The food smelled so good I forgot to take a pic before I dug in. Mexican skillet is to die for - amazing chorizo flavor profile with fresh jalapeños. Service was amazing - thorough, friendly, and kind - and regulars are a jolly bunch.

Must stop for any bike/jeep cruise.

My fiance and I came in tonight around 8pm. When we walked in we were not welcomed by anyone until sitting at the bar to order in which the bartender and older woman that was serving in the dining room seemed to be bothered that we came in with an upset look on her face. It was a very upsetting and uncomfortable experience. We had asked about the crab leg special and the bartender was very careless in getting back to us when asking to place an order. Ultimately, it was decided that we were not welcomed and the employees were more worried about closing for the night without customers willing to pay.

Food was ok, my ribs were like most places that are not a smoke house, tasty but fabulous. However, the bartender made an excellent Mint Julep, just like would make at home, and tasty old fashion. Didn't get her name but our server Hale was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. Looking forwards to our next visit

I'm local and have been here for several years. Multiple owners. JC corners has a great menu with food quality that is hard to find. There burgers are creative and use quality ingredients. Wing night is great with unique sauces and the wings are good sized. But..... they have a septic issue that has plagued this place for some time. I planned a night with 6 people tonight and when we walked in it.smelled like a sewarage plant. We had one drink and left for another local restaurant because of the smell. This has to be fixed. I have been there several times and left because of this issue. You guys have to get this resolved.

We ordered the seafood combo and tenderloin sandwich. The steak was very good. The fish was very good, light batter and fried perfect. The shrimp were average, frozen from a bag. The scallops shouldn't even be on the menu, marble sized, over breaded and hard. It just brought down a decent meal.

Taco Tuesday Date Night at JC’S Corner & Grill was a hit! Anne and I started with the chips and guacamole, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. We couldn't resist ordering a variety of tacos—Shrimp Tacos, Beef Birria Tacos, Mexican Street Corn Chicken Tacos, and I added a Ribeye Steak Taco. Each one was packed with flavor and really hit the spot. The Shrimp Tacos were our favorite overall.

The service was great, and it was really nice meeting Javier Cuatzo Jr. Such nice people making some really good tacos. We’ll definitely have to return for some of the other Mexican food specials on Tuesdays.

It was a perfect date night with amazing food and great company. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Took a chance and tried JC’s Corner pizza because we always liked Tally Ho’s food. Was pretty disappointed. Very thin crust and the toppings were chopped into tiny little pieces and you could barely taste them in the cheese. All three pizzas were overcooked, one was even burnt. Got a large sausage,mushroom,onion which was decent. Got a medium bacon chicken ranch pizza which was good, but overcooked and the chicken was like chopped up chicken strips instead of actual chicken breast which was weird. The third medium pizza was cheese and green peppers and as you can see in the picture was actually half burnt. Guess I should have checked them before I left the bar and went home. Not a very good experience for $60 worth of pizza.

The service was fast, waitresses are good, friendly people and know the food.
Has a nice atmosphere, prices are average for a supper club. They have enough staff to take care of everyone.
Most of the food was very good and portion right.
But: we all ordered steaks, two Rib eyes and two Prime ribs, all were over cooked. All came out almost well done. We ordered two med and two med rare. In turn, for good meat it was on the tough side.
The cook needs to use a thermometer if he doesn't know his meat. It had good flavor but we all were disappointed.
Mr/ Ms. Cook. Please pay closer attention to your meat, this could cost you business.
Everything was great.
The menu has a nice selection to order from.
I will try you again, every place can have a bad night, so I want to try you again.

I have been here once (about 3-4 months ago) since it last changed hands and had a good "lunch" experience. My wife and I went this morning for breakfast. She had the breakfast croissant and a pancake, which she enjoyed. I ordered 3 eggs over easy, corned beef hash, hash browns and toast.
What I got was 3 eggs scrambled, hash browns, more hash browns - sprinkled with barely noticeable, bacon-bit sized flecks of what appeared to be corned beef.
I know I should have taken a picture, but didn't.

