This place is very unprofessional I ordered a pizza on line at 8:30 pm for delivery it was suppose to be delivered at 9:30 pm I called at 9:53 and asked if my food had left out for delivery when the manager on duty named Crystal told me that door dash had pick it up at 9:26 pm I explained to her that I didn’t order for door dash !! I was upset because of the hour and 45 minute wait that I refused, she said to call back the next day and talk to the general manager which I did today I spoke with another manager named Jodi he said he could offer a 15.00 credit that’s about it along with my refund I asked about if the offer still stood with me having my order remade he said he would let me speak with the Gm which was Jada she got on the phone very rude and very unprofessional by saying I was offered what I was offered yesterday and that today she would not remake my order and that they had already been very generous with giving me a full refund and a 15.00 dollar credit , I asked her I didn’t receive my food yesterday and the reason I decline having my food remade was because it was very late and I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready she wasn’t on I said that’s all she gonna do and hung the phone up in my face. We first discovered Jet’s in FLorida while visiting our daughter. She made her own cauliflower crust pizza and we ordered Jets it was AMAZING!!
We have since had her and her husband order the gluten free crust due to her allergies and they are HOOKED!!! This is now their go-to pizza! So now we can all enjoy it together and we were so excited to find a gets near us in Wisconsin. If you have not tried it you MUST. We do a Detroit-style Turbo Crust and then choose our toppings.

Jets is one of my absolute favorite places to get pizza but I think I may be frequenting a little less, and all over $12 they won’t give me back. I ordered a pizza at just around 8:45 this past week, the store is open until 10 typically and I’ve never faced an issue with them being open normal hours. I text in an order, the order is accepted but when I arrive at 9:20ish, store is dark. No sign in the door eluding to what has happened. I call and leave a message with customer service/headquarters to try and get my money back because they charged my card. Never got a response. Tried calling the store several times and no one answers. Haven’t been able to go back because of my working hours and sleep in between but I can’t get an answer back from anyone and they must have said I picked up the order because the charge was finalized. Just learn from my mistake I guess and just order your pizza in person every time because they’ll steal your money if they get the chance.

2/13/2024 I finally decided to give Jet's pizza a try. I've heard so much about it. Atmosphere: Small cubby hole of a place, nothing to smile about.
Pizza: I got the lunch special with 2 one topping slices and a drink, and I also ordered chicken wings. The pizzas were 2 good slices. I'll give it that. The bite of the pizza had no depth to it. Felt like more dough than topping. Thin layer of cheese and too much dough and air in between. But they do say it's Detroit style pizza.

The wings were charred/burned. I figured the chicken wasn't turned halfway through the cycle. All I could taste was burned chicken and ranch. It's not a good experience. My initial taste of pizza would be 3.7 out of 10. Basic taste. Nothing that stood out. Burnt wings 1 out of 10. Food is cooked fresh and to order for what I've seen but it wasn't executed well this.

Had ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, breadsticks, and some cookie dish for my family’s dinner party. I was already having a stressful day with setting everything up, everything was going wrong. When the pizza was delivered, this young man made my night. He was so nice and kind while I signed the receipt. He made sure everything was correct for the order. I think he said he had a few more to deliver. When I was headed back in, I accidentally hit the pizzas against the door (I’m super clumsy) and almost dropped the stack. I generally am satisfied with this location and never have issues but I am vaguely frustrated with my last experience. I ordered a pizza online via the app, then set my phone down to take care of a few things before I went to pickup my pizza. I came back to two missed calls but no message. Ordered two pizza to be well done, neither of them were done at all. Piles of thick cold cheese. Also, at pick up the person handling the food kept touch his clothes without gloves or washing his hands. Definitely wouldn’t be surprised if someone gets food poisoning from this place. We will not order from the Brookfield location again. We ordered 2 large pizzas at 6 pm on a Friday, it was supposed to be here in an hour. We waited for an hour and a half and called to check on the status. We were told our order was voided with no explanation as to why. This location is regularly behind. I received the utmost disrespectful conversation with a general manager. I originally called to verify the ingredients that was on my Italian deli boat not only did the person fail to mention the tomatoes and lettuce I verified if there was supposed to be tomatoes and lettuce and she said yes. and then proceeded to tell me that I should have said that in the first place. No complaints with pizza, but with the text-to-order system. I ordered a large amount of pizza for my sons birthday party, via text to order. I called the store after the order was confirmed. I was read back order and was told all was good.

Two days later, on delivery day, the order was late and was missing all pizza. One order of breadsticks was a bit comical to walk back to a party of 30+ people.

I called the store the day off and there was no answer the first 3-4 calls. The person I spoke to was confused and did not understand what happened to my order. When I called the store the following day, I was told I would not be charged. Then, lo and behold, 3 days later, I notice my credit card was charged for the whole amount. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

We just ordered a pizza, salad and bottle of jets ranch, when the order arrived the salad and ranch were both missing, $17 worth of food. I called the store to let them know some of the food didn’t arrive and was told that they were out of lettuce so I simply wasn’t getting that $12.50 item I paid for or the ranch either. When I asked about a refund then I was told they couldn’t offer one which is just unacceptable when I never even got the food because they were out of ingredients. Instead I have to call in for my future order and just tell them my name so I can get $15 off. I don’t want a coupon for a future purchase, I simply don’t want to pay for food I never got. This location deserves no stars! I called in order in at 11 AM to be done by 5 PM. I was hosting team dinner for my daughters basketball team at my home that evening. I arrived to pick up my order at 5:15 PM. They had not even started my order at that time. The young lady with red hair that came to the cash register was very rude. The staff kept saying that they were short staffed. They told me it take ten to fifteen minutes to remake it. After 30 minutes it was ready and offered me a two liter for my trouble. I was disappointed and do not plan on eating from here any longer.

