Easy entrance to Jimmy's for any level of disability. Jimmy's never disappoints. The service and food is always outstanding and today was no different. I brought in a group of 19 for lunch and it went off without a single hitch. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. Our drinks were refilled quickly, usually without asking. A very pleasant dining experience for the group!

I came here after working 3rd shift with some friends, I got a meal and my friends got the fancy bloody Mary's, the food was really good, My biggest concern about this place as we were sitting at the bar how they treated their new employee that was only on her 2nd day of work. The one lady I believe was the manager she seemed pretty nice but just opening and no smiles or friendliness especially from the lady with the glasses, very rude. I felt like I was sitting here watching sharks or wolves fighting for prey (customers) which was just absolutely wild to me. Never saw any place like that. I didnt get anyone's name besides the new lady who came in ready to work.

I had one of their huge Bloody Mary's with a skewed 2 or more cheese grilled cheese cut into quarters, string cheese, and half a dozen fried cheese squares. It also had a slice of sausage, celery stick, pickle, and I'm sure I'm missing something else! Fantastic! We also had each ordered our own breakfasts like 3 eggs w Corned beef and a side of hash browns, pancakes, and something else I didn't see or was too busy focused on my meal, or could have been in a comma by then! Again, top notch with personal service from 3 waiters and a bartender!!! Can't wait to go back with the dog when it gets nice out and then open outdoor seating!!!

I took my dad there for his birthday. We had never been there before and people have told us it was good. I had biscuits and gravy. My dad had meatloaf with mashed potatoes. Our waitress was not very customer service friendly. I don't know if she was having an off day or if she was more worried about getting the bigger tip from the larger table she had. The busser for our table was more friendly and helpful than our waitress was. Our waitress never asked if we needed refills. Never asked if we wanted dessert. (I told her it was my dad's birthday.) She gave us the check and said she would be back to take care of it. She came back only to tell me to take it up front to the register. A few minutes later, the busser came over to take care of the check for us.

The food was okay. It was loaded in gravy. I mean loaded. The meatloaf was a little dry my dad said, but with the gravy, it was okay. Definitely too much gravy.

As a first time experience, it was not very good. We probably won't go back.

Good service, the food was good, but when we got our bill we were very taken back!! A short stack of pancakes, 4 pieces of bacon and 4 pieces of sausage… were charged $27.00!!! For a Belgian waffle the menu stated with whipped cream, on the bill I was charged an extra 5$!! So 20 $ for 1 waffle!!! The up charge was crazy!!!

It seemed like the weight staff was too busy. Arguing over who was going to serve my table. Because the bus boy sat my party down and they seemed to not like that. Then I ordered tea, which they didn't bring me till after my pancakes arrived. Which she seemed reluctant to give me. On top of this, the pancakes turn to mush pretty quickly. Also, they give you a tiny plastic cup of syrup instead of giving you the dispenser. I would give them one star, but at least the bus boy had his stuff together.

The large pieces of high-quality cod were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned with a crispy batter. The salad was super fresh and had homemade greek dressing. My son had the chicken dumpling soup with his and enjoyed it. The servers were so friendly and we had 3 people checking on us. Very fast service and the people seem like they are happy and care a lot. I work in Jackson and just don't eat out much but I will definitely return for their delicious fish fry!

I had an amazing experience at Jimmy’s. Food was fresh and amazing. Customer service was great. As soon as me and my husband walked in, we were greeted with smiles and good energy. Costa was amazing with drink references. I told him I needed something with some umph and he made sure I got just that. Bridgette was so bubbly and amazing making my drinks. I have been going to Jimmy's Restaurant for many years with my husband and family. You get good family food for great prices! There are always specials and your portions are huge!

You feel like you become a family once you meet Kosta, Jimmy, or any of the staff! The only downside is the hours.

They are closed Monday and Tuesday and open every 8am-3pm except for Friday when they are open until 8pm! I am there most Fridays for the fish fry.

Try Jimmy's, especially if you live in Japan or West Bend!

What a special place in Washington County! We have lived in Jackson for 20 years now, and have been to Jimmy’s countless times. There has never been a time where we left disappointed! We had the birria soup and birria empanadas. Wow! What flavor. The soup is served with hot tortillas, onions and cilantro. The beef is succulent and the broth is tasty but not spicy hot. I was greeted by a person that didn't seem to be a member of the staff. She was in a hurry. When I was seated, the waitress asked me what I wanted to drink. She didn't know on hand what beer was available. She didn't go find out. I settled for a New Glarus Spotted Cow.

Another waitress showed up, she was very informed. She told me about all the specials that weren't on the menu.

I chose the breakfast special.

Bacon pancakes. 2 pancakes filled with pieces of bacon and topped with bacon crumbles. Came with 2 eggs and 2 slices of toast.

I received my breakfast in minutes after ordering. I was totally surprised.

I didn't like the looks of the outside of the building. The parking lot is rough. The patio seems cramped. That's what made me reluctant to try this restaurant. When I got inside, I was surprised. There's lots of room even with lots of people. There's comfortable seating for solo dining.
