Service could definitely be better. We never got our shrimp chips while every other table got theirs. As that is what Shrimp Shack provides. Our server didn’t check up on us. Super unprofessional. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. The servers definitely need to ask if the check was going to be together or separate. Rather than assuming the 3 of us would be together. As I understand she was probably unaware, and since the restaurant just opened.

I got their seafood combo special $39.99. Snow crab was TOO small. It was the size of my hands. My snow crab was also missing a leg. There were only 2 corn, 1 potato, 1 egg. As in the menu it’s 2 of each. I did not know until I saw the menu afterwards. The sauce wasn’t terrible, but TOO MUCH sauce. I think the sauce could be a little less especially for how much there is in the seafood pot. I could barely see what was in my seafood.

Papaya was alright. Tasted very crabby. I know some ppl prefer that. I’d give it a 4.5, but overall alright. Pho was a 4.8. I’ve had better.

The gizzards were definitely a 10/10! For the price I think it was perfectly reasonable for the amount they give you. It could have used more of the seasoning. Hmong sausage was good as well. LOVED the plating.

Overall we spent $110.

I went here for my birthday dinner tonight and we were told that we could get half pounds of add ons like crawfish and mussels, but at the end, we got the bill and they charged us full price for them, even though we only got a half pound portions. Then the manager or owner or whoever he was argued and said that it simply says on the menu full pounds pricings only but we specifically asked the server if we could do half pounds. She said yes no problem. I also got my daughter the Pho off the kids menu, and they brought out a bigger portion and I questioned it. Then when that bill came out as well, they said they only charge for full portions Not kid portions, even though it's a brand new menu and it's on the menu under the kids menu for half the price. all in all, I ended up spending almost seventy dollars more than what I should've. their house was not great.Either period millions crab is way better by far on prices and sauce.

I can’t say enough good about this place. I wanna start out with the fact that they serve Pho and I haven’t had good Pho in a hot minute. I loved the service, we were taken care of by Olivia and Nae, they are so sweet and attentive. They had our drinks out to us within 2 minutes, then the appetizers were out in 10 minutes. The sweet potato fries were waffle cut and perfectly cooked. The marinara and mozzarella sticks were superb. The menu is so Cajun focused I felt like I was in Louisiana again, they even had an po boy section! Everyone got their entrees hot and fresh. We never saw an empty glass or had to wait for a refill. The music and atmosphere is amazing. This restaurant was quick to become my new favorite place and I can’t wait to come back! They were even so careful about my allergy to mussels, our server went right back and told the chefs.” So impressed, good job ya’ll!

This place is fantastic!.. I don’t care about the Waite. If I’m dinning in I’d rather Waite for my food to come out hot and delicious. I order combo # 2 with the Cajun butter sauce, I definitely recommend this sauce to those who likes it in the saltier side instead of sweet. This sauce is amazing. I would say this is way better than red lobster or millions crabs!.. my favorite appetizer was the shrimp in A blanket.

Came here the day after grand opening, it was very busy and the food took a bit to get but it was totally worth it. The combo special and Cajun fries were delicious and our server was very nice. Compared to millions crab in greenbay, I would say I definitely like the house special sauce here than over there for sure. I also used to be a waitress myself so I know how hard it is to remember every single thing while dealing with impatient customers. It hurts me to see these rude adult customers taking out their frustrations on the young waitresses who can’t control everything in the restaurant, grow up!! The waitresses are not responsible if your shrimp isn’t deveined. Grow up or just get the deveined shrimp! Duh!

Overall, I would recommend coming early in the mornings when it is less busy. The atmosphere is very nice and the waitresses are very kind. Would come here again for sure.

Restaurant was packed which to me meant food is good!.. seafood bag was amazing!.. tast supper fresh, got the combo #1 with the house sauce.. super delicious!.. my girls got the garlic sauce and love it so much, they claim it was the best garlic sauce they’ve ever tasted!.. overall it was a great experience!.. definitely going back!

I went there twice, I ordered the mussels and a few of them had some gritty sand in them. The following day I ordered the clams instead, and brought it home. Every other one had sand in it. I tossed the whole bag away. I was disappointed and hoping that it's just a rare occasion.

Walked in here so excited to try a new place. It took forever for our waitress to come ask for drink order. Waitress was on mop bucket then went straight to drink station to pour drinks and handle drinkware without washing her hands. We waited about 10 minutes for her to finally bring us our water. Once we got the water our drinkware was all dirty and had black spots on the inside of the cups. We barely got to eat our meal as the waitress was already coming to ask if we needed a box. Food overall was OK. Service was horrible. After we finally got our bill and paid for that she had attitude with me and my daughter's.

2 stars ONLY because our waiter was very nice. There were about 5-7 tables occupied (including us) when we walked in, so it wasn’t that busy or packed. The waiter apologized a few times for the long wait for our food and informed they only had two cooks in the back. I get that, but we had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes for a bowl of pho, headless shrimp/crawfish, a bahn mi sandwich and one order of fries. My son kept asking multiple times if the food was ready yet.

The seafood was okay, but I’ve had better flavor/sauce. We got the house special and spicy flavor. I know they just opened not too long ago, but I hope they can improve on getting the food out to their customers at a more timely manner. Based on the other reviews, other people experienced a long wait time for their food too.

Service was slow. Food portions were small for the price. Sauce was not great at all for the boil. If you order wings you can’t split sauces which is crazy. They didn’t even have straws for the drinks. I get you just opened but you could’ve got straws from anywhere till your shipment came in. If you want good seafood, take the drive to GB. Millions crab never disappoints. The staff was super nice though.

Food delivery was extremely slow. Even water refills was slow and used the same cups. Instead of a pitcher or just giving us new cups.

The foot portions were extremely small for the price. And everything tasted completely off.

My daughter’s Mac and cheese tasted the best of all the food which is sad.

Pho papaya was sour like sour head candies.
Pork belly was so dry you can see how much of a Sahara desert it was from a mile away.
The pho noodles all broke immediately so it just became mush.
The seafood boil was so salty that I needed water after water that we never got.

Food portions were small for the price. I got the combo #1 and it was very small, portions and size of crab legs and crayfish were small. The wait time for the food took over an hour to come out and it did not all come out at once as we ordered multiple dishes. Some dishes never made it out or even made after an hour so we canceled what wasn't even made. Service was unorganized but our server did great and accommodated us as best as she can. Overall, probably would not come back.
