I generally am pretty generous with my ratings, but I just can't with this. One, I ordered original, but got thin crust pizza. The pizza was not good and the cheesy bread was worse. The aftertaste is awful and I can't get rid of it. The (frozen) mozzarella sticks were ok, but I ordered jalapeño poppers and they didn't have any which was annoying but whatever.

Placed an order by phone, went to pick it up and they refused to honor my gift certificate. It had been a donation for teacher appreciation last year at a nearby school where my wife works. They said because ownership had changed since then, they would not accept it. This is after they had already made the food! Rather than take the opportunity to honor a donation from the prior owner, hand us our food order and potentially see us return again as customers, they chose to instead dispose of the perfectly good food and lose our business forever. So Klasiana Pizza would rather waste two entire calzones than donate that same $25 worth of food to the educator who received the gift certificate donation. Also, whoever made this penurious decision refused to come out from the back, instead delegating the teenaged employee to impart their message of denial after she went back to ask them about the gift certificate. Zero stars. Will never go back.

My family frequented Klasianas for years. Favorites included their Chicago style pizza, the Italian sausage supreme, and my mom enjoyed the fried chicken dinner. Mom received a Klasianas gift card and wanted to treat my husband and I with her to enjoy a pizza. They would not honor the gift card, gave us thin soggy crust instead of original crust we ordered and the overall taste was nothing like it had been in the past. We will not go back.

We have been customers of Klasiana Pizza for years. But the last couple of times we have ordered from here the whole experience was not so good. First, the folks inside are new to me, so was it sold? One employee seemed to imply a family relationship to the teenager who used to work there for years...and his dad, who was not present the last two times. The first time the order was for 3 pizza's and one was way heavy with onions (all you could taste), the second was a pepperoni pizza that had maybe 15 slices of pepperoni on it, and the last one was supposed to have Canadian bacon but had diced ham. We tried it again with the same 3 pizza's a few weeks later, same issues. This time the counter employee went back and got the owner - not the same one we've seen there for years. I'm assuming it was sold to other family members. While the pizza tasted just as it has always did, the presentation of them was terrible. Toppings far and few between, burnt crusts, it just isn't worth the 20 minute drive anymore.

Very disappointing food and service. We used to enjoy eating here, but will not be returning. We waited an extra 40 minutes beyond our pick up time for our pizza, which I can understand and forgive. When picking up our pizza, the young man at the register was rude, did not acknowledge that we had been waiting, and gave us an undercooked pizza and cold sides. We brought the pizza home which was significantly undercooked, and ended up baking everything for another 15 minutes. I do not recommend supporting this business.

Overall it's a nice place to pickup some pizza and a few sides you might be craving. They have plenty of apps and alternatives to pizza which is nice. I'm keeping my review at four stars because in the 10+ visits we have made here, they have consistently good pizza and little hit or miss on the apps. Today, along with our pizza, we got Moz stix and breaded mushrooms which is a usual staple for us. Most occasions the apps come out nice and we are very pleased. Today however, three of the seven Moz stix were completely hollow with no cheese (they were probably cooked a little too long in the fryer) and the mushroom's breading was on the soggy side. A bit disappointed but we ate them nonetheless. I'm sure if we would have called to mention these problems, they would have done something to make it right, which is why I stay at four stars.

In short, it's consistent good pizza, plenty of apps and pizza alternatives at a very fair price. Support local businesses like this one, they are good people making good food!

I was so excited to go back to Klasiana after having not gone for years, but to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. This place has gone way downhill since COVID. I had to wait an additional half hour beyond when they said my food would be ready. No big deal, that happens. The lack of acknowledgement of my wait was a little disappointing though. Then they got my order wrong and swapped my jalapeño poppers for mozzarella sticks. Yet, somehow didn’t even include marinara sauce for the sticks. They were also clearly frozen and cold when we ate them. The wings used to be amazing. Now they were overcooked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The pizza wasn’t as good as it once was either. The texture of the crust was weird and it too was cold. I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant so it shouldn’t have been cold already. All-in-all a very disappointing experience. There are far too many pizza options available to have to settle for mediocre. I hope they begin to take their craft seriously again, because this was just sad.

Ordered pizzas online. Went to pick up and was told they did not have an order. Showed them the receipt providing order and paid for. .was still told they had no order. We had to go to another restaurant. I called Klasianas and was told to email them the order number. I did that and the calked back Said our order was not under that name. Think Twice-

Tonight’s order was a disappointment. My husband went to pickup our pizza and waited an hour longer than the projected time for pickup. The restaurant forgot our order. No apology was offered and they even asked if we still wanted it. I find that strange; turning away customers but that’s my opinion. I get mistakes happen but no accountability is bad business. When he returned home, the order was wrong. We asked for extra sauce and there was barely sauce on the pizza. It wasn’t even spread evenly. The pizza was supposed to have onions, it didn’t. We called to let them know about the mishap and asked if they could correct it for us.. they were rude on the phone and said “no.” The best they could offer was $5 off if we ordered another pizza.. why would we do that?? It was already late. It was made wrong and customer service was awful. Unfortunately, we don’t have the luxury to spend more money and take a chance on the order being wrong again. We work hard for our money and spend it diligently. We won’t be taking the risk of spending our money there again.

My wife ordered 3 party size pizzas on Saturday to be delivered at 4:30 to 4:45p on Sunday for halftime of the football game. On Sunday morning she called to verify the order. At 4:50p when the pizzas had not arrived, my wife called to find out where they were. She was told that they had not even started them. Needless to say we canceled the order. The pizza may not be as good at Pizza Hut or Domino’s but at least they don’t forget your orders. I’ll try one of those next time.

