We've been coming here for years and it just isn't what it used to be. Food is meh at best but more often than not it's gross. Ordered one pizza with sausage and green olives and there was a whole cup of olives on the pizza. Just disgusting to put that many. Mentioned this to the waitress and she just shrugged her shoulders and laughed it off even though there was a huge pile of olives on the plate. She said sometimes the kitchen does that. Sal's pizza is WAY better and consistently delicious every time. There are too many other great places to eat at in downtown Kenosha so we won't be back. Plus, some of the staff are just rude and act like you're bothering them. Also, look at how management/owner responds to people's negative reviews. That should be all you need to know to avoid patronizing this washed up old place that could use a deep cleaning.

I really enjoyed my dinner at Kaiser’s of Kenosha on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The pizza was so good and the staff were so nice. Our food came quick and us being Illinoisans in Wisconsin, we definitely appreciated that we didn’t see ANY Packers/Brewers merchandise and we were surprised with lots of Chicago and Michigan stuff! Very disappointing experience. We were paying customers sitting in the bar area for over an hour with our babies, eating, drinking, and waiting for our to-go order. The restaurant had diners, but the bar itself was empty the entire time.

Out of nowhere, staff told us we had to leave because “children aren’t allowed in the bar.” That’s not true. In Wisconsin, minors are legally allowed in bar areas with their parents. If that’s their policy, it should have been mentioned when we were seated, we planed on staying longer and getting more drinks we like the bartender but we’re ushered out.

They offered to move us to a table, but by that point it felt like we were being kicked out for no reason. When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff refused. I left my number for a call back and never heard from anyone.

Unprofessional, inconsistent, and poorly handled. We won’t be back. Plenty of other Wisconsin restaurants treat paying customers with more respect.

I ordered a pizza to go the other day and it was phenomenal. I've been in Kenosha for about 8 years and recently decided to start trying all the different pizza options we have in town. I was amazed that the entire crust was crispy. Even the little squares in the middle that usually get soggy, were crunchy. This is after a 10 min drive home. The sauce was pretty good but not my favorite in town. But the crust made up for that. Will definitely be back for more magnets!

Ordered a Pan pizza and received a very thin crust pizza with a thick crust. There thin crust is literally thicker than the "pan". Asked our server and she said that's how the pan pizza is. OK. But don't act like a 10" pizza should cost $17.00 when the only part of the crust thicker than a normal crust is the end. It was identical to what a degriono frozen pizza looks like but more than twice the price. Server was rude imo.

Finally decided to try this place out for lunch after the market, and I’m so glad we did. The pizza was more than great! fried beans are a must. Our server, which we wish we caught her name, because we will be back (short and dark brown hair, younger) was so pleasant and attentive. Great pizza! Nice thin, tavern style pie, and the Kaiser's special pizza is a great deal, comes with sausage, mushrooms, onions and peppers for a lower price than if you had ordered four toppings. Sauce was great, slightly sweet, although it could have been baked a bit longer, to make that cracker crust even crispier.

The service was slow and inattentive. Not rude, but we waited a very long time for pizza and refills.

There is a 3% fee if you pay with a credit card.

Bathrooms were fine, a bit dirty, but I loved that the men's stall was like a whole separate room, with no gap in the door!

This was a nice choice after spending the day at the beach. We were able to seat ourselves and our waitress was so nice. We ordered drinks and appetizers. My friends in TN always want to go to Kaiser's when they visit. Already told them about my last visit there on Monday and said I would NEVER GO BACK. The food was good. The waitress was very, EXTREMELY RUDE. We were ordering the half price pizza. I said we have to order a drink to get the pizza for half price. She said Yes. My friend and I were sharing the taco pizza. I pointed to the Taco Pizza on the menu. She never mentioned that's not one of the half price pizza-- when we called her over to ask about the bill she JABBED at the menu and said "It says right here" about the half price pizza. There are way too many Good Italian restaurants in Kenosha to waste your time at Kaisers.

3 separate experiences
1) New server sets pizza on raised platform and it slips off onto my lap. I call for help - 5 minutes later in a moderately busy time, I flag a busser and ask for help. Finally server comes back and says sorry - eventually manager comes and offers me a drink which I decline and he asks if I want another pizza. We never had a chance to eat a piece of the first one - Are you serious...Strike 1

2) I meet group at 11am for meeting. I arrive and find out meeting time was wrong and with only 1 other person is there. I ask to order a salad as the other person will wait to order when the rest of the group comes. Am told I can't have a separate check even though I'm going to eat 1 1/2 hr before the rest of group arrives. I said I only have a credit card so I don't want to put it in the other persons tab (he had a soda at that point) - am told no separate check but I can go to the ATM. I told the server then I just won't eat to which she said fine ! Strike 2

3) This past Monday (June 30th) I meet a group for lunch at 11am. They wanted to try the 1/2 price pizza Monday. We are all talking about what a great deal that is while the waitress is taking our individual selections. Pizza comes and is VERY good ! (I was prepared with cash this time ). Check comes and prices are definitely not 1/2 price ....I grabbed a menu and the group calls the waitress over to inquire. Only my pizza was indeed 1/2 price as coincidentally all I wanted was mushroom/cheese. The waitress was BEYOND rude saying if they had read the menu they would have realized there are only certain pizzas that are 1/2 price. One of the women said they would have appreciated if she had pointed that out to a reply of "It's right here"
and pointed on the menu and said it's not her job to tell us...Strike 3

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the poor and rude level of service you offer your customers......your pizza is very good but 3 strikes, you're out ...

