Beautiful presentation of food. Atmosphere could be a bit better because of the piped in music too loud causing people to have to talk over the music. Creating a noisy atmosphere.

Two years in and this place still looks like it was built yesterday, floors you could eat off, tables so clean you catch your own reflection in them. Somebody here takes “spotless” personally.

The margaritas? Pure sunshine in a salted glass. Sweet, tart, icy perfection that makes you instantly consider ordering another just because it’s that good. No booze, no buzz, just liquid joy in a goblet.

The food comes in like it’s making an entrance. Fajitas arrive sizzling and popping like they’re trying to start a fight, with pineapple slices perched on top like they own the joint. Quesadillas show up golden and smug, oozing molten cheese with every cut. Even the pico de gallo is electric… bright, fresh, and unapologetically alive.

And for the picky eaters of the world? They’ve got an American menu too. Burgers, fries, the works, so no one’s left sulking.

Bottom line: this isn’t just dinner, it’s dinner with a soundtrack and a front-row seat. Come hungry. Leave happy. Bring friends. Repeat

Yes the place is clean. If you are looking for a Mexican restaurant with average food and weak over priced drinks. This is the place for you. The place use to be a steak house, and it feels like a steakhouse with some different decorations and the same song played in loop on the speaker. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I usually dine on the patio with my husband and our two toddlers. The atmosphere is arguably the best in Sparta - in large part due to the incredible service. It is top notch - comparable to some of my other favorite haunts in our town. The patio, however, is unique to our little city - and we love it! Sparta is lucky to have such a quaint and enjoyable outdoor dinner space.

This place was absolutely amazing. The employees are super kind and helpful. Their . Enu is awesome. If you're not in the mood for Mexican food, but someone else in your group is, no problem. They have traditional American restaurant type food to choose from as well. I had the Hawaiian burger/pineapple burger(I had one in Hawaii years ago so I HAD to order one again). The fries were great and the burger was super flavorful. My wife got the chimichanga. She gave me a bite and it was incredible. The outer layer was crispy and had a buttery flavor. The flavor of everything inside was great too. The ONLY complaint I have is the door alarm when you walk in or out. It's super loud and high pitched. It was worse on my way out. Please change the sound or at least the speaker location. Otherwise, we both enjoyed our meals and everything else. We'll certainly come again, and recommend it to friends AND strangers alike.

A very, very disappointing experience. Shrimp fajitas and vegetarian fajitas were ordered. The refried beans were tasteless. The rice was utterly tasteless. The shrimp fajitas were just barely OK and the vegetarian fajitas were a soggy mass of tasteless vegetables. The pico de gallo was sour and the guacamole was totally unacceptable. The chips were tasteless and the salsa served with the chips was too sweet to eat.

The serving staff are aloof and impersonal - language issues may play a part in this. A better effort, at least toward friendliness, could make the experience better.

Essentially, a $50 meal with no taste. Spend your money at the other Mexican restaurant in Sparta.

I would recommend this place 100% The one thing to be aware of is that communication, although not a problem, sometimes you might have to ask them what they said. But it’s very minimal. Also, I should point out, that until you do re-open, it would be helpful to properly update Google Maps that you are temporarily closed. I'm not sure what you have on Facebook (I don't use it) and as popular as Facebook may be, Google Maps is by far the most widely used navigation service today. In any case, I will call ahead next time before I visit; which is hopefully soon.

The Menu is too American, my friend and I ordered the burrito loco and both ended up with the California burrito... still, the food was good but was too American, i had to dump hot sauce on it to give it any kind of authentic flavor, they messed up our bill and couldnt split the bill properly, they ended up making my friend pay all the taxes on the bill... definitely not a great first experience and wont be coming back

Not really much of a Mexican restaurant in my opinion. The bill was supposed to be split. They didn't write separate tickets.
