I went here for a short film premiere. What Chris has done to this place is remarkable its so beautiful. From ceiling to floor will make your jar drop! Absolutely stunning. I booked it for a birthday immediately and I'm so excited. The staff is so amazing and friendly and Chris the owner is so very nice.

We attended Taco Fest in 2023, and sat at the bar almost the entire day and had an AMAZING time! The staff was super fun and friendly, and poured great drinks all day.

So we were looking SOO forward to doing it again in 2024. WOW, what a disappointment.

The staff was arguing amongst themselves the entire day. The management was questioning their motives and checking their sales numbers during the peak rush. The drinks were extremely inconsistent, switching from decent to TINY half way through the day. It was just total chaos. The customers were definitely the LAST thing on anyone's minds. We will be very hard-pressed to go back next year.

My husband and I went to music fest last night. First time at this venue. We had the most amazing experience here. Who/Zeppelin/ Queen cover bands were so good! It felt like we were back in the 70's! The staff here were awesome. The atmosphere was perfect! I can't say enough great things about this place. We definitely will be coming back here. Hope they update coming events so we can make plans for another great time ! Thank you to all the wonderful staff and owner. Also just wanted to say I left my vehicle there overnight ( had a little too much to drink to drive) but went to pick it up in morning and it was perfectly fine! Also got some great coffee to help kick start the day!

Fun place to play games, try free samples of Wisconsin cheese, buy cheese, and try coffees and alcoholic beverages. Restrooms available also. Seating indoors and outdoors for the bar. A cheese sculpturist w her creation. Free parking outdoors. Live music and lots of small businesses selling cute stuff. Nice family fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. They didn’t have many vendors at the Wisconsin cheese festival outside the House of Music but it’s ok bc it’s nice to not be crowded w long lines waiting for food and drinks. Cheese Curds from Say Cheese Curd Company at this festival was so good.

This place has a pretty cool venue to come and see live music. Drink prices were reasonable, food prices pretty expensive for what you get. My biggest complaint is if you want to leave to go to your vehicle and come back in you need to be escorted by a staff member. I understand some people probably have drinks in their car or whatever but I simply needed to grab a hoodie from my truck. Seemed pretty over the top and invasive to my privacy. Besides that the place is pretty cool.

My husband and I came down with COVID. I have been calling both of their phone numbers and left messages for 3 days about seening if we could get a refund or a credit for the tickets we bought for one of their shows. I even spoke to Susan and supposedly she took a message and said she would have the ticket office call me back. However, no one has called back nothing for 3 days. I don't think this is a good way to run a business! I had tickets to see Luke Bryan and Ticketmaster was able to get back to me within 12 hrs of my initial contact. However, Lake Geneva House of Music can't return 6 messages in 3 days. Don't do business with them they don't care about their customers!

Went here for a festival. Was 15$ to get in, and honestly I’m not sure what the 15$ got me?? The setup wasn’t great, lacked tables for people to sit at and eat and the food and beverages were over priced. Not much thought put into it. Definitely would rather go somewhere else to spend my money.