Considerations for management:
Food: If you call it "corned beef hash" and list it as a side "meat" option on the menu, there should be more corned beef than potatoes. WAY more. If you don't want to or can't charge what you need to for corned beef hash, then call it corned beef flavored potatoes or better yet, take it off the menu.

Service: The waitress was very nice and attentive but from a training perspective, have your wait staff look at the plates they are about to carry out of the kitchen to make sure what has been prepared matches what was ordered. (3 eggs over easy vs. scrambled.

Atmosphere: was nice and appeared clean. Lady behind the bar and the waitress were friendly and pleasant.

I started with a low rating of the food. But good rating of service and atmosphere. Not fair about the food. I did not say anything while I was there.
My husband yelled at me and said he enjoyed his dinner. I should have let them know while I was there. He is right.
They responded immediately to my original review. Taste of food is all subjective. Prime is very good.

Stopped in for a Friday fish fry. Cod, perch, walleye, bluegill, shrimp and some other options as well. Food was good and plentiful, but service was slow. We did have a bigger group, but our server was often nowhere to be found and it didn't seem like she was working other tables during that time either. She was pleasant when she was around. Food took a bit to come out and the ability to reorder drinks was almost non-existent to the point we canceled them. Maybe it was a one off experience?

While the food was very good and the staff was friendly, we don't think it's right to have kids, let alone 5 toddlers (two families) sitting and eating at the bar and even doing pretend shots with the parents and bartender. Adults come to relax and have a drink. There were a ton of tables in the restaurant, no reason for small children to sit at the bar. Also my husband is a very generous tipper, but when you had a service charge on top of the bill he will deduct it from the tip. That is the bars responsibility, not the customer.

The pan fried wallye was the best I have had anywhere. Take a pass on the potato pancakes. Mostly tasted like Sysco shortening, and salt doesn't help. Maybe ketchup? Anyways, save the $3.50. The staff was very nice and attentive.

We walked in and sat at pub table waited 10 minutes did not get served or even talked to. I walked to the hostess table. They told us it was 25 minute wait and no food at pub tables. Glad I asked. Leaned over the bar to ask for some Pepsi’s, and the bartender looked at me and walked past three times without a word. Felt not wanted on the dodgeball team. We decided to give the new owners a try. Friday night fish fry...can't go wrong...BIG MISTAKE! Never even got a chance to try the food! Waited about 25 minutes to be seated at a table in the bar room, in the corner next to the men's room...Never a good omen. Sat there for over 40 minutes. Not one server or employee even checked on us to take a drink order, much less food order. Eventually, gave the menu back to the hostess and wished them luck. No matter how the food is, there is no excuse for horrible service. Will never go back until the next owner takes over.

Came here on a Friday with a friend. She had been here before and had several good experiences already. My friend loves the tuna melt here with cheese curds and I had the tenderloin steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was fabulous. It was tender and tasty and perfect. The fries were good too. Our meals were out in a short amount of time and our server was attentive. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Food was very good!… My only complaint, and this was just a personal feeling, was the inclusion of a "service fee" for use of a credit card. The " cash discount", which equated to about a dollar on my particular bill, was inconsequential in the overall price scheme. I would rather just see the actual price, and if that means a little bit higher to help offset the credit card usage, then so be it. To me a service fee is just bad optics. But again, just my opinion; no bearing on the actual quality of the restaurant… Which again was very good!

On our way back from dousman and googled this place as we drove by because we were curious what it was called now. As I saw a picture of the pizzas we decided to turn around and stop. I got the crab Rangoon pizza. Was done a little more then I prefer, but I still ate the whole thing. Helpings were a good size. I don’t think they changed anything on the inside decor wise, but I did like he variety of food and wasn’t all you “basic” stuff. Will definitely have to go back to try some more fun stuff. I just wish they had moscato. Not the end of the world though.

Great food, great service! We were surprised to see how busy they were given they first opened on Thursday. A fun atmosphere with many people watching the Badger game, several hunters, a women's post-Christmas shopping group and several families in the dining room. Glad to see the new owners doing so well.
