We have lived in Oconomowoc for just over 3 years and have ordered from Johnnys/Rosattis about once a month. It’s our go to for ordering pizzas because it’s always fresh, delicious and the hostesses that we pick up from are ALWAYS polite and helpful. I definitely leave a bigger tip because the experience has always been positive. I will also add that it’s a great price point and I consider them reasonably affordable. I was hosting a birthday dinner for my mother in law’s 97th birthday and she wanted spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered a few days prior for takeout. I had to order the meatballs separate from the pasta, but it was really worth it. We got 10 meatballs and I thought they were going to be small but I was shocked to see how big they were. Not too big but big enough. Again, everything was so delicious. Johnnys will definitely be my go to for future catering needs. I definitely recommend for great food!

We always do delivery from here, the BEST pizza in Oconomowoc hands down! Arrives hot, quality ingredients, crispy crust(even edges on deep dish). You can’t go wrong no matter what kind you order! Breaded mushrooms and eggplant strips are also a fav in our home. Highly recommend!

Too err is human. We have been getting Pizza and food from here since we moved here 16+ years ago. Pizza is fantastic, fish fry is awesome, the Italian Beef I think is better than Portillo’s. That being said for the 2nd time in all those years a mistake was made last night, the first time was many years ago, last night they delivered my food and forgot a sandwich. I often say that it isn’t making a mistake that is important, it is how you take care of the mistake. I remember the first time being very happy with the solution they made although do not remember the particulars. Last night I was doubly impressed as they responded very quickly and actually sent one of the cooks (I believe as he had his cooking apron on), he apologized and told me that they applied a credit to my account to make up for it! That is great customer service and great handling of an honest mistake! Restaurants are going to make errors, especially when they are extremely busy all the time, but how they took care of recognizing and solving the issue was absolutely phenomenal! Thank you to the team!

Prices are high. But they are great at what they do. Delicious pizza. Delicious pasta. Salads are ok. This is a tweak of the old Rosati’s which I miss. But I appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit. I just don’t order as often as I used to because of the pricing.

We have ordered pizza delivery several times and it's been a good experience each time. One time I ordered the shrimp meal and it was also delicious! We usually request delivery at a certain time and it has always been within a few minutes of the requested time. Very impressive!

I had " thee" best pizza from Johnny's last night. I normally don't take the time to give reviews, but this pizza was delicious and delivered very quickly. The ingredients were so fresh and tasted amazing, what a great way to watch any of the March Madness games with! I placed an order over the phone and was informed there would be a 30-minute wait. I arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes later, and while my food was ready, my salad was not. I ended up waiting an additional 42 minutes for the salad. During this time, I inquired about my order twice, but received confused responses from the staff and cooks. I live 3 minutes away, both my meals and mozzarella sticks were cold, and the cheese was barely melted. I have posted this review before. The same night I was contacted by the owner on my personal cell phone at 9pm at night, asking me to take the review down if he refunded my order to the card. I obliged as he was willing to make things right. I waited weeks and was never refunded for my order or the Gracious gratuity I left when picking up my order. I'm not one to write a long winded review like this, but this whole situation rubbed me the wrong way.

Went to dinner on Friday night. First time since the name change. Had 2 sodas, the wonton wrapped mozzarella sticks, my wife had a small thin crust cheese pizza, & I got the chicken Marsala. The appetizer, pizza we’re very good. The chicken Marsala was ok at best, it comes with a lot of broccoli. The steam/buttered water watered down the Marsala sauce and the pasta tasted like buttered noodles. Would suggest to cut the broccoli in half and in a separate bowl/dish or try cooked spinach. Also, use smaller pieces of chicken with a thicker sauce.

Ordered the 18" Beast formerly known as Rosatis Monster. The first thing i noticed was the prices. Johnny Pizza is charging so much more for the same exact size and topping! I decided to order the pizza for takeout. I opened the box and couldn't believe the noticeable difference in topping amount this pizza "The Beast" had over "The Monster." Like i said the cost was nearly 8-10 dollars more for thinner crust and way less toppings. The dough was also lacking in flavor. Bland and starchy. I was told that nothing changed but the owner and name and they are keeping the previous menu intact. That may be, but my first experience after this change, I was not impressed. The quality of ingredients and taste was just not there for me. Not sure i would say that I would return again.

Ordered food for take out. Both 18” pizzas were supposed to be thin crust. The pictures we saw online we a thin crispy crust but what we got was far from that. It was doughy and definitely not crispy. We created our own pizza and also tried a sausage. Flavor is good. But dough was soft not crispy. Did we get the wrong style? For what we paid, I’m not sure I’d try the pizza again or not. Also, can’t order the specials via their website which was disappointing. Got the lasagna meals but they didn’t come with salad. The “garlic” bread needs garlic, it’s mainly just buttered crispy bread.

We had our company holiday party in the party room at Johnny Pizza last night; a buffet style meal for 50 people. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent and perfect for our group. Kathy, Tim and Kate did an outstanding job. It was old fashioned night and the cocktails were on point. The food was delicious. I had the angel hair pasta with marinara, the bruschetta, and a glass of the sangiovese blend wine. It was delicious, the service was excellent, and they took my dietary restrictions seriously. My son enjoyed coloring on the paper covering the table and liked his kids meal. It is a nice atmosphere and I highly recommend going here.

We ordered food for our family tonight before I came home from a 12 hour shift. Ordered and was told 30 minutes. Walked in 31 minutes later to hot pasta and apps and a cold salad as well. I went in by myself and was shown my food was in 3 separate bags. The female behind the counter who had rung me up offered to assist me in taking out a bag to my truck. I've never been offered that before and was pleasantly surprised. It was a nice touch to an even better dinner. Always enjoyed this place when it was Rosatis, and a little apprehensive when we saw it was under new ownership. But pleasantly surprised to find food is still really good, and our favorites were still on the menu. Food was awesome! And our Server, Leah, was Amazing! She made suggestions and was very attentive! She was also helping other servers there as well as waiting other tables and never acted rushed or exasperated. This was one of our favorite places in town, nice to know it still is!!
