We order food to go from here at least once a month. Lately we have gotten smaller portions and lower quality food. On our last visit to pickup food, we found the wait staff to not be as friendly or helpful as we normally have when ordering to go. Very disappointing from a place we used to think very highly of.

We ordered take out on Friday 12/8/23. Our first time eating from there. Called our order in Perch & fries , Combo Platter w shrimp and a combo basket. Pickup time was 45 mins. Totally understandable for 5:30 on a Friday night. Food was ready on time , hot and cooked perfectly. Prices are excellent . Definitely recommend.

We tried the fish. Wow!!! I had the broiled grouper. It was recommended by Justin. He was incredibly helpful. Can't say I have had better fish anywhere. It was just perfect. Kind of a foodie, so give it a try.

I have been here several times and never had a problem like this. The fries were so salty it was like a salt lick. The western burger was so salty I couldn't even taste the BBQ sauce. I called to let them know and the person who answered said, "Oh thanks I'll let them know." Didn't offer to remake it for me or anything. If you F up like this you should replace the order or make it right in some way. I have worked in the service industry for years including restaurants and this is very unacceptable. I eat pretty salty foods too so it is not just a difference in palette.

I wish I could leave a 3.5. 4 when it is good, 3 when it is not. Fish fry is hit or miss. Staff is always friendly so I go when I am craving a fish fry because I have not found any other place that does it better yet. Not sure what they do to their coleslaw, but it is the worst I've ever had. Fish is good size portion, though sometimes can be grease logged. When it is not, it is actually good.

DON'T ORDER FISH FROM HERE! I have given this place several times to correct this problem and no change. When I call to place my order, I will repeat what I say 2-3 times...fried bluegill plate and PLEASE don't over cook it or give me under cooked fish. They say that they would make sure that my food was cooked correctly....I go to pick it up and I get home...open it and it's NOT right. The last 5 times the fish is under cooked. Now I have been going to this place for about a year now...I had the best fish the very first time and every 10 times I ordered. I just got home from picking it up...NOT GOOD...UNDER COOKED AGAIN!!! I WILL NO LONGER BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER! I AM FINDING A NEW PLACE TO ORDER EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT FOR FISH!!!

Only had the perch on Friday, but it's the best in Oshkosh. Even beats the Roxy which is hard to do but they have the breading down to perfection consistently. Super friendly/fun staff. Awesome Tenderloin 12 oz juicy and flavorful. Bluegills were excellent. Tuna was super sushi grade big portion and reasonably priced. Drinks very good and reasonably priced.
5 of us had absolutely nothing bad to say about anything. Amy was awesome as our server and the owners were there and very engaging. I cannot think of any reason not to come here for food and drinks if you like a great priced, flavorful meal with friendly staff and newly remodeled environment. A++++++++. Jeff.

I ordered a 2 burgers with fries, and an extra order of fries through eatstreet.
While the burgers were good enough, but the fries were lacking.
For a 3 dollar order of fries, they filled maybe a quarter of the takeout container. Again, these are regular unseasoned no frills french fries - approximately 20 of them. That's 15 cents a fry.
I will not be ordering food from here again.
