The staff were extremely nice and attentive. My Food was fresh and came out almost a few minutes after ordering. The atmosphere was clean and to my liking they also have a bar. Great addition to the Mexican food offerings in the Green Bay area. Hidden away in a strip mall off Velp Avenue this humble establishment deserves a try. El Azteca set the standard in the area decades ago but remains the same, El Sarape made things interesting but has done a fast fade and Los Banditos remains a gateway drug.

Las Maracas is like walking is like walking into a Mexican home and and being served a favorite meal. Has all the look and feel of a family run restaurant with a menu full of items I was unfamiliar with along with comfortable standards.

The chips could use improvement but everything else is unique to my palate and yummy.

Looking forward to working my way through their interesting menu. If my first few trips are any indication I am in for a treat.

A very good place to eat Real Mexican Food I recommend this place.
The only bad thing I had here was that I went during the week and I got a waitress that I hadn't looked at. Very kind she according to and when she turned around she twisted heart eyes my daughter looked at her and told me that it was because I interrupted her when she was on her phone. What an ugly way of hers. I'd better keep coming here on on weekends because the other two waitresses one white and the a brunette, attend very good. This one who attended me in the week is another brunette that I hadn't looked at but what an ugly mood she has and all the time on her phone.....

Found this place randomly and decided to try it. Got 4 tacos and some like loaded fries and an agua Fresca. The tacos were a good price and man did they come loaded with meat! They were so good! The agua Fresca was so good I drank it before I got home. The fries could have been cooked longer to get crunchy but they were still pretty good. Highly recommend this place!

Wanted to try somewhere new and so glad we selected Las Maracas. We both ordered fajitas, 1 steak & 1 chicken. They were very delicious and plentiful. The meats were tender and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The beans didn't taste processed so we asked and they said they were made in house. We will definitely be back. Awesome newer place. They have some specialty tortillas on some of their dishes, so definitely check them out. I think the first few items on the menu are the signature dishes. Otherwise just ask.

They're still building out the space, but the food is worth it. This isn't the same menu as every other place, I definitely recommend checking it out.

Suggestion: highlight the signature dishes and explain the fancy tortillas on the menu!

Best tacos I’ve had in memory! Now looking for opportunities for more carne asada and quesabirria! Can’t wait to try their breakfast burritos in the morning sometime and as they’re still new with a recently established liquor license, they’re adding more drinks (margaritas!) soon, too.
Kind, efficient service, delicious food, extremely reasonable prices.
Don’t miss out on this charming little establishment tucked in a strip mall. It is WELL worth it and such a great addition to the north side of Green Bay.

We stopped here on a whim on the way to a Green Bay Blizzard game and I’m so glad we did! I had the best Al pastor quesadilla of my life! 😋 The portions were huge and authentically Mexican - you can taste the quality. The owner, Edgar, took time to chat with us about how the restaurant came to be, gave us samples, and even made extra tortillas for us because we thought they were so good! Please order the guacamole dip 🤤 and they have homemade desserts! We were so impressed with this new family business. Check them out!!

Always love to try new places near home and Maracas does not disappoint. I am usually a burrito connoisseur but have try a bunch of different dishes here over three stops and this place is legit. The torta is one of the best I have ever had. The homemade corn shell on the quesadilla was out of this world delicious. Stuffed pepper plate came recommended and it was delicious. Pambazo was unique and yes it's a little spicy. If you like TBM locations this will be right up your alley

So not exactly what I was expecting. The menu is very different from any other Mexican restaurant I had ever eaten at. Not the typical tostadas, enchiladas, and burritos. They do not serve margaritas but once their get their license they will be serving beer.

They do not offer chips and salsa, rather chicharonnes con cueritos. They were very light and a nice appetizer. We were told to add Valentina Hot Sauce to it, which was a nice accompaniment to them.

The meat unfortunately was very very bland. There were a few hard gristly pieces as well.

The chicken was chunked chicken, which is always a win. The chicken unfortunately was also extremely bland. However it was juicy.

The Quesabirria consomé was FANTASTIC though. It was so flavorful. We ended up using it for the tacos to help give them flavor.

They looked like they were going to be so good. The chicken was so overcooked and dry, it was like eating hay. It seemed that the taquitos had been previously cooked and then refried when ordered.

This is a new restaurant that just opened this week. If they can put as much flavor as they do in the consomé into the rest of their food, it would be worth a second visit.

I had the pambazo, the flavor was savory, perfectly spiced, and overall great texture and flavor! the most authentic pambazo i’ve tired in the green bay area
The birria tacos were phenomenal. One of the best quality birria i’ve tried in the area. Tender, savory, juicy, and incredibly seasoned and flavored
they catered to my seafood allergy so well! explained they use a separate fryer located away from the fryers for regular menu items 😊
The service was wonderful! we felt right at home with such a welcoming atmosphere and family dynamic 🇲🇽

We really enjoyed our experience! We ordered the pambazo, salchipulpos, chorizo taco, quesabirria taco, taquitos and elote. Unfortunately the elote was a bit too watery and the red salsa for the tacos could use more flavor/spice but everything else was absolutely delicious! The items that especially stood out were the quesabirria taco and the pambazo 🤤 The service was wonderful and everyone was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
