Way much food!! Chicken wrap w fries, i got the ham,cheese,lettuce, tomato triple decker and fries, rice and chicken soup. Handicapped parking. Building access and seating. Clean place. Just for the live of God don't ask me if food is good while I have mouthful. Really liked the stake wrap. You had beef strips with gravy and mash potato. That was good and maybe bring it as menu option.

The first time I tried this place, my friend and I both fell sick. The second time, the same thing happened again. Would not recommend getting any form of chicken, including in the pasta. Service was fine, however, more than one thing was forgotten. It's a nice building and has a cleaning dining area, but more than a few people I've talked to about this place said that they have also gotten sick from the food.

Just moved to the area and had just won $500 on a lottery scratchy. Wanted some breakfast so stopped here..I was greeted as an annoyance. Maybe a one top at 10am on a Friday isn't super but.. a customer none the less. After passing the ambush of flys in the lobby, I get seated and get terrible coffee...had to ask HER if she wanted to know how I'd like my eggs. Lol. Didn't try to upsell me on anything...toast, dessert...nothing.
Food was average breakfast...extra half point for cooking eggs right.
If she only knew the tip I HAD planned...but she got her 15% and I'm sure was happy to see me go.

So happy with our visit to Kelli's kitchen. The place looks amazing compared to when other people had it.
My Mom and I stopped in for an early supper and both decided to have breakfast. I got the Avocado Benedict which was delicious! They weren't skimpy with the avocado and it was just perfectly ripe. Mom had the bacon avocado omelet. We both opted for cheese and onions on our hash browns. Great choices!
Our waitress was amazing and the food came so quick and piping hot.
This will definitely be my go-to stop when I'm in Medford. Can't wait to try out more items from their menu.

Newer reopened restaurantand I have only had breakfast here. The vegetarian omelet was very good
My only complaint was the hash browns were Luke warm, and barely fried. I was not asked if I wanted cheese and onion on mine but got it, and was charged $2 more. Overloaded with onions. My guest was asked and he declinded, not sure why I wasn't? Server was very pleasant and did refill our drinks. Regardless of the mishap I will pay closer attention and return

Love this place. My family and I eat here often. One of my least favorite things is when food is different every time you eat somewhere even when you order the same thing. Not at Kelli's. Same quality and large portions every time. We never eat here wishing they served a larger portion.

Recently we ordered pancakes to go with strawberries and whip cream on the side. Someone put the strawberries and whip on the pancakes, and by the time we got to them they were mushy and soupy. I called and spoke to Kelli and she made it right which I really respect. We will keep coming here!! Oh and, their burgers are THE BEST. Such a good flavor. Why go to Culver's when Kelli's is the same price, way better, and almost just as fast?! Thank you Kelli's for serving my family good food!

I had my first burger at Kelli's today and it was Great! My fries were perfect. Cooked in beef tallow. Uniform golden color, crisp on the outside perfectly cook on the inside with great flavor!

Definitely not a place to go if you have a younger kid, a family was eating and their daughter walked to another table and said hi.. the waitress became extremely rude even after the 2nd table said it was ok and they had kids... The waitress made the entire restaurant uncomfortable

I was very unhappy with the food. It tasted like old fridge and the Hollandaise sauce was soured to the point it was inedible. I don't know if their fridge is outdated and cannot keep food properly chilled or what,but the food was very bad tasting. The hash browns were quite burnt on the edges. Nothing was fresh at all which was disappointing. Fried foods taste like the fryer oil hasn't been changed since opening day. I wouldn't go back for health and safety reasons for one and terrible food for two. Service was nearly non-existent. The waitress took the order,kitchen staff brought the food out and we ended up having to go up to the cashier to get our bill because our waitress never came back out to check on us or bring a bill. It was the worst dining experience hands down I've ever had in this area. Go to Medford Cafe instead. Actually go anywhere else but here.

Edit: Stopped back in after a few weeks and the service was much better. Didn't mess up anything in our orders, got us out drinks right away, got our appetizer to the table before our entrees, checked in regularly with us, and got us our bill quickly when we were ready to leave. Much better.

We both ordered dinner entrees, and they were quite good. I got a stir fry, which was flavorful and well made. My wife ordered a pasta dish which tasted home made and high quality, if a little bland. Honestly could have used a kick off some sort in the sauce, but either way both meals were above average for a Cafe. Plan to visit again to try the breakfast.

Stopped in for lunch around 1pm on a Thursday the week this establishment opened. Ordered simple items, I got a philly sandwich and my buddy got Kelli's burger. We both carefully consumed the meals and found them to be satisfactory. Above average for a small town cafe, size was decent, and taste was good. If anything, perhaps a bit bland, but totally normal for a cafe.

However, the main feedback I have is for service. The service was fast, and friendly. This is good. However, it was also somewhat sloppy. We ordered an appetizer that never arrived, and drinks that never arrived. The appetizer was not on the bill, so at least there was not an attempt to charge for it without delivering. However, the drinks never arrived, and we didn't notice until we were finished eating, and they were on the bill.

I would chalk this up to training. The wait staff needs to focus on the essentials. Carefully take the order, and make sure you deliver exactly what is ordered. Nothing else matters if the people eating don't get the food the want.

Will update this review soon after eating here again in the future. If the service improves and the food doesn't decrease in quantity or quality this will be changed to a four-five star review.

Kelli’s served our party of 14 very promptly, accurately and all at the same time for my son’s baptism. The table, silverware and menus were ready prior to us getting there. Everyone had a food option they liked, prices were fair with large portions, and we were all in and out in less than 90 minutes. Thank you, Kelli’s Kitchen!

Food was ok salt and pepper goes a long way when used. Alfredo was blah my 11 year old told me it had no flavor to which when tasted i agreed. The only thing out of five meals that was descent was the prepackaged 21 pc shrimp. We also had the dumpling soup dumplings were good broth was watery and coffee was watery. Maybe we will try it again when the restaurant finds it's identity and maybe smaller menu in their future. Good luck this business is hard and reviews are not to be unkind but honest and to learn from.

First I'd like to say it's a new business and there probably still doing alot of training and learning but our experience was not pleasant and without going into a long review my suggestion would be not to do online orders for the first month or so it doesn't overwhelm everyone learning the menu and training resuslting in sacrificing the quality of the food and service witch definitely happened when we were there.

Kelli’s Kitchen boasts a very large menu. There is something on there for everyone. Fountain soda’s were very large which was a nice surprise. We started off with an appetizer of mozzarella sticks with a side of marinara for dipping. Marinara appeared to be home made and had an amazing flavor. Our entree came with choice of soup or salad. We chose the chicken dumpling soup which was fabulous and loaded with dumplings. We had an attentive and friendly server. Food came out in a timely fashion and the meal was nicely paced. Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Carbonara were very tasty although I was surprised by the blush coloring on the carbonara. Highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try!
