Fantastic fish fry with great, friendly service in a cozy, typical Wisconsin atmosphere. Found this place on Parents Weekend at CUW and will definitely be coming back. Portions were generous and food was perfectly done. Thank you for having us. We will be back

Consider yourself lucky if you’re if able to score a seat on a Saturday night here. The place is packed and bumping with all the right energy tonight! It’s a place that makes you feel great being here. The bartender, Smooth, was on point all night. He never stopped cranking out drinks the entire time we were here. The rest of the staff we had was attentive and polite. Oh, and our dinner was delicious. Get the Bengali Shrimp! Cheers to Juices. Can’t wait to come back.

Worst experience ever! This was my second and LAST time to this outrageously outdated, old , and dirty place. My friend recommended it to me, so my husband and I went there twice. The first time we went, it wasn’t too bad. The food was OK, but I felt rushed and couldn’t get over how out-dated and dirty the place was. A month later we decided to go again. My husband made a reservation for two for 5:00PM. We got a table in the “dungeon”, although the whole dining-room area was empty, but we were told the other tables were reserved. We got our food, and every 10-15 minutes the bus-girls kept coming up asking if we were done… the second the waitress left the bill, the bus-girl came up asking if we’re ready to pay. By the way, if you don’t pay by cash, there’s an extra charge. After dinner, we ordered another drink. That’s when the owner came up and said that they had another reservation for the table we were at. I asked him what we were supposed to do with the drinks we just ordered, and he just shrugged his shoulders justifying that on Saturdays you were allowed only an hour and thirty minutes. SERIOUSLY????! I paid almost $200 to be told you have to leave after spending a little over an hour at the restaurant on a Saturday night?!??!!!!!! Extremely disappointed and angry. I guess, they have their regulars that they depend on, so if you’re not one of them, you’ll be treated with no respect and your business is not appreciated. Unless you wanna spend close to $200 in 1.5 hours and go down a memory lane to early 2000s with dirty glasses, silverware, and frozen bread, DO NOT GO THERE-do yourself a favor!

We LOVE a good dive bar, and this had a special flare. They're not technically
a dive bar, but a cross with a supper club. Everything from the drinks, to the appetizers, to our entrees was amazing! HIGHLY recommend the prime bites! Oh my!!

Old timey combo super club and community gathering place. Interesting local lore, I won't spoil it as the menu retelling history and naming does a great job. Dined in several times and always busy, especially on Fridays, so be prepared to wait or eat at the bar. We sat in the cozy dining area, but they also have a nice outdoor covered deck and super attentive staff. Sandwiches and entrees are generous portions, and you won't leave hungry. The menu is flexible with many options (blackened, grilled, broiled, and fried) to prep on most chicken and fish dinners. Recently, on Friday, we tried the Cajun Haddock and Walleye, which was outstanding. The shrimp was overbattered and a little tough for sure, not hand breaded. What was a touch disappointing was the inconsistent side options. Fresh tasty rolls and haystack onion rings were on point, but the salad dressing, tartar sauce, and apple sauce were food service. Puting it on homemade potatoes, pancakes [which mine this time were over fried and greasy] seemed wrong in a lot of ways. The beer selection options is light for the size of the bar. Overall , it could be amazing with a couple of small and easy to complete upgrades.

Juice’s Ghost Town is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. And if you look at my review profile, you’ll know I’ve had a lot of burgers. If you’re looking for Wisconsin Bar Food (our favorite), this is the best you’ll find from Sheboygan to Milwaukee. The Curd Nurd cheese curds are also some of the best I’ve ever had: he makes the curds fresh each morning and delivers them to several local restaurants and gas stations. They’re lightly battered and full of flavor. The burgers… aww, the burgers, are so good. Perfect and juicy patty, hard roll buns, fresh lettuce and tomato, along with great fries. We also at a later date tried the homemade chips, and those were awesome and they give you so much of them compared to the fries. We’d recommend those chips. Only one star is down on the atmosphere because although the place was super fun and unique — a converted pizza 1900s dance hall and the placemats detail the history of the name Ghost Town, it’s super interesting — there was some dust and spider webs on the window near us. Overall, 10/10 for Juice’s Ghost Town and we took way too long to try it!

Beef stroganoff was great, a little on the salty side, but pretty dang good!
They say on the menu you can't complain or send back a medium or medium well steak though, and this image was their "medium."
My MIL felt she couldn't send it back because of this.
We also learned you can't order a dish to share, if you do, it's a $10 share fee.
Prices on the menu are also the "cash" price, if you pay with a card of any kind there's an upcharge of 3%. There front door states this.
As any other business owner knows, you just take those card reader fees. It sucks but you do. I've never encountered a place trying to put it on the customer like that before.

I hear great things about there fish fry and prime rib, but my steak sandwich was not at all worth it. It was overcooked, very dry and had no flavor. I had to smother it in ketchup and steak sauce, just to be able to finish it. Not rushing back, especially considering the price.

Been trying 2 check this place out 4 years.
It opens at 1pm on Fridays so we ducked in after a costco run.
My wife had pan fried perch with pancakes. Loved the pancake.
Pan fried walleye and a baked 4 me.
About the only thing, bread was a little dry.
Staff were really friendly, worth the stop.

