10/12/25 Not a bad stop. Plenty of FREE parking. Showers are $12. It has a Denny's for a decent meal. The only reason I didn't go a full 5 stars is because there's no coin-op laundry. All in all it was a decent place to pull a 34 hour reset.

Paces is ok... Don't buy the premium Diesel though.... It's not like most other KTs diesel in Wisconsin.... It's like the IA and MN kt premium Diesel and it ain't that good..... Not worth the money.... It's dirty, thick, greenish yellow like a month old P bottle that's been sittin in the desert sun.... It's much higher price diesel too.... Keep going east and it will get cheaper as you go.....
Has a Denny's, which is a plus..... Showers but no laundry..... Has the typical KT goodies.... One of the better laid out kt lots to park in.... Some KTs are laid out kinda wonky.....

I have been to a ton of the Kwik Trips with truck parking, and this is the first of any of them, that you want hot food, you get whats up and available. All the others, you want something just ask and no attitude nothing, they say no problem and how long it will be, you want chicken pot pie(done), you want a pizza(what kind and done), you want 3 pc chicken meal and two sides(done) doesn’t matter what, they make it, bit not here, whatever is on the rack thats your choice they aren’t making anything else!!!!

Kwik Trip is always our first choice for gas station stops. This might be the worst, dirtiest Kwik Trip we've ever been to. The gas area was a mess, the garbage cans were overflowing, the bathrooms were really dirty, the coolers weren't stocked, the store was messy. Definitely, not like a normal Kwik Trip. Gross.

I’m very disappointed with what happened at this Kwik Trip in Wilson, WI. My friend, who is Black, stopped here to get something to eat. While there, a staff member was handing out free samples of little tacos— but blatantly ignored him multiple times, while warmly greeting and serving all the white customers around him. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store. All customers deserve equal respect and treatment. I hope Kwik Trip addresses this behavior.”

AMAZING crew of people working at the Wilson store tonight. Came in off the interstate during the tornado warning looking for a safe shelter. We were met by employees in safety vests helping people in the doors that were being pushed shut by the wind. Additional employees quickly instructed us where to go. Spent some quality time in the hallway to the showers, it was clean, well lit even without power and employees were keeping us posted as to when it might be safe to leave. Everyone was amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!!!

I usually have a good experience with Kwik Trips however, I stood at a register that was open for about 3 minutes until finally an employee named Cathy came up to help me only after being on her phone by the coffees…She was extremely passive aggressive and lacked customer service. Her name tag also stated that she was a Leader which I assume is a sort of manager. Someone like that has no place “leading” others, especially by example that she had shown to me.

I work just up the road in Menomonie, WI. I am a professional driver by trade and prefer KT to most other truck stops. Primarily for the food options. It seems as of late, that store of I94 exit 28, has been slacking in the breakfast dept. Every single time in the last 2 months that I have stopped here for the 3-meat breakfast sandwich, they do not have any available. Now I get that you only make so many so you are not forced to toss any out as waste, but when you are sold out before 6am, you should absolutely make more. I don't eat fast food eggs and this is the best bang for my buck. But it looks customer satisfaction is not high on the list

On Dec 23rd of 2022, I left my college town to head home for the holiday break. I was about 30 mins from home when I realized I needed a little more gas for the last stretch of my drive. I stopped at the 603 location, hoping for a 5 minute pit stop. While pumping my gas though, I accidentally locked my keys and my phone in my car. I was quite embarrassed and asked the man behind the counter if I could borrow their phone to call my dad just to inform him of my situation and let him know I would be home later that anticipated. I ended up purchasing a kit with tools to help me try to unlock the driver door; however, it was so cold out that even the three pairs of gloves I also bought couldn't keep my fingers warm and working. After what felt like an hour but was probably just 15 minutes of me attempting to break into my own car, I had to give up and head back inside to warm up. At this point, the tears had already been flowing for quite a while and I was ready to call my dad again to ask for him to come with the extra key. When I walked inside and headed to the counter, the man from before told me that he had already called my dad and he was on his way. He also let me grab a hot beverage from the coffee area to help warm myself up while I waited. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this man for showing me so much kindness while I was in this tough situation and was very visibly upset. I want to say thank you to him and while I regret not asking his name for this review, I will describe him a bit. He was an older man with white hair and glasses I believe. I think he also had a skin tag on his head. He didn't have to take action and contact my dad but he saw me struggling outside and decided to help me. I will forever be grateful for the kindness he showed me and I will not forget his selfless actions that day. Kwik Trip should be grateful to have him working at one of their locations because he is a kind man who deserves to be appreciated! Thank you again to that man!

