We went for my sisters birthday Friday night and it was so great we came back Saturday night, that was a different story. We got there and started to play, got drinks, our bay shut down mid game. The manager came over and had to unplug and reset the screen which then re set the game. We started another game, not even a round in and it told us our time was up, by the time we got someone over by us it had been a bit. He then had to unplug and reset again. He told us for the inconvenience we would be getting the discount rate ($30) and one of the hours for free(discounted rate is after 10pm we got there at 9:55pm which we also did the night before and got the discounted rate). We ordered wings and finished playing. The waitress comes over to cash us out and the total was really high. We asked and she said the hour was $55 so we asked about what the manager told us. She went to ask and he told her no because we got there at 9:55. Obviously at this point we are annoyed and just pay the bill. The waitress proceeds to give our whole table including my little sister an attitude, asked for a box for the wings, no response and threw the box onto our table and stormed off. Then we are at a bay near the inside bar and we hear her talking so bad about us cussing loud enough for us to hear her and pointing at us from inside. We brought a total of about 20 new people there over the span of two days and none of us will be back. The attitude was crazy and looks so bad on a company. So so disappointed.

The food and golfing experience was amazing, but while we were there it got to be pretty busy. However, when we were waiting for our food which our server was diligently bringing out to us and others around us, there were several employees that were CONSISTENTLY golfing instead of helping! So disappointing. This one taller dude that I believe was some sort of manager was actively interrupting us and other around us to "teach" us how to swing. I didn't come for golf lessons, I came for personal enjoyment. Don't exactly know his name, but I know he had brown hair and looked about early-mid 20s. I've several times before with friends and family over the years and this is the first time I've seen this guy or anyone golf while working in general. Such an upsetting sight to see, I will no longer be taking my business here.

JJ and team went above and beyond for my daughter’s soccer team tonight. We were in town for a soccer game and they were able to accommodate our group of 30+ people (I did call the week before for the reservation.) Everything was delicious, timely and the service was amazing. Special call out to Stan from Brick to help get our party reserved and set up with a reservation at Luxe. The options for this review don't really check out. You don't come here for the food... You come here to drink alcohol and smack some golf balls.

With that being said, there's nothing quite like being around 50 feet above certain death while hitting golf balls as hard as you can (there are safety nets). I enjoyed this very much. With younger children, I'd say reserve a 1st floor spot as there's nothing but a very robust (horizontal net) to stop a fall.

I get that this is not catering toward children. However some people next to us brought 10-14 year old kids. I was nervous that they would fall to their untimely doom. Luckily they were well behaved(unlike myself at that age).

The worst part was the cleanliness. We purchased 2 reserved bays for a birthday party. They were still full of the previous party's beer bottles and food waste after the hostess left us there. We had to flag down someone to help clear the trash. Nothing that big of a deal, though.

Ultimately it was a great experience in which we purchased 2 bays for about 10 people.

I'm sure the experience varies and I will definitely return to slug some beer and crush some balls.

From the start:
The young woman at the main desk who checked us in, could not have seemed less Intersted. She was dismissive and seemed annoyed that we were about to pay hundreds of dollars to be there....

We go up to our bay and the server there was good!! The golf program took a bit to actually start up and during the round, lost connection multiple times.

We got the steak Nachos..they were fine. Nothing special.

Overall, not sure if I'd go back at this point. It was fun and a good concept...but felt like a kind of a lower quality version of top golf.

They were all very kind. And had a lot of fun. Had mentioned to the front service desk and to the waitress that we were stepping outside for a few minutes so our drinks and food wouldn't be moved we still had over an hour of play time. They said not a problem, but we came back to our food and drinks gone. The waitstaff and managers cleared everything up and apologized for the mix up. But we had a lot of fun besides the mix up.

The staff at this place was super friendly and helpful to my family. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The tables were clean and the food was delicious, but I noticed that some of the golf balls were a bit worn out. Maybe they could check them for any damage? Just went there for the 1st time. My husband & i loved it. We were put in a 3rd floor bay. Due to my fear of heights, the 3rd floor didn't work. We spoke to our server, who spoke with the manager. They let us move to a 1st floor bay even though the 1st floor wasn't open. Our server, Alexandra, went back & forth from 3rd to 1st floor to check on our needs. She was awesome! Also kudos to the manager for accommodating my need to move to a lower floor. The prices weren't bad and they had a special if you go at 11am when they open. 2 hours of hitting balls for $15 per person, unlimited balls. I believe that deal may only be Monday thru Thursday. We had a bloody mary, which was good, but pricey. It was worth it as it was delicious. My husband and I will definitely go back.