4/5/2025 - Service was great! We were very disappointed in the food. This was our second time visiting this restaurant, it was extremely good a year ago, but this time was the complete opposite. Lobster bites = extremely salty...not worth the $30 market price, chicken cordon blue = supposedly pan fried, appeared deep fried from the pool of oil it was sitting in, again extremely salty, roasted baby reds = extremely salty and oily, shrimp scampi = flavor was good, but again sitting in a pool of water and oil. Food was so salty, we couldnt eat it, 3 bites to the garbage, not worth the $100 bill. The best thing we had was the French onion soup. Another thing that was a little off setting was hearing a gentleman (I assume was the owner from his interactions) tell a customer who didn't have a reservation, "we are full tonight...good for me, bad for you!" Completely unprofessional!

It was just awful. Not extremely busy on a Tuesday but treatable service. When they finally showed up my husband didn’t get the beer he asked for. Finally got asked what he wanted to wanted to eat. He ordered a cup of chili. Never asked if we wanted water. Was like pulling teeth getting any service. We were really disappointed and asked go the bill. It was 30 dollars. Really? For a on and tonic , a Bloody Mary and a cup of chili ? Terrible. I’ve lived in this town over 30 years and never had gone there. My third time. Other times were just ok. I’m done here now. Waitress talks to much without making sure all customers were served. Food below average customer service , bad I really don’t know how you made it this long !

We've gone here twice now after being recommended to it numerous times. Both times staff we friendly and welcoming and food was great. The first time we went we probably spent $50 on dinner and drinks with an appetizer. The 2nd time we just got burgers and fries/chips, which we're good burgers and we didn't get drinks or appetizers so spent around $20. Both were worth the price and both times left us wanting to come back! Would recommend Juice's to anyone.

The meals at this location are actually made from scratch. Yes, there are some things like french fries, but even the mozzarella sticks are hand dipped and amazing. My fiance and I stopped here on the way back out of town from The Lions Den Nature Preserve. First I have to say that the food was delicious, however not a great experience. First of all when walking in the atmosphere was a bit off, we felt like it was definitely more of a place for locals and regulars. Waitress was decently nice, got our drinks quick as well as our appetizers. We orders 2 waters, 2 beers and 2 appetizers...we decided to hold off on ordering our meals until we found out how full we were going to be. When the waitress came back to ask if we wanted a refill on our beers my fiance opted for a refill and I asked for a mountain dew, while she was there I told her we decided we wanted to try to Philly Cheesesteak with Onion Rings to share because we were already kinda full from the appetizers but really wanted to try the Cheesesteak. She then informed us it would be a fee to share a meal, I found that to be odd. I asked how much the fee was and she told us $10!!!!!! I made sure that's what she said and she confimed what I thought I heard. I said, okay no thank you we'll just get the check instead I'm not paying $10 to share a meal when a whole second one is $15. I absolutely will not be going back to this establishment. They also charge a 3% fee for using a card and if you have a group you can't pay with multiple cards, there are signs up stating that only one card can be used per table (this was not a problem for us, just a warning to others). This is a terrible way to conduct business. I would have understood if we had gone in and tried to be as cheap as possible. But that wasn't the case, we just didn't want to waste food by ordering 2 meals that would have gotten half eaten after having a heafty serving of appetizers.

Our first and last visit. CHECK YOUR BILL UNLESS YOU ARE COOL WITH GETTING RIPPED OFF. We both ordered the honey mustard chicken salad. Very long wait followed by over billing. Our waitress replied that the menu had a typo (????) What???? She became quite befuddled and LOUD when we suggested correcting ALL the menus. She stated " this has never happened before " Wow. Really? A typo? "Never happened before" meaning what? That the customers just don't question being over charged?
Our salads were supposed to have " mixed greens " and in actuality had just chopped romaine. Very disappointing experience.

Wanted to try something new and picked this restaurant. Parked in the parking lot and tried to find an entrance so I could take my wife in her wheelchair into the restaurant. I had to go into the restaurant and ask because I couldn't find anything that looked like an entrance that we could use. I was told that the wheelchair entrance was through the kitchen in the back. Going around back to look, we would have had to park on the street and go up a gravel incline to get to the entrance. They may have the best food in the area, but I doubt if I will ever go back. They obviously don't consider people with disabilities as any kind of priority in providing adequate access. I was very disappointed and I also doubt that what they have meets the ADA standards for accessibility.

Good food, good service, nice place. Not to big inside. Fills up fast. Would go back again.

It was just ok. Nothing special and very expensive for shrimp & fries on a Friday night. Was $27.99. I'll pass next time

Amazing! Food is home made kind-and trust me -I am a picky eater😅feeling like not a meal on a road, not a chain and nice to have real food in a place with a history🙏

Great fish fry. We had the beer battered haddock. The coating was light and crispy. The potato pancakes were tasty and the beer was cold. Friendly staff. Ghost Town checked all the boxes.

Corn beef was a slab, not slices, no flavor. Sad experience. So when they asked, my husband told them. They took his meal off, which we did not expect great servic3

This place IS Wisconsin! Great food and wonderful service, an awesome bartender that slings tasty brandy old fashioneds at lightening speed. What more could you possibly need! Meredith is a great server that will pay attention to you! Thank you Meredith!
