Kowboi Kitchen, what can I say? Nothing bad that's for sure. The owner and his wife are always friendly and welcoming and if they're giving you shit, most likely you're one of their regulars. My family and I stopped here after hitting the Menominee Zoo. Needless to say, it was incredible. You would not believe how many people do not use seasoning. Well this place is not one of those people. Everything from the fries l, to the burger, to the peppers are seasoned just right. It makes a huge difference in the taste of the food.

The food btw is the best thing about this place. Everything we ordered was incredible. I can usually find something wrong with a place, but not this one. The service and food were terrific.

All in all, we live in Appleton and will make the drive for this type of food. I have no issue driving to get a hot beef when it is huge, juicy, and delectable.

Next time you find yourself in Oshkosh, make sure you stop at this amazing local eatery.

Stopped on my way from Garden to dallas. Looked at the reviews and decided to give a try, glad to say it was an amazing experience. I am an Uber driver and got a ride out this way and I was contemplating eating at a fast food joint, but I stumbled upon this place after getting some gas across the street. ( Today's review happened to be on Hot Dog Day ) I ordered a 2 Chicago dog Meal ( fries and Drink Included for 15 $ ) and 5 jumbo party wings ( 1.25 per wing Minimum of 5 Need to be ordered ) this is like your typical mom and pops joint that seems to be run by the husband and wife. ( Cool people by the Way. Nice vibes and all on the inside, now let's get to the actual food, The dogs were delicious, although I do like ketchup on my dogs these were still incredible. The fries were very good as well nice and seasoned. The wings were pretty darn good as well. Overall I'd definitely be back

I really tried to support Kowboii Kitchen — not exactly Black-owned in the cultural sense, more like “family-owned” (his words, not mine), and trust me, the vibe reflects that. I ordered a pizza puff and specifically asked for it to be crispy — which, in culinary terms, means golden and firm, not scorched like it survived a house fire. When I opened it, it was so burnt I thought it was charcoal-wrapped. I went back to ask for a replacement, and to be fair, he did remake them. But the energy shifted — suddenly I was the problem, and it was giving “hostile kitchen, not hospitality.” I ended up not even eating the new ones.

Then, in a move that defied all food safety standards, he handed the original burnt pizza puffs (that we had already touched!) to other guests like they were hors d’oeuvres. That’s not just unsanitary — it’s reckless. On top of that, he once said he prefers white customers because “Black people complain too much.” Well, respectfully: here I am, complaining. Not because I’m difficult — but because I expect professionalism, safe food handling, and edible food when I spend my money. Today was the first time we stopped in! It will not be the last. I called every friend and told them to try it. I do not eat anything on a bone. Once I saw this place on DoorDash, I just knew I had to stop in and try it! And OMG, I'm so glad I did! The food was amazing and you will definitely not leave hungry. We ordered the Italian beef sandwich (no peppers) and Chicago dog. The sandwich was huge. Definitely 3 meals are coming out of that. The dog had the perfect amount of toppings. (I would've taken a picture of that, but it was gone too fast!) Fries were hot and seasoned just right. We got cheesecake to go and cant wait to try it. When I was a kid growing up in downstate Illinois, there was a place in my hometown that made Chicago dogs, Italian beef, and fries. Whether you're from Chicago, the suburbs, or downstate Illinois like me, one bite of the dogs they serve up will taste like home.

The homey atmosphere and Northwestern game playing on the TV don't hurt either.

Came in today and ordered a chicago dog, pizza puff and Italian beef....
Please Please, believe me me when I say this man's food is ridiculously good. By far the best Italian beef I have ever had. The dip was insanely flavorful. Got a customer for life. And I will definitely be sending more your way!!

Fantastic food! We went for their first Friday night fish fry, and it was phenomenal. Huge portions, reasonably priced and incredible flavor 5/5!

i was born and raised in chicago and moved here about 12 years ago, always been disappointed that there wasn't any chicago style food nearby so we decided to give this a try. the owner was super friendly, i drove from far away so the food was kind of cold by the time i got there (my fault! and he told me to call and let him know next time, super nice dude) but even that when i got home, the food was INCREDIBLE!!!! i can't wait to eat here again. also the portion sizes are amazing, i have never been this full in my life. check out this place if you haven't been there, you can tell he is passionate about what he does. thanks for the best dinner i've had in a while!

Loved it. I ordered the gyro nachos and it was so good I had to try something else off the menu so I got the Italian beef sandwich as well! Definitely would come back again. There wasn’t a long wait at all and the staff are very welcoming and good company to chit chat with. Would recommend to anybody who enjoys the Chicago style foods!

I live in Fond du lac takes the drive just too get that home taste most places don’t have .. The Gyro / Italian Beef fries are too die for just can’t get enough drizzled with Kowboy Mild sauce home with every bite.. warm friendly atmosphere every time you step in the door.. - definitely got me Smiling..🥰❤️👌👍

My husband and I live near here and decided to pop in, it’s so tasty! I got the polish dog and he got the gyro cheeseburger, both were amazing. The people were super friendly and overall it was a good place to pop into, plus we love supporting mom and pop shops best we can. Definitely going to tell all my friends about it :)

WOW! We ordered takeout the second day this restaurant was open and were absolutely blown away. I ordered the Italian Beef and my husband ordered the Gyro Cheeseburger. The food was delicious, filling, and so well prepared. The two brothers working there were super funny and outgoing and most importantly cooked us some amazing food! We will for sure be returning!
