I had pizza and ranch ordered to my apartment because I wasn’t feeling well and they forgot my ranch. I called my driver and they said that they’re too busy to bring the ranch to me so I ended up having to walk to Jets. I get there and tell them that I was missing the ranch and asked them if I could get a refund or a coupon/breadsticks for the inconvenience and they told me no. I feel like I wasn’t asking for much and I paid an extra $10 for delivery fees and the tip. The workers were honestly rude too. I will never be ordering a delivery order at Jets again.

Have ordered from Jet’s before and been “ok” with it, though they always forget sides and condiments. Recently received a discount promotion in the mail, made an order request, and was denied and order cancelled because Jet’s does not have enough delivery drivers to fulfill the order. I will think twice before attempting to order here again.

Ordered a pizza and one side at 10:50pm, initially had an 11:45 delivery time. Then it got pushed to DoorDash. Eventually my order got randomly canceled at almost 1:00. I figured it would be, since the store closes at midnight. Horrible communication, no updates.

This place closes at midnight.. we placed an order at 1030pm for delivery at 1130. They took the money out of our account and did not deliver. Tried to call at 1145 to check the status of our order and got an answer with the person saying "were closed, stop calling".
No pizza delivered. No more answer on the phone. Money out of account... highly recommend never ordering from this trash place.

Edit: Changed from a 1 star to a 3 start due to the great customer service from Joe and Quinn the next day. They took care of the issue. Hopefully they take care of the trash employee next. If it wasn't for him, Joe and Quinn would definitely be a 5 star.

Ordered online via GrubHub on a quiet Sunday evening, paid via PayPal, order took an hour and forty minutes to be delivered and that was after several calls. On the final call the manager said I'd be refunded in 24 hours. 3 days later, still no refund or refund-in-progress. Manager says they can't refund to PayPal. The food is decent but THE SERVICE STINKS.

Like all pizza, it was hot and fresh. Being there for the first time I wish the service would’ve been better. Only after reading the only to-go menu on the counter was I able to see all of my options. Wanting to try a new restaurant is easy. Actually going there and attempting to navigate their menus while the person at the counter is staring at you, kind of forces you to make a snap decision. Even after admitting that it’s my first time at some restaurants, I’ve only been met with dry “ok’s” When I’m craving pizza again I’d probably choose them because I like thick deep dish pizza. There’s hit the spot! Go there, try it, everyone’s experience is different.

Been ordering here for a while. Pizza was 15 minutes late on a 45 minutes delivery time so i called to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. They said it was on the way. I called back another 15 minutes later and asked them to cancel the order and she said she had to ask the manager...the manager said the order couldn't be canceled since it had already left the store and she said it would arrive sometime but she didnt know when. Then we waited until it had been 2 hours since we ordered and called back and asked to speak to a manager - the manager said the order had been canceled earlier. Totally unacceptable - will not order from here again.

My experience was terrible there was a fat oversized smelly male giving me my food I felt very offended because I almost wanted to vomit I felt as if I had entered a boys locker room. I placed an order for delivery at 10:15am. It is now nearly 12:15pm. My original delivery time should have been 11:21am. They normally have their own drivers but for some reason just not they gave my order to a door dash driver. I’m extremely disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication. I like their pizza, but their delivery leaves a lot to be desired. My latest order was estimated to arrive an hour after I placed it (the pizza place is 10 min away), and after 90 minutes, I called. No apology, no estimated time, just "yeah, it's out." Oh, and I tipped 20% on the total order over top of the delivery fee. This might be my last order from them.

We just moved to the neighborhood and got a coupon for a free pizza, which we appreciated. Nice gesture. So we got a regular pepperoni (for my husband) and a three-topping gluten free crust for me. While my husband said the regular pizza was fine, the gluten free pizza was disappointing. Seemed awfully small for $16, and it was in the oven too long. I normally love crust and finish all mine but I didn’t this time - too hard and a bit burnt around the edges. Unfortunately can’t recommend the gluten free option here.

I found the food to be similar to Little Caesars but way more expensive. The pizza was pretty dry, barely any sauce. That's bad considering I don't like much sauce and typically order light sauce, which I didn't on these. The cheese sticks were ok at the time but definitely needed more cheese. But when I reheated a couple the next day they had a funky taste and I threw them out.

Iffy. Can't handle heartburn pepperoni.Don't get teeny-weeny sausage. I get ham or chicken. Somebody changed either vendors, portion size, how long its in the oven etc. You can tell. Our business placed an order for our company pizza party. (300 employees) The service we received was amazing. From the phone calls finalizing the order, to the delivery of the order. From the owner to his employees, we were treated great. We had no complaints about the pizza or the salad. Our employees liked the pizza and requested it again. I love this pizza. Detroit deep dish is my jam. I am a Chicago deep dish person, but that's not really an anytime kind of pizza. This is. It is still very filling. Their deep dish duo is a small pizza and breadsticks. That's enough for two people especially if you just make a salad at home. Extra large is pizza for days. And one topping pizza that lasts days for less than 20 bucks is pretty awesome. Their specialty pizzas are great, but just a one topping is all you need. The star is the crust and the cheese. Anything else you put on the Detroit deep dish is just bonus. Go pepperoni or sausage and you will not be disappointed.

Great Detroit Style Deep Dish!!! I am from the Detroit Area and this made me feel right at home. The turbo crust adds flavor to the great crunch, it is probably one of the best pizza places in Milwaukee. I love Jet's now that I know everything is made in-store (dough, sauce, fresh graded cheese, diced vegetables). It may be a little expensive, but it is worth it for the premium pizza.
