Couldn't decide whether to give 4 or 5 stars. The food on its own is probably a 4. But when compared to other places in the immediate area, it's probably worth a 5. That and the staff were awesome, tipping it to an overall 5. Burgers were solid. Well cooked and tasty. Their homemade chips and dip were a very good side. I didn't miss having fries. Decent beer selection. Inside is big, bright and clean, with a good atmosphere. Would eat here again.

When I checked my bill, I was disappointed to see that there was a credit card surcharge. In my opinion, businesses should be happy that we are patronizing them, and the credit card fee they pay should be part of the cost of doing businss, just like advertising or maintaining a website. Let it be known that I make note of businesses that add a credit card surcharge, and I will not do business with them in the future. There are plenty of restaurants that do not add the surcharge.

One they don't do take out on weekends but the lady said since they were slow she would. so I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and a bacon cheeseburger some cheese curds and Cajun shrimp. Well the burgers were good. Half the cheese curds were burnt and the other half was fine and the Cajun shrimp were burnt black to a crisp.coukdnt even eat them and I left the lady a nice tip on top of the food price I feel the food should have been of better quality even if they don't do take outs on weekends.i heard good things but my first time eating from there didn't leave a vert good impression. Ruined it for me.

Took my husband here to have lunch for his birthday and was very disappointed. He ordered his burger, medium, and it came rare. We sent it back and it's like they microwaved it and put it back on the bun crooked. His chips were soaked in all the juices from the burger, it was a complete disaster, someone there needs to learn how to cook meat. I expected a lot better from this place. They used to have great food. My Greek salad was OK but nothing to write home about at all. We will not be returning here. Oh yeah, the beer was good.

I was in Wisconsin Rapids for business today and a friend suggested stopping here. The burger of the week was topped with a brat, cheddar cheese, deep fried onion straws, garlic Mayo and beer mustard. This might have been the best burger I have had. At least that I can remember! The bar tender was very polite, music was the right volume and just a cool place in downtown. Highly recommend stopping here!

Usually have good food here. Was looking forward to trying the fish fry. Ordered the perch. I have had better frozen fish sticks. The batter was so thick you didn't taste fish. We tried pulling the batter off but there was just so much and very little fish.
When the waitress asked if we wanted a to go container, we said no, we were not happy and she said they were pre-breaded fillets.
Just very disappointed and hopefully they find a different supplier.
Spent $25 to eat a pretzel roll and their homemade chips. 😐

Before scouting the area for some B-roll, we stopped by Jennings & Co. for a bite, and wow, those burgers were great! Juicy, flavorful, and downright delicious.

As I took my first bite, I felt like I was transported to a magical kingdom where burgers reign supreme. The patties were grilled by a mythical chef who must have a secret stash of enchanted spices.

The food can be hit or miss depending on when you go. I tried their special burger the most recent time we visited. I asked for it to be medium, but it was closer to a cannibal sandwich than it was to being medium. Pretty sure my burger moo'd at me.

I’ll start with the positive: the people I was dining with all ordered burgers and said they were great. I, one the other hand, ordered a blackened chicken salad and it came out with pink chicken. When I eventually got the server’s attention, the salad went back. Second salad was mediocre (what I expected when a meal is sent back and rushed to come back out). Ate half of my second meal and discovered a long black hair at the bottom of the bowl. Overall, my dining experience wasn’t good.

Just moved into the area and I'm still exploring the area. My brothers came into town to visit and we found the restaurant and this is now going to be our place when they come up to visit. The atmosphere is great, the food was really good and there was a decent variety to choose from, big drink selection, and the prices are reasonable compared to many other similar restaurants. Definitely worth the stop if you haven't tried here yet.

This is our go to place in town for casual dinner and for many locals. My favorite is the Salmon burger and Pineapple Express burger, then Mushroom Swiss burger for the husband. I've tried most of the burgers and sandwiches in the menu and I've never been disappointed. The Reuben is also excellent. This place can get busy on the weekends, so plan for a bit of wait. You can also eat at the bar rather than waiting for a table. Great pub atmosphere, you can definitely take kids/family here during lunch/dinner time. Anytime after 10PM, this place can get too "lively" as you would expect for any Wisconsin bars. Yes, this is also a great place for adult beverages and to party!

I used to frequent this establishment quite often years ago though less often recently because of drop in food quality. i decided to try Jennings again today I will give the food a 8 out of ten burger was good though it seams no matter what burger I get here the bottom bun is always drenched with grease. though it was still tasty.

water I give a negative 20 out of ten because it tasted like drinking chlorine water forcing me to order a soda. literally started coughing with every drink of water.

Our family and friends went out to dinner last night at Jennings because it’s one of our favorite places. We had 6 adults and 5 young kids. As a former server, I understand how our group could look a little overwhelming, but was quite surprised that the server showed such annoyance in her words and actions. She quickly told us that there was only one highchair after we arrived, and then, as we waited, told us to not let our kids get too rowdy or loud. Understandable but to say that to customers who, at this point had the group under control, gave us all the impression that we were not wanted there. After waiting a few minutes to see if another table would move, we decided that we would rather take food to go and sit across the street.

The wait wasn’t too bad, about 30 minutes but when we went to pick it up, a 20% gratuity was already added to our bill. Again I understand that with large parties gratuity will be added however, we were a to go order. We had never been seated. Also, half of the meals were kids meals. It seems odd to tip a server 20% when you did not serve us and in fact, made us feel like an inconvenience. One of our orders did not have the chip dip in it so when a friend went back in to grab it, he was additionally charged, even though it should have been included. At this point, we were hungry, and already felt like a burden so he paid the extra money and we left. Needless to say, we will not be dining there with our families or big parties anymore.

Been here three times; first time had a burger that was loaded with meat (I forget the name) maybe big Texas or something. It was an awesome way to get some meat-sweats. Second time, Friday fish fry, I order walleye, server was exceptional, managed to get our kids food out fast. My walleye was cooked perfect. The freshly made chips were delicious also. Third time, I had the tenderloin sandwich. It was cooked to an exact medium-rare. We will be back.
