I asked a couple questions in which I got rude comments from the elderly man in the bar. Decided to go further down the road.

It was 9:00 at nite an everything was booked in hayward so we called just to see if they had a room..there was one left an the owner said she would hold it til we got there..the owner is an amazing lady!!! Not because she held it for us but for the great little place she owns!! Nothing fancy just cozy an relaxing!! We definitely are goin back to this little gem!!!!!

Stayed 3 nights, nice place but the heat wasn't on and she didn't out a space heater in our room even after she said she would. Bar and grill not open very late either. All around nice place to stay

I lived in Glidden, WI as a kid and have always wanted to return to see it again after fifty some years.

Paul and, I met when we were about 17 living in Milwaukee. He who became my best friend. He and his family now live in Las Cruces, NM. In Sept 2014 he came up picked me up at my home in Bailey, CO and we drove to Park Falls and to the Park Falls Motel. Paul has relatives in Park Falls. .

We were greeted by Sandy at the Park Falls Motel and treated very well. It's warm. It's clean. It's comfortable and it became home for several days last fall.

And what a beautiful week it was. After leaving Wisconsin 30 years ago for the mountains of Colorado, I was delighted to see all the beautiful fall colors Park falls, Glidden and Wisconsin has to offer and perfect weather too... almost as good as Colorado.

Since then my wife and I have relocated to Arizona (several hours closer to Las Cruces) and we have chatted about going back to The Park Falls Motel to see all the very nice people I met there.

I've had the good fortune of traveling to many places in the world and have stayed in some very nice properties and some not so nice. Considering the wonderful people of Northern Wisconsin, Park Falls, Glidden and the Park Falls Motel, I recommend the Park Falls Motel.

Stopped in Park Falls almost by accident, well actually by accident. Found Sandy and the Park Falls Motel on a whim. What a whim! Pulling up I could see the cozy-looking A frame and felt like I was back in my childhood. I was greeted by Sandy herself and it was like running into an old friend. My room was spotless, bed comfy and then.. DINNER! SO GOOD! Walleye pan fried in butter and white wine. In a motel. I was really surprised, and really grateful. This little gem shouldn't be missed by people traveling through the area.. go back in time and relive the old days of personalized service and comfort you don't find in chain places. I don't think I've had a better stay in the last 20 years. Thanks, Sandy!
