Wanted some food to remind me of home, nope. Ordered a Gyros, got gyros fries with old lettuce ( yep gyros and lettuce). Got a "Chicago Dog" that was anything but. Im not even gonna go into my wife's mayo and mustard sandwich (supposed to be a burger). Might have been better than one star if the only person working had even stopped for two seconds to take our order. I don't think she even acknowledged us other than to throw a price at us (midway into our order) and take our money. Chicago food is easy enough that you can get good stuff from a cart and somehow it can't be put together here.

First time here. Staff seemed pissed off there were actual customers. Had a glove on the one hand while no glove on the other, picked up the phone with that, pulled up her pants and then proceeded to cut the lettuce and use the hand with no glove to serve it. Very disappointed and disgusted. Fries not all the way cooked. If I did not ask for my drink which came with the meal she would have said nothing. Won't come back for sure. If they don't like working there then find something you like. I did try to smile and joke and got nothing. Food is 3/5. Meat was hard to chew. Fries were green and undercooked.

Disgusting, I gave this place a second try after the first and it was way worse than I could imagine. Seemed like the oil they cooked in was very old and smelled of burnt plastic. Chicken was way over slated and tasted rubbery like it was left out too long.

Awesome food but the restaurant and owner were raided by the Dane County Task Force, Marshalls and DEA for suspected narcotics possession and undercover narcotic purchases. These deliveries gave a judge enough probable cause to sign a search warrant for the Restaurant, Events Trailer, Residence, and vehicles.. I believe they found something when doing their search as they carried out a couple dozen-ish boxes. So I won't eat here again. I'm a recovering addict and can't risk a relapse from being in this environment. Serving drug customers when they come to get food or even just for that.
I hope he gets the justice he deserves

I have tried now twice to order food here on Uber Eats and support local business. First time they cancelled my order with no explanation. And the second time they were out of everything I wanted. I give up this place has terrible service.

Yeah, I tried in person. This being 3 years since I tried to order off of uber eats. This place honestly is awful. I can't say one good thing about this place. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me. She waited on customers who came in afterwards first.

After about a half hour of waiting I went up to the counter and asked for my money back. Especially seeing that they were helping people who came in after me. And then they finally made my order. Apparently they forgot. They undercooked my food. My fries are soggy and the bun on the hot dog is completely wet and inedible.

There was no apology on their part either. And they were going to also not give me the drink I ordered. I had to remind them of that. Worst $12 I've ever spent. Save your money and don't ever come here. Shame on me for being fooled twice.

I would rate it lower except the fact my boyfriend enjoyed his food. It really threw me off when after we ordered I watched a young man walk in from standing next to a car in the parking lot and start making our food, no washing of hands nothing yes he put gloves on but sorry to me still not sanitary enough. The price for the food is good but do not expect much for toppings the steak burger had three small fried onions on it, the commercial one looks way better but that is not what it looks like. The fries were OK my boyfriend ate them they were to undercooked for me. Last and not least do not expect great customer service, as we stood there a lady yells Do you know what you want, are you ready to order yet, so I stated yes and ordered no smile, thank you nothing of the sort not even your order will be right out. I am glad my boyfriend at least enjoyed the food since he was the one really craving it after seeing the commercial.

First off the health department came in and shut them down while we were eating not surprisingly. The place was filthy with cigarette butts on the floor filthy tables etc. Got the chicago dog special which we waited a half hour for. The hot dogs were cold and barely any condiments at all. Was brought a box of food no napkins no drinks we ordered no ketchup we ordered. Went up and got the rest of our order and the 2 girls thar were there were extremely rude. Came in from out of town with my wife around noon, online says they open at 11. When I came in lights were still off, but I asked the woman if they were open she said yeah I’m getting everything heated up, she then went on to say “you even know what you want”, “have you looked at the menu”, I responded saying yes we were sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes. She said ok what you want, I ordered the the Gyro cheeseburger, pizza puff, and a large blue raspberry slushy. The burger was terrible, 3 tiny pieces of onion burger was extremely dry no flavor, tomato looked old and super thin slice, the gyro meat was the best part. Pizza puff was pretty much all breading and nothing inside. The supposed blue raspberry slushy was just super sour lemonade with the smallest splash of blue raspberry flavoring I couldn’t even finish it with how sour it was. The tables were nasty with crumbs and stains on them won’t ever be going back here again.

So not even from Wisconsin. I saw the food menu that reminded me of Chicago. BIG MISTAKE!! The lady in there was RUDE! I spoke once I got to the counter with nothing but a stare. “What can I get you” I ordered a 3 piece wing and a gyro burger. The wings were small and hard(no flavor). The burger was the absolute worst. It was dry, thrown together, and sliver of condiments. The lemonade was a slushy with a squirt of flavor. I would NEVER GO BACK THERE!! Don’t waste your money!!

