Ribs and chicken were so good. Ribs came right off the bone very tender. Sweet potato fries were perfect. Salad bar fresh and fantastic options. Price for 5 people and food plus three drinks and 3 sodas. Perfect for families. We were just on a road trip today we live hour half from here. Will be back. Thank you for great service and food. Dined on a Saturday evening and had the prime rib. I've eaten there several times before while passing through town and was looking forward to another satisfying experience. This occasion fell short of the mark. Had my first prime rib there and it was a big disappointment. A nice sized portion at a reasonable price. However, the meat was tough. I mistakenly thought their prime rib was slow roasted. This apparently was not. I don't know what kind of steam press trickery goes on in kitchens to prepare meals for the masses but that is not the optimal way to prepare the low standard meat that I was presented.

My server apparently forgot about us and never plied us for feedback. Ultimately, I had to track him down for the check.

The salad bar rocks. Sad these types of dining venues are disappearing from the landscape. I won't refrain from dining there again but may not look forward to the next experience as I did this one. The prime rib is off my list.

We used the catering service for a light lunch. Casey was very nice and easy to work with. She was helpful in figuring out numbers and amounts of food needed. They set up on time, had a beautiful display and cleaned up promptly. Very efficiently and professionally run. Thank You!

Owner has small dog that she let's roam the restaurant, and had dog fecal matter under one of the seats of our table. Food took FOREVER to get to our table and restaurant was not busy at all. Chicken wings came out cold. Don't plan on returning

Tried this place Friday night. Went with the fish fry and salad bar. Reviews looked good so we gave it a try.
Food was good and plenty. Salad bar had fresh lettuce and a lot of options. Owner or cook came out and asked how everything was and thanked us and other tables for coming in.
Definitely will go back when in the area.

Wish I was posting a review based on the food, but I’m not. Drove an hour to come here this past Saturday because it’s where my fiancé wanted to go for her Birthday. Called several times through the day to make a reservation, but straight to voicemail. Checked their Facebook/Google to make sure they weren’t closed, but nothing indicated they would be closed. I assume maybe they’re having phone issues, no problem. Get there, walk in, and a lady informs us they are closed for vacation. No sign on the door, no social media posts, nothing. How unbelievably inconsiderate. Will never be back and will gladly make sure others know about this. There’s better supper clubs I’m willing to travel further for anyway.

Super venue for a small outdoor wedding. Weather cooperated, cake arrived in one piece, and the food was very good. Buffet selected consisted of salad, baked potato with fixings, corn, green beans, sliced beef & chicken, with rolls. I must say the chicken was the best grilled chicken I've had in a long time. If you are on the hunt for a venue, this is one to consider.

Just a note for attendees that are less steady on their feet... Be careful walking outside, as the grass is uneven, as expected.

Perfect little supper club. Service was prompt and friendly, even the owner and chef were checking on tables. The old fashions were 10/10, large salad bar that included soup, salad, even cheese spread. We started with cheese curds which were crispy and delicious. Our party enjoyed steak, and the shrimp platter, both very good. Would recommend for your next trip to the area.

Love going there on Sat. Nights for Prime Rib special. They used to offer 3 sizes of prime rib. Now you're limited to one size. Cost my wife and I an extra $8 EACH for way more than we normally eat. Web site still showed 3 size choices.

Had a bad experience here when we were the owner had told us we had to wait til we paid to leave and he knows of us. Food was good but the owner wasn’t really understanding. I won’t eat here after he told us we had to stay while one person went to get money pulled out we were sitting at least 30 minutes and the owner never asked what was going on.

Enjoyed a Friday dinner at JS Supper Club. Salad bar was well stocked and clean. Chicken and dumpling soup was just right. Chicken salad was also really good.

Steaks were flavorful and moist, cajun pasta was excellent, Old Fashioneds were very good. Great prices, especially for the amount of food. And the service from our wait person, who hasn't been working there a full week yet, was EXCELLENT!

This was not a full supper club experience. No relish trays, no pickles or crackers. And our wait person wasn't "sassy" like so many supper club wait staff are known to be. 😁

We would definitely eat here again.

She rolled her eyes and walked away. I guess that’s one way for a county official to screw over the public. I would suggest finding any other place to have any event.

First and foremost, let me say what a phenomenal dining and leisure experience we had at the JS Supper Club. Unbeknownst to myself my crew, we may have stumbled upon one of the hidden gems of the lower north woods.

Our experience began by pulling our rig right out front of the grand entrance. Shortly after strolling in, we were greeted by smiling faces and welcoming bar tenders. We requested to be seated outside and we’re led to what I would describe as a garden paradise.

After pouring over the bi-fold menu, we were shocked by the sprawling menu including delicacies such as fresh walleye, prime rib and squeaky cheese curds. (Might I add that both the fried and pan seared walleye were excellent).

Long story short, the beer was cold, the staff was friendly and the times were good. 10 out of 10 (or for the purposes of this review… 5 stars).

Don't think about it, just make the reservation and get some great food!

We had a group of 24, reservation was made, we got there and our table was set and ready to roll! Waitresses had a plan to get orders taken quickly and correctly -- everyone got the right food and it was awesome.

Leif (the chef) stopped out to make sure we were all taken care of.

Best part -- the waitress must have overheard my LOVE of pickled herring....she brought me a to-go container of it!

Will be back again, thanks for making out annual Snowmobile club trip awesome!

Came across this place when we were heading from Ladysmith to Rice Lake to go to Lehman’s supper club and frankly I wish we would have kept going and not turned around.

The owner made us feel like we were seriously inconveniencing him from his friends at the other end of the bar and was just very unprofessional.
