I'm not sure who or what is missing. The last few times I've been here, the service had gone down. I walked in and sat at the bar, the was a guy there he didn't day anything to me and left, a few minutes later a young woman came to the bar she looked at me and said nothing, then another woman came to the front and they had a conversation before coming to see if I've been helped. I almost walked out because I was there for about 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. I also watched a last walk-in and stand there for a few minutes with the waitress standing, counting receipts before acknowledging her. It wasn't busy, just a huge lack of awareness

Went in on January 20, 2024, a Saturday, around 12:45 pm for lunch. Noticed an employee wrapping silverware in napkins, while eating food! There was only one table occupied, and this same employee seated us right beside the only other table occupied. When we asked for another table, he told us to "Stay Home". We sat ourselves at another table just a few tables from the occupied table, again this employee stated "Stay Home". We left. I can't believe the treatment we received. There was no reason to seat us right next to another table when he could have seated us just one table away. Obviously, he didn't want to be bothered with customers. So disappointing.

Things started off bad when I ordered a Spotted Cow. It tasted like vinegar. I t was undrinkable. The tap line was obviously infected. The server gave me chips and salsa. The salsa tasted like watered down ketchup. The pico de gallo was just chopped tomatoes. I ordered the carne asada. I lowered my expectations on the food but apparently it wasn't low enough. The carne asada was thinly sliced beef in a big bowl of liquid with a little tomato and onion. It tasted like nothing. The beef had been boiled in the liquid and was bland and chewy. I won't be returning here.

We paid $35 for one platter of the special, and it was literally the nastiest food I've ever eaten in my life. It was swimming in puddles of grease to the point where my husband almost vomited. We had to throw half of it out. There was no seasoning. The fried potatoes weren't fried...they were doused in grease to the point where they are dripping an orange liquid. Everything is dripping in an orange liquid with no seasoning...the few pieces of shrimp were fine, but everything else was disgusting. There is no way that that should have been $35.

Whoops! Right in my own hometown and missed this Mexican gem. The place changed hands a few times and most had to serve wine margaritas because they didnt have a liquor license.

Not only does this place serve a 4 star margaritas, but the salsa is fresh and my steak tacos tasted great! Kudos to them as I gave up on this location, but they donated some food to a non profit event and I had to ask where 2 dishes came from and guess who.