I really, really, really wanted to like this pizza but last night's experience was probably the worst delivery ever.

Let me start by saying that yes, last night was the Packers game in Brazil so we weren't expecting fast service. We were told an hour to an hour and 15 min. When it was reaching the 1.5 hour mark we tried calling to make sure there wasn't an issue with the order on our 1st time delivery. Calls went directly to voicemail for over 10 min until we stopped trying. Lo and behold a few min later driver shows up with JUST our pizza but not the 3 other items. The pizza was cold (go figure) and not thin crust as ordered and not to mention very bland and very little sauce. The driver had no explanation other than he would try to come back with the rest of our order.

After numerous attempts trying to call back after driver left, they finally picked up and had nothing to say other than "we were busy", no other explanation.

I decided to try this restaurant as I had never heard of them before. Their pizza was pretty good! I wound up getting a sausage and onion pizza on their regular crust.

The crust wasn't too bread-like, so it reminded me of a thicker cracker crust, which is something I liked.

The onions weren't super strong, they reminded me of a sweeter onion, which again is something I like.

The only downside I could think of is that I prefer the cheese on my pizza to be a bit more browned, and that the cheese also fell off the crust of a couple of pieces. Those aren't major deal breakers to me because it otherwise tasted great.

So I lived closer to Miller Park for more than 22 years and now that we live in Greenfield, I've been searching for a new go-to pizza place.

I think I've found it at Klasiana, I love their dough and their sauce. We've had stuffed crust and their pan style, both were great in their own right.

If you are dining in, no worries I rated them based on the size of their space which is not big, but it's clean and quaint and nothing to take issue with.

The service I've received has been excellent, this is definitely a place of integrity that one can rely on. So if you are searching for a new pizza place, I would give Klasiana Pizza a chance as it just might end up being your go-to spot!

This is a small restaurant with minimal seating. Nothing fancy, looks like they make it work. This is my first time ordering pizza from this restaurant. I love pizza and am picky about where I order from. So this was recommended from a pizza delivery driver that works at a different pizza restaurant. My thoughts on the thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza are, the crust was great, although it was dry because they don't put enough sauce on. You can visually see the sauce around the edge, but not in the rest of the pie. The toppings seemed to be pulled from the freezer, because they did not seem fresh. I understand family business but then I want all kids that are “employed” to be able to answer any and all questions or there father to be able to come and answer them if they can’t! I also understand making a buck by buying cheaper ingredients-but when that makes your food decline-is it really worth it? To loose business is nothing to them but what a shame when word of mouth gets u everything! Poor business. Please don’t follow online pricing-as tonight found out calzones posted for 6.99-they are really 9.99. That’s a big difference! Had certificate that has been good all year and expires tomorrow. Was told I can’t use. Excuse me? It expires tomorrow. Well then I dont want my order. Was then treated like garbage cause it was my fault??!! Will not be back!

Ordered online early morning for a later 11:30a pickup. When I arrived, they told me it would be another 40 minutes. OK I get it, times are tough. But the pizza was only fair. The dough was obviously held over from the day before. The product is pricey for mediocre quality and very late preparation.

I'm the type of guy that loves my pizza. I do enjoy going to different places and try a new pizza. I do have to say at this place is a no-go for me here on out. everything from the pizza crust,sauce to the cheese it was very subpar. The crust was just gross and the sauce had no flavor whatsoever and it had more than enough cheese. For what I paid for you would be better off just spending a little bit more money and get a high-quality pizza or you can find another place that's comparable in price and the odds are you going to find a better pizza.

I had BBQ ribs delivered and they were fantastic. Tender as could be. A slight breeze would separate the meat from the bones and the bones came out clean as a whistle. Many sides were included that I didn't expect, which were great. Best carry out meal I've had since quarantine started!

Best deep dish pizza I’ve had around greendale!! I love this place and my girlfriend love to order here at least twice a month. (We usually prefer to cook at home).

However this deep dish is heavy and satisfying.

Just a heads up, Do Not Order Online. They are having trouble getting access to their site from an old provider so they may update it. This means orders may not be received if placed online.

The food is amazing! I had the meaty ravioli and it was better than Olive Garden! It is a very small place with sitting room for 2 to 3 families. The gentleman who takes care of you is very polite and friendly. We just discovered this place today and I couldnt be more impressed. The portions are also large.

This has been our absolute favorite place to get pizza and Italian food from since the first time we tried it many years ago. If you haven't tried them out you definitely should! I recommend the chicken parmesan if you're not in a pizza mood but everything I've ever tried there is amazing.

Had deep dish delivery from here and was impressed. Wasn't sure what to expect as the reviews are a little bit chaotic though most of the dings are for poor service. Delivery sidestepped any possible issues and our order actually came about 30 minutes early. The pizza itself was delicious and I'd definitely get it again. Sauce is flavorful and on the sweet side, toppings were good, and the crust was well-textured. The only deep dish I've gotten in Milwaukee, but in general one of the better pizzas I've had in the city.

My husband and I had ordered delivery last night and was told it was going to be about 35 to 40 minutes. After about an hour we had got a phone call wondering what city we were in. Apparently they did hear it the first time. Was told they are on the way. 15 more minutes go by still nothing. My husband called and was told they should be there any minute. My husband asked if the owner was working(knows him from the past) they said he was busy so he told the employee to have him call him. Finally 15 more minutes go by and our food finally arrives. My husband asked again if the owner so and so was working. The driver had the audacity to say he was him. My husband looks at him and says no your not, I know him. Driver got a little scared that he was caught in a lie and says yeah he is working. We shut the door real quick and never heard back from the owner like we had requested. Very poor service now and they have no problem lying straight to your face. Literally.
