I hate to review a place on the first visit, but it wasn't a good one. The food was very tasty. The malt came a little slow and we ordered an appetizer first. That came pretty quickly, but then we placed an order for burgers.

Just 2 burgers. 55 minutes later, I asked about our order because we were about to just pay and leave. I think our waitress forgot to put it in. Once reminded, the burgers came to the table quickly.

It wasn't what i would consider busy, so maybe it was server error. It would've been nice of them to acknowledge that before we waited that long.

I'd try it again. The atmosphere was cool and the menu was plentiful.

What a fun place to eat at. Walk back in time to a 50's style diner. Reasonably priced, we fed a group of 4 adults for about $65.

Amazing milk shakes, super crispy fries and juicy burgers made for an amazing experience. This is my go to diner whenever we get to the Oshkosh area.

This was my first time eating at Johnny Rockets because im from LA and my first thoughts of the restaurant was exciting, good and calm. So i went up to the cashier and her name Chanel she took my order so nice and professional that i had to tip her $100 and lastly is the food id bomb even-though they take a long time doing the food. But overall it's a cool restaurant and the food is amazing.

I use to live around the corner of this establishment, my daughter loved it. It was clean and the employees were dressed like it was a 50s diner. The customer service was excellent then! None of this is true now. This is not what I expect to see on the grounds of the outlet mall. This establishment obviously has changed management and ownership since we lived over there.

A 1950's style diner. Went on a Saturday evening. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Waiter Joe did an amazing job. A very good experience. Expect to pay extra for sides like fries, salad and onion rings which is no big deal. Shakes, Soda, Beer and Wines available on the menu. Ideal place for families. Highly recommend and great value. Well worth going back time and time again.

This 5 star review is because the food was cooked well and EMILY...our server, was abesolutely amazing. I work in the industry, and I was wearing my Chef jacket and out with my two daughters and wife. We were sat, and then clearly i knew that the person who sat us did not let whichever person was supposed to be taking our order, know. I know that we were not in Emily's section, but she noticed us while she was, very swiftly and politely, taking care of her other tables. She greeted us with a smile, and immediately started the night on a great note. We do not get to go out much, because I am always working, so having this type of servi ed was amazing. We had a wonderful time and Emily was just the greatest through the entire experience. The holidays are tough on us industry folk.... and i wanted to take the time to show how some put the extra thought and care into it, and really make a difference in other peoples lives. My wife and I wont be able to go out to eat for a few months..but last night at Johnny Rockets was made very special by an awesome server. Thank you, from my family to yours.

This place is bad, it does not take 35 minutes to make a burger. And when I tell a waiter thar he made a mistake on my food the proper response is not to laugh and shrug. And the proper response from a manager is not "what do you want me to do about it" add in the fact that the menu is limited and that the amount of food for what you're paying is pathetic and there are much better places you could spend your money. Usually Johnny Rockets is a good experience in other states but this one is an absolute must avoid

Went 10 mins without being waited on. Waitress greeted us with 'I guess I'll wait on you let me grab my stuff. Waitress came unprepared and took food order without taking drink order. We ordered shakes and then she then immediately asked us if we wanted any shakes. Shakes took 20 minutes to get and was melted by the time we asked again for them, so we had liquid shake. Food was meh. No refills offered on sodas purchased. Waitress did not check on us once, and we did not have any straws. Don't think I'll be returning.

Visited Johnny Rockets on Saturday, place is quaint and fun, food was okay, didn’t knock my socks off, the waitress we had, Melissa, was horrible, never smiled and was not friendly whatsoever we told her it was our 1st time there and she didn’t say anything and no expression except looking at us like we were aliens. Never checked on us as to how our food tasted or if we needed anything. I might go here again but would most definitely request another server. All the other servers looked like they appreciated their customers business.

Lunch with friend after mega shopping adventure. We both had burgers and both were EXCELLENT and we are not usually burger people. Cheesy fries with bacon were great for sharing. Server/manager was friendly, kind and attentive. He was a joy to meet rather than the usual half-irritated/annoyed service people I am seeing more and more frequently. Special requests were no problem. He made fresh coffee for me late in the afternoon. And made me an extra small sundae that was not on menu (I am a diabetic who enjoys sweets). Will definitely go again and bring my husband who enjoys burgers. Kudos to the service and employees who did their job with a smile!!!!! Wish all servers could be as pleasant, kind and helpful!!!!! Wish I could recommend them for a raise!!

Went here after a day spent at the Milwaukee Zoo with all three of our "boys" and our grandkids. We raved to our oldest who had never been there about how great the milkshakes are but after we ordered them, we were told they ran out of ice cream! However, our waiter was able to make at least two small shakes for the grandkids to have so they wouldn't be disappointed! How sweet! Food is fantastic here and the experience is always unique! Me and my boyfriend stopped for a quick (or so we thought) bite to eat! We got there and ordered within a timely manner, ate our shakes, and then a half hour went by. Still no food. Our waiter comes by and said “so I forgot to put your order in, which one was yours? I’m sorry it got really busy” (there was only 3 other tables lol) and then another 20 minutes later our food came out. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We were seated right away which was nice but after that it was a miracle if we saw our waiter. After we finally got our order in we had to wait at least a half an hour for our food, which was cold. After our food was delivered that was the last time we saw our waiter and also had our refill on drinks. So to be clear, my drink was refilled TWICE! that's it, once when he took our order and once when our food came. I only ate half of my food before I realized my chicken sandwich was RAW!!! Unacceptable! Then we couldn't find our waiter so I called a different waiter to the table and showed him their mistake. Finally our waiter came over and asked me if I wanted another sandwich. I declined because at this point everyone else was done and I had already been waiting fifteen minuets to get someone the first time. After my waiter figured out between six of them how to take my sandwich off of my bill, we finally were able to pay and leave. This was my first time dining at any Johnny Rockets and it will be my last!

I read a review that mentioned an order being screwed up, but I ignored it. Turns out, the same thing happened to me. The food is a bit expensive and the portions aren’t the biggest for the price. In my opinion, the food wasn’t anything special. The fries weren’t hot either. Took awhile to get seated, and we didn’t get a chance to order milkshakes because the waiter gave us our check before we even finished our meal. He said it was because he was “pretty busy”. Overall, pretty disappointed.
