich plus the salad bar side. The plate is actually plenty big to load up on salad! And don't forget the free ice cream cone or dish with chocolate syrup topping. Yummy.

Finish up with the one of a kind mini muffins (corn muffin and gingerbread muffin) that are part of the Salad bar. Unique to Jasons!

To provide some gentle feedback, I must admit our order was late, many modifications were missing or wrong, and for 3 small sandwiches lunch cost $60 (including $10 delivery fee). Seen some confusion in other reviews about whether the salad bar is All-You-Can-Eat or not. Some sharing concerns about portion sizes. I can tell you that the salad bar is indeed All-You-Can-Eat, and pretty reasonably priced at just over $10.00. On my visit, 3 salad bases were offered, along with 39 selections for toppings, including 9 different salad dressings. Another station included more toppings such as croutons, fried onion pieces, sunflower seeds, salt, pepper, olive oil, tabasco sauce, and more. Also had muffins, crackers, and focaccia bread at this station. Ice cream was also included, but did not try it. They also offer free refills on soda at a self-serve station for an additional charge. The staff seemed friendly and they are not in a hurry to push you out the door. Saw others leisurely playing board games and card games while grazing at the salad bar through the afternoon. Overall would recommend to others and will most likely be coming back soon.

One caveat, when downloading their app and signing up for their rewards program, an “introductory coupon” for $5.00 off your next visit will be added to your account. Not really clear on when the coupon expires, but it is very quickly. Mine was taken away from my account only 3 days after it was issued. Never got to use it.

I got takeout from here and had the 'Reuban the Great' sandwich- it was pretty great. It's a huge sandwich with a lot of meat, very tasty. The fruit side is totally not worth it though, there's an upcharge for it and I don't get it because it was like, five extremely unfresh grapes and two strawberries. I had the Italian Cruz Po'boy, which is the dumbest sandwich I've ever had. The meat was wadded up in the side of the sandwich with the toppings sitting open faced on stale, barely toasted French bread. The tomatoes were on top covered in Italian dressing making the sandwich a mess to eat. The mustard on the bottom overpowered the flavor of the rest of the sandwich.
Most of the ingredients on the salad bar were a little sad and limp and the lime vinaigrette was bland.
The free ice cream was grainy and not creamy at all.
Service was not great- I had to ask for another salad plate because the first one had a puddle of water in it - they just wiped it out and brought it back. They didn't bring enough silverware for the table either.

Food is ehh, canned soup from the store is better, my kids had a grilled cheese and wouldn’t eat it, so I tried it and yes it was blah and tasted burnt.
