What a wonderful place to explore on a Tuesday adventure. Food (wood fired pizza) was very tasty and a wonderful addition to the great beers served here. I had the Working Man Brown and the Marzen. Both were top quality and true to style. The space is open and inviting with views of the brewing equipment and a nice outdoor beer garden along one side.

Always heard great things about the location and food... We were first timers today and everything was great! It was helpful it was slower when we arrived to ask questions on how service and ordering worked....if it were busy, I think the approach would be a downfall to newcomers. There is signage, but not the clearest on where and how to order as just entering the building. Other than that...spectacular food and friendly service. Even with kids in tow- the outdoor area was cute for games to keep them busy! (7 & 8YO) will definitely be back!

Ripon has nice things!

My wife and I went to Knuth today, Had a couple of their beers each, and we both agreed that they were great (especially the coffee stout!).

The taproom is modern, well-lit, and has comfortable and spacious seating at the bar.

Skylar was a great server, and we had a great conversation with him. Half of what sets one taproom apart from another is the service, and he was a great host.

Will be back when in the area!

We had the privilege of having the Knuth Brewing event space upstairs this last weekend for our niece's wedding. THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE! Not only is the space bright, open, and modern with a nod to its historic roots, the offerings of the space are above and beyond any other venue we've experienced. We had the space on Friday for rehearsal dinner, all day Saturday for the event, and even had access to the space Sunday! We used Sunday for clean up but is a wonderful space for brunch or gift opening, if necessary. The staff was equally incredible as every one of them were friendly, helpful, hard working, patient, and understanding. AND THE FOOD! I didn't know beef tips could taste like that! If you're looking for a place that is the whole package, make sure to book your event at Knuth Brewing Company. Its less than 45 minutes from the Fox Cities!

Walking through downtown Ripon, Wisconsin, we passed this very cool craft beer bar and decided to investigate what we had learned. They have an amazingly awesome beer named the Blue Eyes Blond that was just tasty as can be, and since I had to drive, I allowed myself only one beer, but I was able to get a six-pack to go, so life is good, if we had more time I would get into a challenging game of tabletop shuffleboard but it wasn't in the stars maybe next time

This is a very large space that has a modern brewery warehouse atmosphere. It is very clean, the food is good, the staff were super nice and we liked everything about it. The bread for the sandwiches is baked on site and served on convenient tins. The price was very reasonable and they check on you to make sure you are satisfied. Outdoor patio area is nice also.

This is my favorite pizza in Ripon! Employees are always friendly, and my order is always ready at the time they communicate on the phone. Beer is good as well! Occasionally I will get a crust that is a little over-charred, but it's a delicate balance when cooking with an open flame. The Thai pizza is great and so is just a classic pepperoni, if you haven't yet give them a try!

Yesterday, my patience was really tested as I stood in line for a whopping 45 minutes. It seemed like they were understaffed, with just one person juggling all the orders. We popped in here on a recent visit to nearby Fox Lake. Great little Wisco brewery gem! KBC offers a wide selection of crafted beers. I got a 6-beer flight and all were good. Standout beers included the Citra Spice IPA, Knuth Classic lager, and the Blue Eyed Blonde ale. Bartenders were welcoming and explained what's available. They have a kitchen. The wood fire pizza was amazing, great accompaniment to the beers. Wings need some work. Great homey vibe with lots of local folks hanging out. Very family friendly - my kids enjoyed our meal. Definitely be in for a visit next time we're in the area.

The classic pub look on the street drew me in. The beer and the food kept me there. I am from Portland, OR, so I'm no stranger to brewpubs, but I love what they are doing in the heart of downtown Ripon. I tried a few of the brews they make in-house and I really vibed with the Maibock they had on tap during my visit, though the tart bier and the IPA were pretty tasty too. My prime rib sandwich and fries rounded out my experience and left me full and satisfied. The casual atmosphere and friendly owners are why I think this place is worth coming back to again and again. Next time I am going to try one of their wood fired pizzas.

On March 22nd, 2023 my girlfriend and I came in around 2 pm and had an amazing lunch. Hats off to the bartender, the woman that took our order and the chefs. All of them were extremely kind and professional. My girlfriend and I are both service industry people and the soup of the day (broccoli cheddar) was hot and delicious, a million times better than Panera, the pesto chicken pizza and the bruschetta were hot and full of flavor. Wish they had a cider on tap but the bartender recommended their citrusy beer that was new and it was a great alternative. She also gave us a large piece of carrot cake which looks amazing. We are very happy we got to have an amazing experience after driving over a dozen hours and hundreds of miles to celebrate a special day of ours on our interstate camping trip.

Exceptional brewery! I have been at most of the local brewery’s in the area and this is definitely one of the best. All the beers we tried were very very good. When you think of a proper Belgian Triple, Pilsner or Red, they are spot on. We also got the wood fired cheese sticks (pizza crust olive oils and cheese blend). Simply amazing! Crispy yet soft. I was in the neighborhood of Ripon and wanted nachos. After a bit of research infield Knuth. The nachos didn't disappoint and the panini was even better. That being said the place was extremely busy and if you don't know it's self seating pay at the register and serve yourself the signs suggesting this are small and off to the side. The atmosphere was nice but again very busy. The nachos had a kick to them so if you don't like spicy might want to tamper down. I also had to have a piece of pizza and it was goof too.
