Waited over an hour for our appetizer and around an hour and a half for our food. Very slow service. Got sat at a one sided booth with a toddler who is in a high chair, which was the worst place possible to put us. Would not recommend going with children.

Boy I don't know where to even start with this place!! It is just AMAZING!!! Great Great Food!!!! Very fun, electric atmosphere! Only issue I ever have is that the waitresses don't seem too thrilled to be there. Don't get me wrong, they do a great job but there definitely isn't ever a smile on their face!! We went for fish last Friday. The onion strings/tanglers were delicious. The perch was ocean perch and not very good. The fried cod was fine. The seafood platter was large and the bluegill were good but the rest was same fish that we had in our other meals. Overall just ok. I've eaten other things here and its always been good so was disappointed in the fish options.

They're fried fish is amazing especially if you go on Friday they have a wide variety they even have bluegill and you can choose to get you know waffle fries or something along those lines but I'm telling you they're homemade German potato salad Rivals the main dish and I actually like eating it with the fish more than I like eating the fish with tartar sauce and they got some good tartar sauce . Their beers are decently priced . The atmosphere is very nice very homey . The service is always friendly and warm . My only complaint is I wish they were open longer and every day of the week . They have amazing brisket mac and cheese with a proportion big enough to technically feed a family of four or a person like me with a great appetite . They have amazing paninis that you'll actually get full on and are juicy . Their appetizers are amazing like there eggplant fries they're breaded mushrooms and there and their fried cheesy cauliflower and broccoli are awesome. Don't forget the mini tacos they can be a meal of Their Own. They also go great with beer. You cant go wrong with stopping by. Unless you do like me and show up when they are closed(monday,tueday) But i showed up cause i now crave their food cause its sooooooooo good!!! You would have to be unable to recognize great food to not like this place. I strongly recommend stopping by!

Our first time here. Cute, clean, updated dining room. Food was fantastic. We ordered the onion rings, fish variety platters, and desserts. What a treasure to come across. We had the chicken and it was cooked to perfection. I’m not really a fan of fried food however this was so light and moist that I have to say I would order it again.

We have driven by this place many times on our way to and from Lake Michigan. Saturday night we hiked at the Lake and decided to stop here for dinner. We checked in and waited about 20 minutes for a table. We had a couple seats at the bar and enjoyed a couple of excellent cocktails while waiting. The place was full of mostly locals who were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed delicious prime rib, soup, salad, waffle and sweet potato fries. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. Prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely stop again!

Well we waited for 30 min before anyone even came and asked us if we were ready after waiting 30 min to wait for seating and then waited for our food for 1 hour and a half. If you Are short staffed it would’ve been nice to not have the patio open or something so at least we wouldn’t of had to wait 3 hours in total. Never going back.