Had a gyro and it was very good. Packed with meat and lots of sauce. I think they fried the pita on one side because it had a nice toasted flavor and a pleasing crunch, while still being soft and flexible.
Fries were small but I got plenty and they were hot, crisp, and flavorful.

Food is decent but expensive, and the lady behind the counter was nice but severely understaffed (she was the only one there for lunch, so she had to take orders from both drive thru and counter, plus make all the actual food.) The place itself looked like it was in the middle of being torn down. Floors and tables were filthy, broken chairs and stuff stacked up, pop machine was busted so had to go to the gas station next door. It looked pretty bad.

I used to eat at this food truck when I was younger I remember eating the chicken sandwich and it being so so so good. They sold it with bun, lettuce, chicken and hot sauce for 5$. Yesterday me and my wife were out and decided to try one. They charged me 9$ dollars per sandwich. The chicken was extremely dry and old. Way too much hot sauce, and no lettuce. I am tired of these place here in the Madison area who are only looking for a buck, and not caring about satisfying there costumers. I will never eat here again. And I would not recommend this place to anyone. Makes me want to open my own restaurant and show people what real good food and service is , because we are getting robbed here in Madison.

Local favorite with good food, but service is rarely top notch. I find I need to use patience just about every time because the employees have little comprehension of the menu. I regularly have to remind them about my drink or extra sides such as cheese. Come here if you want a good hotdog but brace yourself for the experience. Another trip back, again had to remind the team about what I ordered. They have no patience when taking the order, rush through it, and then are annoyed when you have to tell them the missing items. Unfortunately I have to give a negative review based on being charged more then what I ordered. A regular hotdogs with fries plus an extra hot dog and charged me for 2 meals instead of just an additional dog, which were both hardly warm and tasteless as if sitting in a hot water bath for who knows how long and put on stale buns, fries were good, I can't speak on other food but the Chicago dog my friend got looks like a decent all beef hot dog which is what I expected but without the topping being a "regular" hot dog. I guess they were serious, go to kwik trip and get a roller dog for a fraction of the price.

I gotta say ive had one of the best fast food joint experiences here at this place. I just want to say thank you for the food that was made, it was very fresh and delicious and to die for, i got a fish sandwich and it was fried to perfection and loaded with ingredients. I also want to thank the hispanic man cashier/cook for handling himself in a rush he did a great job. He knows how to conduct himself in a professional manner when the only employee working. a friend of mine took me there today for lunch bragging about their Catfish Nuggets. Quite a few reviews complained about slow service. If you notice, he doesnt make the fish until you order it and I would much rather wait a few more minutes just to get freshly cooked catfish instead of something sitting under heat lamps. The fish is incredible and this is my first time eating fish without any tartar sauce, it is that good! I will definitely start gaining weight again because I know I will be getting lunch here a lot!

-fish and chicken combo- it’s small for an adult. Fish and chicken barely had meat on it.

-tacos- they didn’t have a description of what was in the tacos on the online menu . The tacos had celery in it that’s gross.

Ordered at 8:30pm was supposed to get a confirmation email when the order was ready, by 9:30, NOTHING. Went to the drive through to ask about my order, at that time they told me they didn't have the impossible burger available and they could substitute if I'd like. They never called or emailed me to let me know they could not complete my order. I then ordered the fish sandwich instead as my daughter is a pescatarian. Then they said they had not started my order and the food would take about 7 to 10 more minutes and they would bring it out to my vehicle. I waited 25 minutes for them to bring me my food to my vehicle, and a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for okay food! OKAY FOOD! It wasn't even all that! I will NEVER EVER go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to ask for the difference in price and to get my $ refunded for the 2 different sandwiches. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous, as you can tell I am not happy. What would have happen if I never came to check in!? I like the fact its a black owned business! The food is ok. The services could be better. The fact someone was eating and taking my order was not what I was expecting. One guy that was making the food was very attentive and his service alone was what I was expecting all the way thru. Other then the Chicago Dogs being a bit too salty, I love it and will be back. They are fairly new, so I think you have to give them time to get faster on orders. I thought everyone was friendly enough, and feel this is a great alternative to driving all the way to Portillos.

Waited 20 min after drivethru for a plain cheeseburger and fries, finally went in to ask about it and they said they ran out of buns and if I want it on white bread. They gave me a refund which I appreciated but it was a complete waste of time, I don't know if they even put cheese on the burgers because it didn't look like it?
