I placed an order for two pizzas along with a bottle of Jet’s Special Ranch. Unfortunately, the bottle of ranch was not included with the delivery. When I contacted the store to request that it be sent out, the manager responded, “The best I can do is a refund.” As a result, we were left without any sauce for our pizzas.

We were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to resolve the issue in a more satisfactory manner.

Didn’t get what I ordered for delivery. When I called, the woman that answered had no idea how to solve the issue. I ordered bacon cheesy bread and got plain, ordered ranch sauce and got none. Must be under new management.. cuz it has gone done hill lately. Sad to say I wouldn’t recommend and I’ll be looking for a new pizza place to order from. Customer service doesn’t exist there anymore. i called this location and did a pickup order. When i specified my coupon and the person on the phone confirmed. when i arrived they gave me the wrong pizza. i went back and told them what happened. tue worker … ‘kyle’ began to throw boxes and got very upset at me because my order was wrong. general manager (who told me his name is max, but i later found out his name is kevin) came to the front after hearing the commotion. while talking to the general manager- ‘kyle’ was continuously looking at me and consistently throwing things.. i told kyle to come back up to the front and talk to me if i upset him. the general manager told me i was intimidating and that he would call the police and threatened me with a trespassing ticket. BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! So i politely asked for my refund, took some pictures and went to the jets pizza in wauwatosa. they made my pizza correctly and without issue.
Fun fact: this location is franchise and do not have corporate. so if the franchise owner sees this, please reach out. i will be leaving reviews on every platform possible and writing letters for the way i was treated.

I sometimes wonder why i order here. They always have trouble with the sauces. I ask for two, i either get none or one and the one is always open so its pretty much none. Drives me nuts. Ordered 2 small pizzas at 3:20pm was told they would deliver in an hour. Called and was told pizza should be delivered in 5 minutes. It never showed. Called and spoke with manager that said the outsource the delivery to door dash. The turbo sticks were ok, but this is Wisconsin (needs more cheese!).
Service was timely, but not the deal I expected.
I ordered via text as instructed on the website to save 15%.
I texted my order and included in my text that I had a ($25.00 Jet's Certificate) to also use.
The confirmation was given for my order and a time was given for pick-up.
Upon pick-up the assistant said he needed to call the manager to get approval for the certificate.
He then told me they didn't accept the Jet's $25 certificates any longer.
I had ordered the extra side item based on having the gift certificate.
I considered just leaving, but that's not who I am.
I paid for my order, but I won't be supporting their business again.
It is unfortunate that better customer service isn't in place at the West Allis, WI location.
Had I been informed that my certificate would not be accepted at the time of placing the order, all would have been avoided.

Do not order from this Jet's. The delivery driver dropped my pizza off in the lobby someone else took my food. The front desk gave permission to deliver the pizza to the room. The drivers response was, "I don't want to" I know I am a traveling guest. Adriana took my order. After I had told her that I was just next-door pulling up to the subway to do takeout there before I even entered the subway the manager had waved his arms up and down saying that I was not allowed in and that they had closed even though their closing time wasn’t for another 15 minutes. I was disappointed but I decided to go next-door to jets pizza where I ordered a slice of pizza and met Adriana. She was very sweet and took my order with no problem even though she was in the middle of mopping!! After a few mins I had received my order she had to let me know that instead of the one slice I had ordered, she had given me a additional slice and an option for a complimentary beverage for the inconvenience of the business next door.l! That was an above and beyond gesture! It shows that jets pizza truly cares about their customers! And the food was fresh and delicious! I ordered a Jet 10 party tray and paid $68 for it. When I submited the payment online, it didn't go through the 1st time, so I got charged twice. I called the shop to clarify that I only ordered one pizza, and they let me know I'll be refunded in 3-5 business days. "It happens all the time" I was told. Not good. I have been going here since 2010 when I first moved to the area. I have never had a bad experience or pizza that wasn't delicious. The staff is always friendly, polite and respectful no matter how busy it is. This was sister's "goodbye to cheese" meal before starting a prescribed diet as part of her cancer treatment. Jets didn't disappoint. The Detroit style pizza and garlic bread were thick and cheesy.

I ordered online for carry-out, which was fast and convenient. The teenager that was serving as cashier was fast. Not overly friendly, but fast.

The only truly negative part about the experience was that the Jets pizza sign wasn't turned on, which made it hard to find in an unfamiliar location in the dark.

I ordered Jets today because I knew I could not go wrong and I knew I would get great quality food like I always do when I order from here unlike other places and let me tell you I am so glad I made that decision because I ordered a little after they opened and my food still came extremely fast and hot. My triple cheese turbo sticks were hot delicious and awesome and my ranch was ranchin I'm not sure if they make they own ranch homemade or not but it was excellent with the great bread sticks. Ordered a NY style chicken BBQ pizza and was delivered someone else's order. I called the store immediately and they contacted the driver and told me he was on his way back and they'd get it sorted and get me the correct pizza. I didn't hear anything for 30 min so I called back and explained the situation to the person who answered. They're response was, "So what can I do for you?" I asked am I gonna get the pizza I ordered and he said yeah it should be there in about 30 min. I waited another 45 min and still nothing so I called back and explained the situation again and got hung up on. I called again and the manager answered and told me he would cancel the order and I would get my money back on my card in 3-5 business days. I never got my money back, I had to dispute it with the card servicer. Terrible service, didn't own up to the mistakes at all and continuously mishandled the situation.
