Good selection of snacks and drinks, but MY GOD Kwik Trip please don’t be so lazy, I got a pepperoni pizza there and there is a clear plastic things so you can see the pizza, I looked at it and I saw nothing wrong with it. That was, until I opened it (after I purchased it) it had 1.7 pieces of pepperoni on it. 5 dollar slice I don’t get even 2 pieces of pepperoni?!?! The cheese was a redeeming quality of this. Thick, flavorful layer of cheese. Overall, I’m kind of ok with it. Not the best but good nevertheless.

The Hearty Platter Café is such a unique find — it’s located in the back of the Kwik Trip in Black River Falls and is one of only a handful of Kwik Trip restaurants in the entire country. Don’t be fooled by the location — this place is a real gem.

They serve all-day breakfast and classic comfort food. I had the biscuits and gravy, and the portion was huge and absolutely delicious. Our table also ordered pancakes, French toast, omelets, and even a cheeseburger — everything came out fresh, hot, and tasty. It took about 20 minutes for our order to be ready, which was reasonable given how busy the store was.

The ordering process is simple: you head to the small register area in the back, ring the doorbell, and one of the ladies comes out to take your order. They’ll either bring your food out to you if you’re seated or let you know when it’s ready. The staff was super sweet and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. There’s a seating area so you can relax while you wait.

Between the warm service, delicious food, and generous portions, Hearty Platter Café is a great stop whether you’re passing through or staying in the area. It may be tucked inside a busy Kwik Trip, but it’s absolutely worth it for a hearty meal. We’ll definitely be back!

We went back to the quick trip the first time since they've remodeled their dining area to get some fish. We were so disappointed in the new portion sizes. For 2.99 a piece of fish was quite small.

We stopped at this Quik Trip for a gas fill up and bathroom break. The bathrooms were clean and the stalls were actually pretty big. We wanted a snack and they had great selection of food and beverages! The staff was also super friendly.

Their kitchen is closed for renovation till Spring. No fried chicken or hot soup for cold and hungry truckers. All the coolers are gone save for one free-standing one with a meager selection.
I don't begrudge you a renovation. But truckers plan their stops several hundred miles out to comply with HOS. And once stopped we are prisoners of the truck.
At least give us note on your maps page so we can make other plans for a supper/ overnight stop.

This is not the first time for me in this specific location. This is a nice place to shop, moderate in price, and I met a few kind associates. On the contrary, others don't send a good impression about the place.
Before investing in deals, make sure you create a culture that does show character, mindfulness, respect, and appreciation. You won't be able to create loyalty without that.Good day!

It's best to avoid this Kwik Trip off exit 116 on I94 in Black River Falls. The layout of the gas pumps was poorly planned out. And it becomes a traffic and car congestion nightmare. Visit the Kwik Trip off ext 115 instead.

Used to get the fried fish dinners whenever I came through the area. Haven't made it up this way in 6 months..Stopped here yesterday and wish I had not stopped. The fish was terrible. Definitely not worth the $12 they charge for it. I do not believe they are using cod anymore. I purchased a couple other ready bakery items and again, not happy. This will be the last time I spend my money here.

Great coffee and donuts for cold and rainy days like today.

KT has truly developed their selection of home meal prep necessities, which can save a lot of trips to the grocery store.

Bonus here: an ample seating are to sit and have your meal.

A well stocked Beer Cave that was just plain cold inside.

Why can't I pay at the pump? Yet I can pay with the same card inside. It's happened more than once! When I mentioned it, the employee was very rude. The only thing the cashier wanted to say was" negative" . That was her response to anything I asked. RUDE, RUDE RUDE.

Clean and well lit store with lots of snacks and donuts and drinks and some fruit and vegetables on the go. Bathrooms are clean. Gas station and bathroom. I enjoy this chain very much. I love the fact that they have a little condiment section that is kept very fresh with onions, pickles, tomatoes, relish, sauerkraut, lettuce. And you can have as much as you want with any sandwich or hotdog or burger that they sell in the hot food station. The reason I can't get five stars in because there are not many vegetarian or healthy options

This is why I love Kwik trip!!! So I ran out of gas few miles before the exit 116 in black river falls I tried everything roadside was useless and towing wasn’t an option. I called the Kwik trip right off the exit and they ran gas out to me for free and didn’t charge me for the gas either thank you Steven for the help the other staff was very helpful.

Everyone at this Kwik Trip was SO NICE. My rental car's transmission broke down after I filled up gas and I was basically stranded here for a few hours because I was two hours away from home. The Kwik Trip employees were more helpful than Triple A and my rental car company combined. We basically had to make the car an unaccompanied tow, and the employees called me when it finally got towed (Triple A didn't even call me...). PLEASE give Joplin and the rest of the people on shift a raise or a gift or SOMETHING because they were absolute angels <3 thank you friends!!!!

I've been coming to this KT for many years and in general I love it, but recently I've become uncomfortable with the number of tweakers and homeless people that lay around in the booths either sleeping or just doing nothing and not buying nothing... Makes me not even want to sit in there and eat my meal, really spoils my appetite ....pretty bad for business, yes???

The staff was amazing. We called before we came in and over the phone we got the information that we needed. When we arrived, the attendant was very helpful and went out of her way to be nice. We stop at this location while traveling 2-3 times a month. Very disappointing experience today. Cardboard display offerring promotional price, did not ring at register, upon asking, cashier said no without even going to look. I asked and she rolled her eyes and was very patronizing. I went and looked to confirm price, she wouldn't budge so we left without the items. There were several registers, only one open and many employees behind the counter standing around.