Waited 1.5 hours for a “delivery”. Called the store to say I would just pick it up. The person at the store said it would be ready by the time I got there. They only had a portion of our order complete.
They forgot to make a pizza and didn’t have salad, even though we were charged for it. Had to wait at the store for them to make the missed pizza, so the other food got cold. The lady answering phones was super rude and hung up on me. I would advise to go elsewhere for pizza night.

The fact that I ordered and was going to be served food that was prepared by individuals that did not wear gloves. The one lady came from the back and went straight to handling my order. Oh yeah, she also had to touch on her ear pods and her face! I feel sorry for the new manager on duty that was not properly trained on giving a refund. She had to call another manager and the manager that was there was told to tell me I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to even try and get a refund. I will be there 8n the morning and will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Waited 2 hrs for a cold, dry and burnt pizza. Called the store when delivery time was 40min past, was told they’ll be there in a moment. 30min later it was delivered. Paid for delivery and even tipped them when ordering online. Called the store and was transferred to 3 people before someone would even acknowledge the problem. I told them to make me another. Drove myself to the store after paying and tipping to wait 20min more for a new pizza to be made, still dry still over cooked.

Been a jets customer for 10 years in 3 different states. By far this store is the worst, and is getting worse by the month. Unprofessional staff. Untrained and clearly don’t care.

Feel free (someone from corporate) to call me or reach out- this isn’t the Jets quality I remember.

Placed a order at 620pm scheduled to be delivered to my house at 728pm at 750pm pizza wasn’t here yet. So I called to get a status on my order and one of the managers named Crystal was extremely rude and unprofessional with me because she was short staffed and took it out on me and had an awful attitude and then she hung up on me. I will be reporting her!! I would never recommend anyone to order from anyone who hires staff who speaks to customers like that!

I am being forced to give two stars because the company deserves at least one extra star for being revolutionary in allowing me to literally order my food with two text messages at a 20% discount. This is where I have to draw the line though.

It took two hours and 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive but by the time we saw it arrive on the camera, we had already left the house to get food elsewhere. At 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called the store to find out the ETA, and the man who answered the phone sounded like he was in the type of mood to do something extremely unpleasant to our food if I was to put up a stink. So He said "The food just left" and I said okay thank you.

Well, he obviously was not truthful with me and I don't know why he couldn't at least be honest. I probably would not have been disappointed enough to write this.

This is all my fault though. I shouldn't have been so lazy. I should have been more open to hand crafting that authentic pizza I had sitting in my freezer made by the famous Jack. Sprinkling on some parmesan and oregano after the oven baked it to a beautiful golden brown.

I could have made my family happy. I could have been a better man. I could have been a stronger man. I could have actually just been a real man. But instead I failed everyone around me and let them go hungry.

I don't think I can ever forgive myself for this.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We ordered pizza and wings for delivery at 5:10. It was supposed to arrive at 6:10. Three phone calls later, it is 7:51 and we were told that it literally just went out for delivery. They didn’t forget our order, they just took forever to make it and get it to us. If it gets to us. The deliver guy had trash fall out of his car when he got out… there was trash at his feet by the gas and brake pedals and in the passenger seat. He said I had to sign a receipt and couldn’t find it. It was a disgusting delivery experience and the pizza tasted like rubber. Disgusting pizza. First time in Milwaukee and we wanted to try something different and we are now regretting it.

Amazing staff and great food!!

Okay so now for the story. It was my birthday on Saturday, and my dad decided to surprise me with some Jet's Pizza. Well of course it was a surprise because I had no idea the delivery guy was even downstairs. My dad literally had to call me and tell me to check my door. But that wasn't even the heartwarming part.

I told my dad thanks for the pizza, wings, breadsticks, pop, and especially this chocolate chip cookie because it tasted delicious. And my dad goes, "what cookie? I didn't order any cookie."

So, let me just say THANK YOU to the staff at Jet's Pizza in Brookfield, WI. That kind gesture really warmed my heart! My dad didn't even know lol. Man, it was like I got two surprises that day--a pizza and a cookie.

And so, I am not saying the staff gives out free food, but I know for my birthday I got a nice birthday surprise.

Being from MI I absolutely love Jets. Super Special, well done, extra sauce, and turbo crust is the way to go. However, this location seems to be poorly run. It’s the closest location so I’ll always try here first. Last time they had no bread for turbo sticks so went to Waukesha location (further drive) and no issues. Today at noon I tried setting up an online order for 1700 pick up. Mobile app didn’t give me the option so I called. When I called they stated no orders during 1430-2030. That is prime time for super bowl. What a poorly managed location and process. Went to Lou Malnati’s mobile app (didn’t have time to drive to Jets Waukesha) and ordered 3 deep dishes and cheese sticks for 1700 pick up with no issues. How can Lou’s manage to make pizzas today between 1430-2030 when this Jets location can’t? How can Jets Waukesha have turbo sticks in stock when this location didn’t? If you want Jets try the Waukesha location.

I have ordered from here many times. Last two out of three… the order was wrong, delivery took over an hour and forty five minutes and the customer service was terrible. The manager is very nice and I try to speak to her when I have called. Everyone else may be brain dead. I have never had these issues ordering from the Jets in Milwaukee off Greenfield Ave. Sorry guys but you have lost my business. To the manager, you are fantastic and you have helped me out every time I have called so thank you very much!
