First off, most kwik trips have clean bathrooms, this one was not. Then I go to buy a cooked pizza, when I got to the register I noticed the expiration time was 4:50, it was 4:48, I asked for manager. Jacob came over, told him id just now seen this time, I asked if he could discount it, he said he could if it was at the expired time..... its 2mins! I was very nice and he just walked away shaking his head. I went and put the pizza back, which he then went and took off the rack and took it to the back to be disposed of. Unreal. Im a truck driver, I stop at kwik trips very often, I dont understand the attitude and the fact you literally just threw the food out instead of selling it. Plenty of kwik trips on my route so ill be stopping at others from now on

I love Kwik Trip in general, but this is definitely one of my favorite pit stops when I take road trips to the Midwest. Restrooms are clean, always a good selection of food to choose from when I need a bite to eat, and love their coffee area. And as busy as it can be, I’ve never had an issue getting a pump for gas, and even if I do have to wait, it’s not long since people just move right along.

Thank god for the lovely cashier who saved the day. I don’t know her name, but we came in today with our last $20 for our trip home to Indiana and the transaction cancelled, leaving us with no money to put in. When explained the situation, she happily gave us a gas card of the remaining amount to help us get home. We NEED more people like this, thank you so very much. I prefer kwik trip to almost all other truck stops but this specific location has neglected their diesel fuel pumps to an extreme level. Most or all leak, pump one and three are extremely slow even if you are the only one at the fuel island, and most won't print your receipts. Like I said, I am all for fueling up and stopping at kwik trips, this one has just been pretty bad for fueling lately.

This is a truck stop that as an OTR driver, I visit frequently. They offer some great fresh food, their prices for dairy products are better than most grocery stores, and their produce quality and prices rival most grocery chains throughout the 5 states they operate in. My only complaint is their shower facilities for truckers aren't as good as those at Love's truck stops. Love's has the best shower facilities for truckers of any truck stop chain in the US.

Both the Gas station side and the restaurant side of this location are phenomenal. I used to come every morning (5days/week for 2.5yrs for work). Staff is always friendly and helpful. food was always fresh and hot. the restaurant side has always been willing to make what i ask for, even if it is not on the menu.

My husband and I would have given them 5 stars. We love all Kwik trips and recommend them to our fellow Logistics Drivers. Our recent experience at this particular store was the attitude of the employee Rita. She was nasty and lacked good customer service skills. After escorting us to our shower which had feces around the toilet because of not properly being cleaned, we had to ask her to bag our purshased items of Milk and cakes etc. So we also watched her with other customers to see if it was just us. No it was her being nasty to others as well. So she may need to be reminded that the company values their reputation on good customers service and to have a better bed side manner in dealing with people. We will be back hopefully she has together together.

Went to check out today, and 2 cashiers were casually talking to a gentleman in a cowboy hat. The conversation was of a personal nature, and I thought at least one of them would have helped me. I was having trouble with my convertible top going up as it was starting to rain so I stopped to fuel up n put my top up, I had to manually put it up which is a pain , Steve a worker who i would say was in his 50s or 60s seen me having trouble and came over and help me get my top up! Our driver stopped here on Monday (3/26) was able to fill his truck with Diesel without prepaying or paying at the pump, he then went inside and realized he had forgotten his company fuel card and had no other way to pay. He called our manager back at the shop for his card info. The clerk at your store told my manager they could not take a card over the phone for payment. The manger here was told they needed a EBT Check, or my driver would have to pay for it out of his own pocket. Neither was an option in this case. Eventually, after much time wasted, the solution found was to mail us a bill. I cannot imagine that this is the most efficient way to handle the simple problem of a forgotten credit card. I know it isn't for us. I also just realized we will be needing that invoice/receipt for the IFTA fuel reporting as it is the end of the 1st quarter. We will need that by the end of the first week of April to be able to file that report on time. We have not gotten any communication since Monday, when your store manager told us we would see an invoice in the mail.

Just did some shopping here. I'm a truck driver and it is hard for us to find places to get healthy foods for the truck at a great price. Alot of truck drivers go to Walmart (that's if they allow it or the city doesn't write a ticket for an ordinance). But as a truck driver I can tell all the other drivers that this place has everything you need food wise. How can you beat 69 cents for a loaf of bread. Very helpful. I had to send a long fax & they took care of even though it took a few minutes. It was extremely busy there. They have handicap parking & entrance. Don't have to wear face mask. There is a Denny's contested to them. It is a truck stop also. They even have a postal box outside. Very courteous employees

Truckers: just like all the kwik trip locations, the stores and food are better than ANY of the other travel centers I've ever been to.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming with a smile.
the meats are good cuts and quality. the prices are better than anywhere else, the fast food is actually good.
This location has plenty of parking and I have even found a spot in here as late as midnight without any problem.
This location also has showers.

Definitely a "must stop" in my opinion. Especially if your truck has a decent freezer to pick up food for cooking on the road.
