My parents and I took my uncle (who uses a wheelchair and has developmental disabilities) to the Keystone for lunch last weekend. It can be tricky to take my uncle to public places because of accessibility and his sometimes "colorful" language. He also LOVES to take menus as souvenirs. Not only was the place accessible (including the bathrooms) but the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and even allowed my uncle a souvenir (which made him the happiest man on earth). The way they treated him made his day, and ours. GREAT PEOPLE HERE. GREAT FOOD. We had the buffalo chicken wrap & burgers----very good. THANK YOU!!! Visit this restaurant and spend your money here! Being welcoming to all people is noticed and appreciated. What a gem.

Neat place. Terrible service. Ok food.
The duchess potatoes were just eh and not what expected. Mac and cheese was dry. Salmon was fine. Brisket was ok, couldn't taste horseradish at all. Pork platter was meh... Creamy buffalo shrimp app was not buffalo at all and too salty. Everything was overshadowed by terrible waitress. She barely spoke to us, had to ask for drinks several times. And she still forgot them. Left menus and dirty dishes on the table. It's was busy when we got there but 2 tables when we left (around 8pm) so no excuse for poor service. It was also awkwardly quiet. The music stopped at some point and we all basically had to whisper so other tables could also have conversations. Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't go back.

Great local restaurant to satisfy your BBQ cravings! The service was great and very friendly; we went for lunch so it was very slow and I’ve heard during dinner it can be a bit of a wait for food and service but the food is worth it! Everything is smoked in house and they have a variety of homemade seasonings and sauces. They have some awesome homemade desserts also!

I stopped in with my daughters after some shopping and had some great food. The Cuban sandwich is tasty and a good size. The French fries are crispy on the outside with a fluffy interior. If you're in, near, or passing through Cambridge,I would recommend the Keystone Grill.

I was pleasantly surprised that all the food was homemade and smoked in house. Marti took care of our walk in 10 people party and seated us immediately. She was juggling our table, other tables, the bar, and running food. 10/10 on the banter with all of us which made the experience so much better. We came in later due to the weather last Saturday April 27th. The waitress was very friendly & accommodating & only asked us to order quickly, so they could close at proper time. Makes sense & we had no issue with that.

We waited almost 50 minutes for our food! We ordered chicken quesadillas and they had all dark meat in them and I hate dark meat! They were nasty!🤢 We ordered cheese curds and you only got like about six for $7 Floor very dirty! The waitresses dropped the menus on the floor and put them back in the rack without wiping them! When we sat down our table was not wiped. We had to ask the waitress to wipe our table. We won't be back!

Windows on the doors dirty. Carpet is old and stained. Sat down in booth and the low hanging light was filthy. It had fuzzys so thick and a wad of hairs on it. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on gluten free bun. The chicken was not grilled but pan fried and barely had any color on it and texture was that of just on the verge of cooked. The one waitress who was working was super busy but friendly and trying her best. I do not recommend. You can tell by the food and the condition of the restaurant the owner doesn't care.

Dined here on a Friday evening with a party of 5 total. Our waitress was very accomodating and sweet at the onset and we appreciated the tailored menu. There is no kids' menu, but many side dish choices are available and reasonably priced. The entire dinner menu had most items less than $15 per entree, many came with one or two sides.

Our waitress disappeared more and more as the night went on, our food took almost 90 minutes to come out to us and our appetizers never came. There seemed to be a large number of take out orders but the restaurant itself was pretty slow. Other tables in the restaurant got their food and left in the time that it took for us to get our food.

The pulled pork was very dry and the bun it was served on was dry and rock hard. The mac and cheese tasted like it had been made several days prior and reheated.

I’m puzzled by the GOOD reviews of this place. I’ve come here a few times over the years, since before Covid, hoping for a better experience, but after this last one, I’m giving up.

When we came in, there were a lot of open tables, a smiling waitress told us we could sit wherever we wanted. We asked for waters and ordered a beer. The place started filling up. We ordered ribs and brisket — because if barbecue isn’t made ahead of time, you’re doing it wrong. We waited an hour before 2 bowls of coleslaw came out. My wife didn’t even order coleslaw — was this a peace offering? FAIL! Flavorless runny coleslaw. I had to add salt, and if I wasn’t famished, I would have passed. Another 20 minutes of no food and excuses — “It’ll be right up.” “Sorry, we’re really busy.” No, I’m sorry I keep giving this place chances. I put money on the table for the beer and we left.

I suspect someone mixed up tables or orders. I work in service — admit mistakes and offer to try to fix them. Comp an appetizer or soup or a side salad. Don’t leave customers at a table for 80 minutes with a tiny bowl of lousy coleslaw and a plethora of excuses.

I don’t blame the wait staff. I’ve probably had a different server every time. A great meal can make up for a lot of service sins, in my book. That’s never happened here for me.

This was a great experience. The service was super. Our server was fast, very friendly, and informative. The location was what I look for in a smokehouse; plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere. Only negative was a limited whiskey, bourbon selection.

The bad reviews for this place puzzle me. Just finished Friday night dinner, wife had fish fry-excellent. Shrimp basket special was somehow awesome(in Wisconsin). Single waitress had the entire dining area and kept it all straight-didn’t write down a thing. Drinks were very good and insanely reasonable. Food was all excellent. Highly recommend.