My fiance and I love coming here. We brought my parents, brother and girlfriend. It was my parents first time there. The food was amazing. But the service was not, we went at 11am and it was not busy. I feel our server could have stopped by like every 10-15 mins to check in and we didn’t really get that especially with all of us drinking. Nothing was ever cleared in the 2 hours we were there nor did she ever ask if we wanted boxes at any point. my whole family has worked in the service industry and I’m always trying to be more patient or give people a pass(I’m usually even a OVER tipper) But at the end of the day alittle personality or caring for your tables goes a LONG way and we just didn’t receive that this afternoon.

Went here for the first time on Father’s Day with my husband and my step daughters and have a wonderful time! The pizza was so delicious! The wings were way too large though. The outside fireplace area is so nice and cozy. The servers were friendly and personable. It can get pretty pricey, but for a good time with a lot of laughs, i guess that’s priceless. I’ve been here multiple times, and spent well over $100 each visit. I visited this place yesterday and was treated pretty awful. I was out celebrating my son graduation (on a Wednesday) and the service was very slow. There was a large corporate party going on that took up most of the bays on the second floor. I reserved two bays for my party to play and enjoy themselves. I understood there was only 6 people per bay to play, however my party was told due to us having more than 12 people total, we were basically causing a fire hazard. Only about 10 kids actually plaid golf, which I told them, the remaining of the people were there just watching their children play. So in total it was about 16 people. Then, I made an attempt to order a flat bread pizza half and half, and was told they cannot do that, and we would have to take off the toppings ourselves. Like who does that as a customer. The bill was only allowed to be split three ways. The waiter BELLA, advised for us to go to the bar and order our food to make it more convenient

We had to wait 45min to golf so we opted to snack at the bar. Bartender was nice but completely non-observant. Forgot to bring a drink that we ordered and also took very long to get service despite us being the only ones at the bar. 3 staff members were golfing instead of tending to the customers. Each one had their own lane but we still had to wait to golf. No staff member could explain why we had to wait. Place looks nice but lacks customer service. Our family and extended family absolutely loved this driving range. We’ve visited twice in one month. Yes, it’s fun for kids. The age range we’ve had golfing is 6, 9, 12 & 14. They all would say that they had the most fun! I mean, it can’t get any better than golf driving with a video animation course, with silly creatures and warriors, dancing to music while waiting your turn, Amazing food selection 🤤 (heck I think I’ll go back just for the food. Everything we ate was delicious!), seated under heaters, driving under heaters and three levels. So just because we didn’t know what to expect, our first visit with family because my nephew is 6 we chose the ground level #1. After 10 minutes we all were bummed that we didn’t go higher. Oh, I forgot to mention, the little kids can get their own personal mini golf bag with everything they need. The kids golf bag is adorable! So, you can bring your own clubs or they have everything you’ll need at each station.
I have to say this would be a perfect place for a small 4 kids birthday party 🥳. I’m saying 4 because you do have to be patient and wait your turn. Of course, older kids and adult parties are going to have a blast. ⛳️
I highly recommend the Luxe for your next outing.

On Saturday I went to go purchase a gift card for my grandson and a nice young lady, presumably a highschooler, was having an issue while checking me out. She was super polite and helpful but she called a manager named Jimmy over to assist her. He was very unprofessional and rude towards his employee. We visited Luxe for a birthday party today. We had a group of 15 people (some were not golfing). We’re very easy, offered to keep one big check. Didn’t ask for much. Our server Gabby, is a 0/10 experience. She treated us like we didn’t have money to pay for our service. Assumed we’d tip her poorly and rolled her eyes when we asked for things.

In our future outings we will ask for anyone but her. This is the first time we’ve experienced this at Luxe Golf. We have all been here several times and have never had a prior negative experience.

My only complaint (buyer beware) is that when server presents your bill the tip is calculated off the cost of the golf bay AND anything you ordered. You can easily be dupped into paying a 20% tip on $100+ for the golf bay.