I would like to update my review, This is an absolutely amazing pizza place but the woman that runs the kitchen/facility is an absolute mean person and I cannot justify ordering from this establishment when she is is charge. When I call and talk to her she will hang up on me and just not a very nice person. I own a photography business and will be doing a full you tube review on this place.

I ordered. 10” Kaiser special pizza, it comes with sausage, green peppers, onions and mushrooms for 13.99. I had asked the waitress if I could have it with the mushrooms, she said no problem. I ordered a beer too. When the bill came she changed me 16.99 for the pizza. She said because I took the mushrooms off it cost more. I’m still trying to figure that one out. She never told me that by removing the mushrooms that it would change the price. We spent 145.00 in there for lunch!!
I called and talked to the manager and he didn’t seem to care. Well you just lost a customer. There are plenty of great pizza places in Kenosha and Racine that will get my business from now on. She should have made it right with me when I mentioned it to her.

I ordered a Caesar salad. As a chef I know a Caesar salad consists of Romaine lettuce, shredded or shaved Parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing (my fault for assuming without reading the description) but my Caesar salad was chopped up leaf lettuce that you find on a sandwich or burger, grated Parmesan cheese and diced tomatoes. I added steak for $8.00 and got 6 thin slices of a cheap fatty steak that looked boiled. Very disappointed . The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the kids enjoyed the pizza. This was the 2nd and last time we will be eating there.

Did not like the service, we were denied the seating we wanted with our special needs son, waited for almost 30 minutes at table before we talked to a waitress and it wasn't even busy, she was very lackluster and forgetful, sounded like she had been drinking, slurring her words and only came to our table a total of three times and spent most of her time behind or by the bar laughing it up with other waitresses and other people at the bar, preview online is deceiving, thought the kaiser nachos were the sidewalk fries and was disappointed when we didn't receive what we wanted. Ordered "the beast pizza", the sauce and meat tasted dusty and old and overall was just plane trash pizza and we returned said pizza and was not given any customer service, no replacement offered or a sorry given.

We picked up Kaiser's for dinner last night, and we won't be ordering from them again.

To start they completely forgot our order of fried green beans, so I paid for something I never even got. That was red flag number one.

The food we did get was mediocre at best. I had ordered an Italian beef combo, and it was one of the saddest Italian beef sandwiches I have ever had. It didn't come with any au juis and the beef was bone dry. My wife had gotten the Buffalo wings and they were overcooked, chewy, and were barely covered in sauce.

Definitely not worth the nearly $40 I paid for our order.

Took my son here after he graduated from Navy Bootcamp. He ordered a pizza that was absolutely amazing. I could tell immediately that it was homemade and not some store bought POS. I ordered a Ruben sandwich. That sandwich is my favorite in the world, but you'd be surprised how many places screw it up by using outdated meat or gross canned sauerkraut. Bread is another issue, either using the wrong kind or just old dryed out marble/rye bread. When the sandwich arrived, i saw a perfect sandwich. Then, the first bite was absolute heaven. I had to tell the bartender/server to please let the chef and owners know that that was the GREATEST Ruben sandwich I've ever eaten in my entire life. I tell everyone that if they ever go to Kenosha, they have to Kaiser's of Kenosha Pizza. I'm jealous because I wish I had a place like this in NC. Keep up the excellent food. You never know when I might be back for a Ruben or a pizza.

Good pizza and good food overall. Just buyer beware in advance this location adds a 20% gratuity to all meals without notifying you in advance. So your tip is added in the cost. Just be are so you are not double tipping. Pretty deceptive practice IMO.

Truly the best pizza! Sidewalk fries are terrific too. We had a 16 inch pizza and loaded sidewalk fries and there was 5 of us. Bill was $75 with drinks. And we had leftovers.

Went up for the Kenosha car show by myself and I must say that they outdid themselves. The pizza wasn't what I was expecting (Being a chicagoan coming from the Train) but I got what I paid for. The staff was excellent and were very friendly, and the atmosphere was like any good old midtown tavern. Next time, I'll bring some friends for a bigger bite to eat on a day we need to go to Kenosha.

My family and I have been fans of Kaiser’s for quite some time, our visit tonight has changed that. We walked in to find a rude hostess who seemed bothered to be doing her job. We were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. A group of 8 walked in after us and then a group of 6 after them. They were told their wait would be 15-20 minutes. As we stood and waited both large tables were seated before us. While I realize tables may be sat according to availability, there were multiple small tables that became available before those two larger tables became available however our smaller party was purposely overlooked. After over 15 minutes of being what seemed intentionality overlooked we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. The treatment by the hostess was not only rude but discriminatory, we will not be back.
