Mary was an awesome host. Very fun and generous to let us finish our round of 9. Fun place and cool experience.

Fantastic! So much fun! We were celebrating a birthday weekend and started walking around to find a bar or pub. We walked in and immediately were given a friendly greeting by Kelsey. We ordered some drinks and sat by the lake which was so calming and relaxing. We ordered some food with the help of Molly and that was delicious. We had such a great night and both Kelsey and Molly were amazing! They seemed to know exactly when we needed to place the next order. They were both fantastic. When we return to Kohler in the future, we are certain to stop back here.

I had a few hours to kill while my wife was at the Kohler Water Spa. I was kind of surprised that I was the only one playing, but I had a great time warming up and playing "The Old Course" in Scotland. Todd was very cordial and helpful in explaining the equipment and getting me started. It took me a good 15 minutes to get used to how to play simulated golf, but it was really fun. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area. Thanks again to Todd for being so cordial and patient with me.

Bad experience. I had high hopes coming in given the ties to great courses like Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run, but I was severely let down. At $60/hour, Kohler Swing Studio is a rip-off. I have been to several other golf simulators in Chicagoland - and I would rank them all at 4 or 5 stars. Kohler earns 2 stars for several reasons. Very small bays. Automatic reload of balls was not available, which required players to tee up shots themselves and retrieve balls before every shot. Gameplay was freezing on standard iron shots. The only thing saving this place was their bar area, which had TV's and a table shuffleboard.

Walked in to spend money. Not one staff member said hello. They had more interest in playing than customer service. Not recommended.

I stopped by your store yesterday after work to buy a coworker who loves golf a retirement gift. I'm an electrician so was wearing my high viz vest and work boots. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I was only there to browse or kill time like I didn't have enough money to shop there. I was ticked off but they had what I wanted so I bit my tongue grabbed a couple gifts and left. It was like a scene out of Pretty Woman. Your staff needs to be more tactful and not judge people by appearance.
