I had my wedding at Lake Arrowhead last weekend and we had the best experience. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed working with Donna, she went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. She checked in frequently leading up to the wedding, while we were setting up, getting ready, and a few times during the wedding as well. She really removed so much stress for me.

It was so helpful that we were able to go in and set up the day before the wedding. It made our wedding day a lot more easy going. It was also nice that we were able to bring all our dresses and steam them there the day before so they were ready to go on Saturday.

The bridal suite was so perfect for getting ready. There was plenty of room for two stylists and 8 people getting ready in there. We had access to the room through the night, so it was also really nice having a space to store our things and to sneak away for a few minutes of quiet during cocktail hour.

Throughout the night, we received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food was. We did a taco bar and everyone loved it. At the end of the night, the staff gathered all our decor for us, so cleanup Sunday morning was a breeze. We were in and out within an hour.

We really had the best weekend here and I don’t have a single complaint about the venue or staff.

We've been coming to Lake Arrowhead for years. It's a great layout with pines, lakes, sand bunkers everywhere and beautifully kept greens. We absolutely love both courses (Pines and Lakes). And I'll give a shout out to John at Lodges of the Lakes where we stay overnight. Located on the Lakes course, his 2/4 bedroom condos are fantastic. Finally, thanks to Darryl at the Pines course for always helping our group and making sure we have a great time.

5 1/2 hours to golf 18 holes! Wow, so slow and overbooked. We feel like we wasted our passes that were looking forward to have a fun outing. Groupings today were unbelievable. Ranger did not do their jobs to keep play moving. The course itself is nice but frustrating to have to wait at least 10 minutes to hit.

I was there for a celebration of life for a friend. Several times, I was helped by different staff members that helped me find my way and to give me what I needed and provided me with friendly directions. I booked Lake Arrowhead Pines Course Event Hall for my wedding last weekend 10/5/24 and I have nothing but fabulous things to say. Their event coordinator, Donna, helped me throughout the whole planning process. They provided a lot of things that other wedding venues do not provide in their pricing. Like table clothes, napkins, silverware, the bridal suite, the food tasting... the list goes on (the food was delicious too!). We were in constant communications throughout the year leading up to the wedding. We were able to make any changes we needed to to the planner or to the timeline. They helped tare everything down the night of so we were able to come back the next morning and load it up, which was incredibly helpful and unexpected. All of our guests loved the venue as well and had a wonderful time. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to any bride or groom looking for a beautiful, affordable venue.

Went here for Mother’s Day brunch today, the food was bad, bland, and without effort. Maybe the kitchen ran out of salt or maybe the chef’s don’t know how to season food but nothing was seasoned. They need a real chef in the kitchen if any food is to come out edible and worth paying for.

I drove 2 and 1/2 hours and paid $85 for aerated greens covered in sand. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me that the greens were being aerated when I called to make the reservation. After complaining at the pro shop, their response was it's not too bad, it's only the small holes. The pace of play was very slow. They had no marshal to move people along. The only time that I saw the cart girl was when she was sitting at the clubhouse at the turn. Very poor customer service.

Disappointed with serving from the bar. Wait staff, Carried 4 bottles of beer and a glass of soda, to another guest table, not on a tray but literally by the neck of the bottles between her fingers. Very unprofessional. Mens room unkempt. Urine on the floor in front of urinal. Bartender too busy talking to 2 other patrons to notice my waiting to inform of bathroom situation. Bartender eating and drinking a bottle of Gatorade behind the bar. Short staffed? Possible but not even discreet.
Unprofessional training in my opinion. For the caliber of the golf course, very poor.

Played the Lakes course over the Independence Day weekend. First time and was very impressed. The course was in great condition. The staff was very professional, both in the clubhouses and the starter and marshalls on course were courteous and very helpful. I loved the numerous teeing options that made the course very playable for all 4 of us. Infact we used 3 different tee's making the course very playable for all of us. We will definitely be back.

The lake course golf facilities are better than the pines. The pines has a newly remodeled clubhouse. But putting green is t as good as the lake course and lake course also has a decent pitching green.

We played the Pines on a cool (56 degree) June day. Quite a change from 95 when we played in 2022. The course is in great condition. Pace of play was good. About 2 hours each 9. The staff was friendly. Food and drinks in the clubhouse were good. We'll be back.

Played the lakes course it was in great shape. Decently tough track. Greens are undulating and pretty fast. hole 9 they put the pin on a massive slope. The flag stick was literally leaning sideways because of the slope. We aren’t professionals. That was a dirty pin location.

I didn't take photos I will next time but this one of my favorite courses to play in Wisconsin it is a bit longer than what I normally play but very fair if you can manage a course,if you love scenery and some wildlife I would highly recommend Lake Arrowhead great for average and above average golfers I think it's a bit tough for beginners,I just played another round at the pines at lake arrowhead and it is simply amazing with all of the changes,I noticed the bunkers are larger and many more new bunkers on the course. It is highly recommend in my book don't miss an opportunity to play this gem

Courses are nice they pretty much drop the ball with the layout of club house, you would think they would have put in some simulators to bring in customers in the winter even The ridges golf course has them. They would also help with the pro shop if they wanted to do club fittings or anything that pro shops need for that matter.

Where to even start. We had our wedding at Lake Arrowhead in the brand new clubhouse and it was PERFECT! We had a delicious taco bar with margaritas and the menu options to choose from were endless! The staff, especially Lukki, are phenomenal. Even the big guy was there making sure everything went smoothly as our wedding was the first one in the new clubhouse. The bridal suite is perfect! We could order food in there as well as champagne for mimosas! They are super accommodating and just went over the top for our wedding. Anything and everything we needed, Lukki and her team was right there for me!