In my world, tips are earned, no one helps with the golf bay, it is self service (I even had to book it online myself...) If want an extra $20 Luxe, just up the prices of the bays…this is much more transparent and honest than burying it by asking for gratuity on them.

Been here about 3-4 other times and I gota admit today was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Went on a Saturday so I made a reservation for 6pm(as other times said “sold out”) knowing it’ll be busy. Got there on time just to be told there wasn’t any bays open. Ended up waiting a little over a hr to finally be seated. More or less what I’m getting at is why even have reservations if you can’t fulfill them. JUST A IDEA maybe don’t allow reservations on weekends and have it be first come first serve. Everything about Luxe Bays is GREAT! From the time I check in to arriving at my bay. My servers were so polite and professional (Kim & Bella) making sure that me and my son had everything we needed throughout our stay. The manager Zach is so nice and professional as well, he walks around and greets you and make sure things are going well. He also took the time out to whole a conversation with me and tell me about all the exciting things Luxes has to offer. Good service from our server Carmen, she was attentive and friendly. We had a bigger party and rented two bays for a surprise birthday. What wasn’t so great was the first floor had been left to warm up for hours before opening, but it was snowing and a cold wind could be felt constantly. Not exactly ideal, especially with kids. Should have been warned upon booking those could be the conditions. They gave us the option to move up a floor, check in gave us the wrong floor so we lost some time waiting for a worker to let us know where we should have gone.

Food is basic bar food, did its job in feeding people but wouldn’t call it great. Food pricing was reasonable.

We ended up extending after an hour, but the floor manager seemed too urgent to just get us out when we were just served our food. Make that make sense. How are you going to kick us out of the bays when we didn’t get a chance to eat yet? He was also rude in lying about getting us more plates. The plates never came. You’re the manager, manage your staff’s customer service.

Also didn’t like their auto-tip calculator including the cost of renting the bays. That’s over $200 that, as a former server myself, wouldn’t feel entitled to bc the server isn’t my golf caddy telling me how to improve my swing.

All in all, the kids and adults had fun, but didn’t enjoy getting rushed out. They should be booking 90 minute slots instead to accommodate for their slow food service.

Food was good. I went as a party of 3 for my birthday which was cut short due to the lack of heating. I don’t understand how a golf range can be year round in Wisconsin and have no heaters. The place has huge heaters on every bay and they aren’t running, and it was 10 degrees when we went. Me and my friends were looking to hit some absolute nukes but we couldn’t because are hands were numb and the cold got to the already expensive fries.

They may be open year round but that doesn't mean it won't be freezing in the winter. Went when it was 19°F and for the crazy hourly price the heaters barely worked, whoever wasn't hitting was spending their time on the indoor part warming up. The food was good but we ended up cutting our experience short due to the lack of heat. Wouldn't mind going again but never in the winter.

This place is great for a casual get together or to practice your swing. They charge for bays by the hour and it is completely worth it. Especially if you go on a night where there is a special/discount. My only complaint is that many of the balls are old and/or cracked, so you won't get true flight distances out of them. However, I did see that they added some brand new balls into the rotation last time I was there so that's good. If you're getting food I fully recommend their pizza. It's Detroit style (rectangular) and hits the spot every time. Ball tracking is pretty accurate and the service is typically good. Would recommend going.

Have been here twice now and had a great experience both times. The first visit, we just golfed, the second visit we also tried some food. We had some wings, chicken tenders, fries, a burger and some drinks. Everything tasted better than we expected. The service is great. Can’t wait to go back again.

Fun activity and good food! Overall was a great experience, just a few thoughts/ suggestions. First, I felt like the games needed further explanation. A lot of time was wasted trying to figure out what the goal of the game was/where you should hit to get the most points. Eventually we figured it out but it wasted some time being confused. Second thing is that the waitress wanted us to cash out during our play time, and the device gives you the tipping suggestion off of your total bill including what we paid for the bay which I think is being dishonest. 20% of the price of the bay is a lot of extra money. They deserve the 20% on the food and drink they served, not on the whole bill. The waitress in general was not friendly from the second we got there, and continued to be rude throughout the night. The food quality was good, tasted great, and the service was fast from the food runners. Overall, was a good experience!
