This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I ordered the loaded steak potatoes, but they gave me shrimp instead. Thankfully, I checked before leaving. When I told the cashier about the mistake, she went to the kitchen, and the cook responded with a nasty attitude, as if they needed to hear the mistake directly from me.

They reluctantly agreed to fix it and said they would remake the order. When I returned about 5–10 minutes later, I realized they didn’t actually remake it... they just took off the shrimp and added steak. I know it was the same plate because it looked identical, and they even missed a few shrimp. Thank God I don’t have a seafood allergy.

I won’t be coming back. The cook’s attitude was completely unprofessional, though the cashier handled the situation respectfully. This business won’t last long if they continue to treat customers this way and ignore proper food handling and professionalism.

We flew in from Seattle/ Tacoma, Wa. Our FIRST stop was Juicy Lucy's Kitchen. I had it planned for 8 months and was NOT dissapointed! My unborn Grandchild is still doing flips over the oxtail meal!! Ordered the Pot Roast on Soul Food Sunday. I was taken aback to see the pot roast came without potatoes, onions or carrots but just the meat, the meat had a decent flavor. I also ordered the Mac and cheese which imo was too mushy with a peculiar cheese taste, and the dressing which lacked the right combination of flavors. The portions were small, and the food left a lingering taste in my mouth. The presentation needs work as well, juices and grease were splattered all over the inside of the container. People tend to eat with their eyes first, so what you prepare needs to look appealing, taste comes second in order. I’ll admit that I do like the Carmel cake, it’s a real two layer slice and the Carmel is executed well. God Bless.

Order the California burger from Uber eats with a side of fries and peach cobbler with ice cream. The Burger was way smaller than expected, and it didn't even come with any of the Leto,tomatoes,onions they It said it was on there. I called and ordered a $50 seafood boil. With extra butter and two koolaids. She told me it was $123. I said something was wrong. She realized that she doubled the boil and fixed it. Cool. Nbd. We gave it 15 mins before we picked up so we didn’t have to wait long once we got there. My husband and son picked up the order, when they walked in they were greeted with “Whatchu want!?” N my husband said he had our pick up, which I paid over the phone. Then he asked where the koolaids were and they argued that he didn’t order any. Someone came from the back n said he did. So he grabbed our order and left. He brings it home, the pan is Luke warm at best, not even hot enough for the butter to be melted down. There’s maybe 2 small potatoes cut up and then he shrimp smells rancid. I called to complain about the temperature and the woman on the other line was screaming in my ear telling me I was wrong and it was hot when it was prepared. We live 5 mins away.. there’s no way. We’ve ordered from this business in the past, but the pure rudeness and lack of giving a shit with food preparedness, we will not return. Don’t recommend. 0/10

I ordered Uber Eats. A catfish dinner and chicken dinner. I seen your response to my wife. To say you spoke to us about the Yams, is a lie. We did not receive a courtesy call regarding unavailability for the yams. Update your menu via Uber eats. You are in control of that. Also, I ordered a regular Coke for my wife, not a Diet Coke. To not offer rectification for this major inconvenience shows how you conduct yourself as a business owner. Regardless if it’s a dine-in, to-go or a Delivery order. Quality should ALWAYS be A1 and you fell extremely short! To say the catfish dinner offers more than one filet when blatantly in the photo, we only received one filet, is ridiculous! I love this place and recommend it to all my family and friends. I get the Cajun Alfredo a lot, some times with sausage and some times with chicken either way its always been delicious. The cat fish combo and cat fish sliders are amazing too! Can't forget about dessert. The banana puddin and peach cobbler are sooo yummy & really hit the spot after some good Cajun food or soul food. Definitely a gem in Racine that we needed!

I had no clue that the establishment changed hands. My grandson and I walked in and it appeared there was an issue with the cashier who was sitting in the front eating area FaceTiming upset. There was a man. Telling her everything was going to be okay. We browsed the menu and I wasn’t impressed. The man that was talking to the cashier offered to purchase us some Carmel cake stating it was amazing. We sat down, with the cashier bringing our drinks. We then waited for over 20 mins listening to the owner telling someone what to do. My grandson went and asked how much longer. Being told there was 8 orders ahead of us however our order was small and it should be up soon. The order came, the burger was smaller than a child’s burger at McDonalds with only cheese on it. Nothing that was on the menu. The bun was burnt on one side. I was going to say something and my grandson replied it’s okay. Then I opened the beef good size. I asked for some aju being told “I put some on there. I again asked if I could have a small cup. The lady huffed and went and got it. The amazing Carmel cake was dry and you couldn’t even taste much caramel. I took 2 bites and tossed it. When asked how things were I explained the above. The owner came over and tried to explain that the burger was weighed out and everyone wants their burgers well done and she should have asked. The order was rung up wrong. I guess that was because the cashier was still on her FaceTime call when she took the order. I told her about the cake, being told it’s their best seller and it’s always moist and delicious and I shouldn’t have thrown it away. I asked why they didn’t include fries with such a small burger being asked do you know the price of food? I was told by the cashier that the fries were a small personal size. When I asked about the nachos I was told they are gas station nachos, that was a total turn off. I-went to use the ladies room. The door wouldn’t close tight so you couldn’t lock it. The bathroom was a mess like the rest of the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If the restaurant seating and the restrooms are unsanitary I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. I should have walked out when I first saw what was going on with the employees and the condition of the restaurant its self.

Juicy Lucy's is my go to the owner is down to earth very friendly, kind, and patient and you can tell is passionate about what she do everything on the menu is good if I want something quick the Italian beef is my go to real authentic and a great size, when I have a taste for a burger and fries I am pleased with that, if I want something heavier I am overly satisfied with the pasta it is always fresh creamy and full of flavor even the seafood Mac is fufilling I get mine regular sometimes too and I must say it is some of the best macaroni I've ever had + nicely proportioned check her menu out if you're ever in the area you won't be disappointed!

I would NOT recommend this place. Over 3 bucks for a little portion of fries. I decided to feed my seafood craving with Juicy Lucy’s kitchen and I was definitely extremely satisfied. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and received my order in a timely manner. My seafood boil was fresh, hot, and very flavorful! I was even able to satisfy my sweet tooth with a big slice of delicious Carmel cake. This restaurant is a must try and I give it all five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I order the steak and pasta!!! Mannnn it was cooked to perfection. You tasted seasoning in every bite. Wasn’t dried out or dry. I’ve been back and will continue to go back. I challenge YOU to try it. A bonus is her blue kool-aide….it’s FIYAHHHH 😉

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Racine. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we (my friends and I) tasted melted in our mouths. So flavorful!!Absolutely the best seafood we had while. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone near or far. I live in Milwaukee but would definitely do the drive anytime for the food!!! 🤤
