This is a cute little pub and grub kind of place. We arrived early and sat at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and offered good suggestions. My friend ordered a smash burger and I ordered a chicken wrap. It comes as a sandwich and when I said I didn't want the pretzel bun the wrap was suggested. The bar tender explained that it may be easier to eat since the sandwich is sloppy. I did like that idea.

The restaurant is small and all on one level. There is a patio area in the summer that is nice.

I think it's not smart of the restaurant to have a kids menu, yet they offer no high chair to families with small children. I have a 1 year old, that we were unable to put in a high chair because they don't have one. Needless to say, my family won't be back.

Great place! Fabulous food, nice atmosphere and really cool design/decor. We liked it so much we had to take my dad. Although remodeled and in a new location I recommend you visit "Smoke on the Water" if you want good food with friendly staff.

We had came in for a late breakfast on a Sunday. The menu had a number of options that looked good.

Here twice inside of a week & both experiences were good. Servers are attentive & friendly. First trip we had fried bluegill & grilled shrimp. Fish breading is light & flavorful. Fish was cooked perfectly & it was a lot to eat. Grilled shrimp were blackened as requested & they have the distinct fresh crunch which I like. I’ve had this here many times and it’s always very good.
Returned last night and we both had Patty melts of which my wife is a bit of a connoisseur. The Rye bread, cheese, onions & ground beef all exceeded our expectations and make this one of the best in the state. Only suggestion would be to add some noise reduction panels as it can be a little loud.

Lively bar with good atmosphere. It was a nice evening and the garage doors were open. Lots of seating with high top tables good size bar. We had the quesadilla and the surf and turf wrap. Quesadilla was huge. Very good. A classic. Surf and turf was just OK and that’s the reason for the four stars. Very little shrimp (maybe four). The tenderloin was very tough And had no flavor. The sauce was good. The wrap was good. The sweet potato fries very good. Our server was excellent. I will be back!

REFUSED TO ALLOW MY DAUGHTER AND HER MEDICAL ALERT DOG IN THE RESTAURANT!! We arrived around noon looking forward to a nice lunch. My wife and I were in town to visit our daughter. Our daughter has a medical alert dog that has to be with her at all times. This is NOT a therapy dog, it is a registered and highly trained medical alert dog. Her service animal does not wear a mail order vest. He went through 2 years of very specialized training to alert her to medical issues. The animal has never been denied from attending school, restraunts, flights, or even hospitals. We were told that she and her dog were not allowed in the restaurant. The reasons from the owner kept changing, these were a few...some regular customers have dog allergies, kitchen staff does not like dogs, he cant bring his dogs to work with him, his landlord does not allow service animals, and the one he kept sticking to is the town and state of Wisconsin have special laws that supersede federal ADA laws. When I asked, none of the "allergic" patrons happened to be there that day. We explained multiple times that what he is doing is against the law and he kept quoting local laws that overrule. We know that is not allowed. If our time with our daughter had not been limited we would have waited for the police. Also, who wants to eat food from an establishment right after the police force them to serve you. Either way, we listened and tried explaining that he was breaking the law. We intend to pursue this ADA violation but want all disabled to know that you are NOT WELCOME if you have to have a medical alert animal.
Bring your registered service animals to this establishment and be prepared to make a stand for all the disabled. Wish we had had the time.

I wish I could've said I loved it. When we walked in, no one greeted us or looked in our direction. We were fourtnate enough to get a seat and a drink but beyond that we were ignored. I stopped and kick switches newest iteration which was a relocation from down the street and a total redo inside and renovation of the existing building/interior.

Admittedly, I had not been in the building before so I can't do a "before and after" comparison. All I can offer is the after..... the after is absolutely FABULOUS.

Open and spacious beautiful bar area very nice seating area for tabletop dining sliding garage style doors that open to a small small patio on the east side of the building I was very impressed with the interior looks and decor and certainly I marked upgrade and improvement from the old location.

They were not serving food that day so I did link a look at the menu and it seemed to have some very decent items on it I'll have to go back when they are serving cuz they're still in the midst of their "soft opening"

It is always busy on Fish fry fridays. My husband & I were asked if we would be willing to share a table with another couple. This was the second time we were asked. The tables are large enough to do so with some privacy. But, we did engage with the other couple. It was a positive experience. The fish options were nice. I had the cod fish fry dinner & my husband had sauteed walley. Both were excellent. We choose the potato pancakes which were some of the best around!

As a disabled retired veteran (43 yrs) I have not had such a rude, and derisive greeting upon entering a restaurant in my entire life, sad. I had been bragging about the grilled chicken wings to my brother visiting from MI, and it was their special on Wrd. Night when we were there. Neither of us could eat them. They were deep fried, very oily, not quite done especially since we asked for them "almost burned" crispy, and not even hot. Also his fries were way over seasoned and soggy. My brother did tell the server, who was attentive and nice, and she offered him some free drink chips, which he told her he doesn't drink and he's not from the area, but that's all she offered to do. She said she wasn't sure why they deep fried them, that usually they grill them, "maybe because it was the end of the night". Sadly we left hungry and disappointed.

This is a DESTINATION! We were there on a Friday night around 5:30 and Joe met us at the door with a pleasant greeting and enquired if we were there for dinner? He ushered us to a cozy spot at the bar telling us Laura would be right with us to get our order. The Whiskey (Whisky) pours are AMAZING! The food was AMAZING! The service is and was Spectacular! This spot has some history too ask Deedee or Joe to fill you in! Again this is a Destination because it was so delicious and delightful worth the 1.5 hour drive.

Casual date night? It's one of our favorite places! If you love nachos and are feeling adventurous..try the brisket nachos with all the "fixens'. Sour cream and guac is a perfect addition! If you like them messy, order double brisket. You won't regret it. Thanks to Nicole! She is warm and welcoming and makes you feel like an old friend. Special shout out to the owner of this place. No expense is spared when it comes to holiday decorating. Skip the haunted house this year and bring the family here for dinner. Lots of opportunities for photos with life size spooky friends! They waitress took it back and said they would fix it. SAME ORDER came back. Didn't get all of the wrong toppings off and it was COLD. Wings came burnt and charred.
