Some of the food was really good (Mei fun, seafood delight, mushrooms), but some wasn't great (fish) and some was terrible (stay away from the sushi). Some of the dishes/utensils were dirty, and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest either.

Overall, I'd go again if I really wanted Asian food, but would otherwise try somewhere else.

Nice owners, don't tip tho because your servers do not get to keep the tips. Tips go straight to the owners. Other than that, good food. I've heard somethings about this place but based on my experience, over 10yrs eating out here every now and then... It's all good. My favorite if tht Dim Sum and the salt and pepper shrimp, oh and of course the Crab Rangoon.
*Update* Today we went (it's been months) & to my surprise they added fried squash. It's battered in seasoned cornmeal.... I'm from the south, so that's a delicious yummy yum yum!
*UPDATE 2025*- My daughter and grandkids went to eat lunch here today, Things are still the same, except that they were serving well over cooked Crab Rangoon. Not quite burnt black, but dark brown, hard as a kettle chip. Other than that, everything was fine.

Had a great experience, kind of odd though. They have signs at each food station saying only take what you can eat. I've never seen this at any all you can eat location. Bring kids they don't always do that of course.

Ice cream station offers 3 different flavors. The salad bar has anything you can imagine to put in a salad. The dessert bar also offers several different kinds of desserts.

I watched the waitress take a soda order. She wears gloves all day to clear tables and also brings your drinks with those same gloves. She was filling the soda order and the soda had a bunch of foam on top. SHE STUCK HER FINGER, WITH THE DIRTY GLOVES ON, IN THE GLASS OF SODA TO STIR DOWN THE FOAM. THEN PUT MORE SODA IN , THEN STIRRED THE SODA AGAIN WITH HER DIRTY GLOVED FINGER.THEN SERVED IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!. I will never eat there again. It grossed me out that she wore the same gloves all day, to do the different tasks that she did, to begin with. But this takes the cake!

My mother and I gave it another try tonight. We hadn't ordered since noticing a gradual decline in the food around a year+ ago. (Take-out & Delivery).
Tonight we ordered:

Salt & Pepper Shrimp
House Egg Foo Young
Chicken Almond Ding
Hot n' sour soup
Egg drop soup
2 spring rolls
4 additional bags of crispy noodle (groceries lol)
s/o real hot mustard
2 s/o white rice

OVERALL the FOOD was ABOVE AVERAGE. Everything ordered was delivered; NOTHING MISSING but the food WASN'T HOT. (Wasn't cold but wasn't hot.)

I passed on the soup, too starchy for me but had flavor was good. The Salt n' Pepper Shrimp was more like Salt n' Saltier shrimp but after throwing a few in with the Almond chicken, it went from FAIL to FLAVOR BOMB.

Best Entre award goes to House Egg Foo Young. It was good, highlighting the sauce.

Update. Typical Chinese buffet. With an exception. Today I stopped by and there was an elderly couple and what appeared to be there 40-50 something adult daughter. The daughter was in rough shape. They were obviously hungry and were trying to negotiate a reduced rate to have something to eat. The owner allowed all 3 to eat for free. I offered to pay toward their meal when I checked out but he would not take my money. So I left a good tip. he is wonderful human being.

DO NOT EAT HERE if you have tastebuds. I’ve never had a buffet this bad :( the food tasted OLD and some of the dishes were WEIRD tasting. Meat in the dumplings were tangy… why is meat tangy? Mystery meat for sure. ALSO the lo mein (a dish everyone enjoys) is LITERALLY SPAGHETTI NOODLES with soy / oyster sauce. Disgraceful to the Asian community to be honest. I came in hungry and left hungry but with a lump in my throat and nausea because it was that bad. Fried rice also has no eggs in it. Best thing about the place is the fortune cookie had 3 fortunes in it. When I left I saw on my receipt there was a tip added on… why would I tip a place where I wanted to get up and throw up everywhere?

Have been going to King Buffet for Years... I enjoy the variety/selection of items to choose from. Really like the Mongolian Pork and the General Tao's Chicken, which was added to buffet selections. Look forward to Holiday's and Special Occasions as they put out items that are not typically on buffet. 😋 Service has always been prompt and courteous.

Food: It's your typical Chinese Buffet fare. Some days, the dishes are better, some days, you can skip that dish. Pretty much the same dishes all the time, so it's dependable like that. Dishes are not bad though; pretty good.

Service: Staff is pretty attentive. Quick seating, mediocre time for refills & getting rid of empty dishes. They speak enough English to get by.

Atmosphere: Very standard. In heyday, it was very nice but it appears to have changed to a different owner many years ago & has only become standard at best for Chinese buffets. What I DON'T like is how they will clump ALL diners together in one area & seat diners as such. I'd like more personal space between me & the next group of diners when there are 30 other tables available.

King Buffet used to be a cherished spot from my childhood, but over time, it's lost its charm and now falls short of expectations.
