Amazing as always. Best pizza in the greater Midwest for sure! Stop and eat. You won’t be disappointed. Spicy honey is the bomb.

Tried three pizzas. Each was very different and all very delicious. We also had two salads that were very fresh and equally fantastic. Highly recommend trying this place out.

Ordered our pizza at 6:20pm. Were told to go for a walk and enjoy ourselves and be back for our pizzas at 7:10pm. When we got back for our pizzas, we waited until after 8pm! No apology, no here is some dessert for your trouble--nothing. Pizza is good but nothing is THAT good. when service leaves much to be desired. Don't offer takeout if you prioritize dine in to such an extent that takeout customers wait 2 hours. Would have come back for more and spent more money if treated more graciously--and if INSANELY long wait was acknowledged.

Pizza was pretty good. The wait for our carry out order was awful. They told us 45 minutes for our order. When we arrived, they said 10 more minutes. Finally 35 minutes later they put our pizzas in the oven. We won’t be back.

Delicious wood fired pizza with a casual atmosphere. There are traditional as well as unique options for toppings. The pistachio and onion pizza was delicious!
The service was also excellent- friendly and efficient! As well as pizza, Lyla’s serves some excellent (and huge) salads, a selection of local beers & cider.

For $15, $4.50 for gluten-free pizza crust, and $3 for chicken, my pizza was expensive. There was maybe seven pieces of chicken cubed, and perhaps two teaspoons of ground pistachios on a thick crust which was tasty. The food value and nutrition I have to rate very low and I won't go back. I am a gourmet chef so I was expecting something much different for the cost.

Wonderful local gem, Some of the best wood fired pizza I've had in a while, with some unique toppings choices that ultimately work together beautifully. I had and loved both a daily special with sausage, pesto, hot peppers, onions and chevre cheese. And also the pistachio, onion, gorgonzola, Parmesan and rosemary pizza which was excellent!

This wood fired pizza is a solid 8/10 when it stands up against any pizza anywhere. For a pizza joint in Washburn WI...we are privileged to have such awesome pizza in northern WI. I had to get the margarita pizza to truly taste the authenticity, and it didn't disappoint. The hot honey peperoni was as described but underwhelming for some reason. My wife had gluten-free pistachio and arugula pizzas, and they were certainly unique but not "pizza" in my book. The gluten-free crust, however...it is a show stopper if you are gluten conscious. However, for those of you with celiac disease... I wouldn't recommend it. We will sadly not be back because my wife does have celiacs disease and has fallen I'll 3/3 times. There is some serious cross-contamination happening. This place is worth the stop if you happen to be in town during their short business hours!

It was my first time going under the new ownership and I loved this reimagined pizza spot. I enjoy wood fired pizza and if you haven’t t been to Lyla’s definitely check them out. Really happy with my experience and so was my belly. Clean inviting location, and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

This place rules!! My wife and I are vegan and she is also gluten free, so our pizzas around town tend to be a little sad. GF crust usually makes hard, overly crispy, skinny, and small pizzas. The crust here is the BEST GF crust we've ever tasted. It's big, it's fluffy and perfectly crispy, it's delicious, AND it is vegan!! That can be another issue we face. We've gotten their pizza with out cheese and it is still SO good. We are hoping for some sort of vegan cheese one day, but the cheese-less is treating us well. Their specials are fun, their drink selections are perfect, and their salads are delicious!! It is so great to order a salad that is actually worthwhile. They're huge, they come with great and fresh toppings, and are perfectly dressed. This place clearly takes pride in using the best ingredients they can, coming up with fun and unique pizzas, offering a cozy and cool place (check out their walls!), and making their food GREAT. I could go on, but I couldn't recommend this place more and I can't even try half of their stuff lol.

Great place! We visited this past weekend and were very pleasantly surprised, especially with my gluten-free crust! We were welcomed warmly when we walked in, and the great experience continued the entire time. There are many delicious pizza choices, and it was difficult to choose! I ordered the gf crust, half with the Arugula and half with the Hot Pepperoni. So, so good I had to check our receipt to make sure we ordered gf!!!! My husband ordered a reg crust, half with S.M.O and half with Pistachio & Onion. He was very pleased as well. If you like pizza, you will not be disappointed! Thank you to the great crew at Lyla's!

Fantastic wood fired pizza!! We were in the area visiting the Apostle Islands and couldn't figure out what to eat for dinner. After looking through places to eat, we stumbled across Lyla's! Pizza always sounds good, but is it the real deal here, and is worth a drive? YES! We got three pizzas in total, and each one was just as delicious as the other! We had their special of the day, which was their homemade pizza sauce, basil, garlic, mozz, and parmesan. We also got the Jerk Chicken pizza and the Hot Pepperoni pizza. All three pizzas were absolutely delicious! Great char on the crust, which is light, airy, and has a perfect crisp biting into it! The dough is fresh, the sauce is fresh, and the toppings are all great! We were blown away at how good all of their pizzas are! You HAVE TO check this place out if you're hungry, in the mood for great pizza, or are just tired of the generic frozen/chain pizza places! One more thing, they have gluten-free crust available as well! And no, it's not just a piece of frozen cardboard from the factory, it is just as crispy and fresh as their other dough! We had the special of the day pizza on their gluten-free crust, so I am speaking from experience. Do not let gluten intolerance steer you away from enjoying a delicious pizza here!!

Also, don't let the ongoing construction on HWY 13 "make or break" your decision to eat here. There are plenty of places to park behind Lyla's with a very short walk. They have a nice little patio with restaurant access directly from their patio. There is no need to worry about going through the front door while the construction is going on!

Best wood fired pizza on Chequamegon Bay. There isn’t a single thing on the menu that isn’t delicious and it is such a fun atmosphere! Any time someone is visiting from out of area I take them here. It’s a staple for the locals and a must stop for visitors!