I don't known if all kwik trips are like this store, but for my first time I was wowed. As a trucker came in got shower 8.00 and it was nice and clean where the big names charge way more. Dennys was my dinner choice and the service there was so nice and friendly. Next day my partner and I stopped here again, and then I realized the food selection they had. Hot food with healthy cooked vegetables. Burgers tenders, and pizza that was fresh and ready. They had full rotisserie chicken for walmart price, not jacked up like flying js chicken. Service here was so friendly and nice. Wish other truck stops were like these guys.

At 8 pm I asked if there was any soup coming out. Was told that it was ready and she had to go get it…. As she’s walking back to get it,the shift leader to go make pizza instead. 30 mins later, I asked the shift leader where the soup was. Because the person doing food was in the kitchen making pizza’s instead of getting the customer’s request… As for Tuesdays special being “Soup” You’d figure they would at least have a few of them out for customers…. I LOVE Kwick Trips. I will pass any other gas station to go to a Kwick Trip. Their customer service, cleanliness, and products are always on point. Which is why I was so shocked at this experience, I felt the need to share a rating for this specific store in hopes they will adjust accordingly.
An employee, Jaylee, was so inappropriate and rude I felt uncomfortable and was beside myself shocked. She was slow and took more time to talk to other employees than to help customers. I was in a hurry, and her line was at a stand still because she was talking to the staff member next to her. I was slightly irritated watching everyone else check out and leave around me. Then when she finislly did acknowledge that I was there with an arm full of stuff, she nit only didn't say sorry about that, but she rolled her eyes, scuffed at me and said, you'll get there, just have a little patience, then rushed me out. Super rude the whole time. KT has high standards that I appreciate. If this employee were the standard, I wouldn't go to kwick trips anymore.

Very nice truck stop with a full grocery store inside. These are rare to come upon if you’re a truck driver, so I did some serious grocery shopping here. The food is good quality and fresh and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables kind of like a small Publix. At the door they had free samples around noon time when I walked in. Their truck parking lot never filled up all night too. The inside is very clean. The service is friendly. They have small shopping carts available at one of the doors. The fresh meals to go are very good quality and microwaveable. I need to wind up buying some empty reusable gallon containers for these good deals of milk and orange juice in bags, but this is so rare to find at a truck stop. The only other truck stop I’ve ever noticed that had this kind of a nice grocery store within was somewhere in Iowa north of the Quad Cities. I have added this to my favorites.

Another nice Kwik Trip. Plenty of parking no matter what you drive. Has a separate diesel island in addition to diesel pumps in the auto fill up area.

The store is a little worn/dated compared to some of the newer huge stores but it is still very clean.

The jumbo chicken tenders were great, Hot and Juicy. It is also nice having a selection of fruit to choose from.

I love Kwik Trip, and visit often, but for the sake of your safety, you must not visit this one until the pandemic is over.

Many customers, perhaps a third, had no mask at all. The staff did not utter one word of request or suggestion regarding masks. You should assume that anything inside, especially food, is coated with the coronavirus.

Stopped for coffee on a tight schedule. All the coffees were empty. Unusual and disappointing for a KT. There is room for improvement here, guys.
