Love everything about this place. We found this diner on our way home from an up north trip. The whole trip we had less than stellar food. When we got here that changed! The staff were nice and attentive. The food was amazing! We got the banana bread french toast, stuffed berry french toast, and some biscuits and gravy. All of it was *chefs kiss* this will probably be our stop on the way home from up north more often.

We walked right in and got a booth to sit in. Our order came out super quick! And the food... OMG! So good!!! Their buttermilk pancakes are made from scratch and the potatoes are slived thin and fresh that came with the steak and eggs that my husband got. WOW! Wish I lived closer to come back.

We never have to wait long for a table. Our waitress, no matter which one, is always inviting, polite and courteous. The food is good, their pancakes are HUGE which is awesome for me. My fiance really likes that they serve Bloody Mary's. It's always an enjoyable experience. Zero complaints 🙂👌

I want to share this situation that was posted on Jojo's Diner's Facebook page. For Halloween this year, the employees dressed as Olympic athletes. One employee went so far as to paint her face black, and Jojo's backed this decision, claiming they saw nothing wrong with it, despite the controversy it sparked. This is deeply troubling and reflects racism at its core. I am very disappointed in Jojo's and will no longer be visiting, as this is not the kind of small business I will be supporting. This was my second visit to this restaurant location near Oconto, and to be perfectly honest I left unimpressed. The service was slow, the portions were small, and the prices were noticeably higher than other local restaurants. No doubt by the crowd, there is a loyal following at this location, but perhaps they haven't tried out some of the other restaurants that offer equally tasty food, with larger portions, and economy pricing. Just saying, that would today's costs price shopping should be a consideration when dining out, and if you don't find what you're looking for, shop around.

Food was good! I ordered the gyro with no tomato. Only complaint is the onion breath I left there from the gyro having diced white onion instead of red onion. My kids love the chili and the chicken vegetable soup. My 18 month old had a large pancake (I ordered two) and could only finish one cake. The pancake was a little dark for my liking but my daughter didn’t seem to notice since she gobbled the whole thing up. I will also add that I thought it was comical that there was a full bar for a cafe. A cafe that closes at 2pm during the week but has a full bar? So funny! I will definitely stop here again on our way through the area again!
