Ordered a pizza and bread sticks on the way home from a 16 hour road trip from the app. Order went through. We arrived 3 minutes early from the estimate. we go into get it. Not ready yet. Location was having technical problems. Ok. We wait 10 more minutes no problem. We go in get the food(just came out the oven) and we leave. We go to eat it at home (8 minute ride) and the bread sticks are rock hard and cold. My dipping sauce was basically frozen and the pizza was half cooked. We ate what we could and tossed the rest. Went to call the next day and some one picks up the phone and it's nothing but dead air then they hang up. I've called 8 times from 2 different phones. Nothing. Definitely not coming back to this location.

We placed an online order unaware that Jets was experiencing significant issues with their internet and phone systems. Upon arrival, the gentleman on duty was incredibly apologetic. I actually think the pizza is pretty good but every time I get to the checkout screen and I’m reminded of the delivery fee, I cancel my order. $7 is insane, I live a few minutes away and Ive got to tip your driver on top of that. I ordered a couple months back, and the customer service was awful. They delivered the wrong order and had to call 3 times to speak to someone about it. They remade it and delivered but STILL forgot items from my order. Now tonight, I ordered reasonably early (around 5:15 pm) and my order had still not arrived by 7 pm. I had to call the store 3 times again only to have someone answer and say they are closing and voiding my ticket. No apology. Failed again at the customer service. Terrible customer service! I bought fundraiser cards that had a coupon on it. Not expired. Can't even use it. I bought multiple cards so that my husband and I could have one. We have 2 kids also. Went to get 2 pizzas with 2 tags. You can't do that. It says no where on any of it that it's 1 per person per day. It just says it single use. Also says it's no purchase necessary. They tried originally making me order something else. The guy got snappy and said it's the rules. Needless to say I left. Good luck with that attitude for customer service! Inept and uncaring. Online order to Jet's in Fond du Lac, WI on 3/13/2023. Online order says ready at 5:06pm. I arrive to store at 5:06pm. Smiling man at register says it is just going into oven. I wait in their seating area. 30 minutes later still nothing. I step back to counter and girl asks who pizza is for, I give her my name, AGAIN. She pulls the now boxed pizza from the waiting rack. Never checked back with me when they completed the pizza at all while I was waiting right in front of them. I said you must be kidding me, she says 'I just got here'. No apology for being late initially and none for not telling me it was ready. Customer service not a strong point here.

Just got our pizza delivery from jet's Pizza it's been a long time since we've ordered pizza to be delivered. This was worth the wait it came earlier than we were expected. It was very good. It was made just exactly as we requested. New York crust light on the sauce. Not overtraced overpriced at all. We look forward to ordering again from Jets when we're hungry for pizza. Our department ordered 3 large pizzas for the hospital for a going away party. We ordered it the day before. Was told they didn’t have a delivery person so we got someone to pick up our pizza at 1130.
Pick up person arrives on time to find out the pizza hasn’t been baked yet as they received a “big” order. Poor customer service! Will rethink ordering from here in the future…

This Jet’s Pizza is too legit to quit! They make a bomb pizza- the Detroit style is killer and the extra cheese is out of control good! Their hand tossed pizza is amazing and the BBQ chicken was really good as well. They have delicious ranch for dipping and they have pretty good deals online.

For the price, it isn't worth it at all. Sure the crust has that turbo stuff on it, but the sauce and toppings were just okay. Crust was soggy and sauce had a bit of a bad flavor. Turbo bread was good. This pizza costs a lot more than other places, but they still don't even have order tracking! Despite their high price, they apparently can't afford drivers on a Saturday, as the delivery took 1 hour 50 minutes after saying it would take 1 hour.

My first time at Jets and the experience was good. Service was fast and friendly and the pizza was on par with other franchised type pizza places. It kind of reminded me of old school pizza hut and that's not a bad thing. I had the 2 slice and a soda deal along with a sizable breadstick order off of the same lunch menu. Both came to about $15 which is a lot for lunch but It could have fed 2 people and now I have leftovers. It would be better if they had a lunch option that came with sticks for maybe a small price increase. Overall it was good but I still prefer Rocky Rococo as the toppings are more generous and they have a slice, stick, soda combo, but I would eat here again.

Funny story. They have a west Allis location and when I moved up here to the fond du lac area, no jets. It was a depressing time. Until one day I was driving by festival and I saw a jets sign. In a fit of excitement, I merged over suddenly to enter the parking and walked in. As I walked in, there were no tables, nothing hanging on the walls, no menu and all the staff were giving me this strange look. I asked to order a pizza, they said, "Uhh, we're closed." I said, "What!? It's the middle of the day! When are you open??" They said, "well, if you look around, not for a few more weeks." Lmao

Terrible experience, I requested a contactless delivery, and for the driver to ring the doorbell twice, he didnt bother to ring my doorbell and just left my pizza on the ground for ants to accumulate on it. I called and complained and they remade my order but, I decided to chill in my garage this time waiting for my order. The delivery driver started yelling at me very intensely, stating that he rang the doorbell twice the first time even though he didnt. Ill never order jets again. So this has happened to me three times now. I have called to order a pizza for delivery. They tell me that they have stop taking delivery orders. Okay i understand this the first call. It was 9:30ish and they close at 10pm. I wish my last delivery job did this for the drivers. Okay lesson learned, might want to call a little bit more ahead of time of closing. Second phone. I think that they are a cross between Rocky Rocco's and Pizza hut. The crust is more like pizza hut and the sauce is a bit like Rocky's. The toppings are a bit like Domino's. It's ok pizza but the prices are high to be honest it should be a 2 star but try it and find out for yourself.
