Great place I like the food however the last experience was a little iffy because I walked in and placed a order for one kind of dish to go , upon getting home to see that I was given a totally different order I called to inform them that my order was wrong just for me to be told that a manager will have to call me back because none was available at that moment l, ok fine well it's almost been a week and still no call !

Ordered the broccoli and ham. Nothing like the photo. It was one broccoli flower broken apart and sprinkled on top. When it was baked the flowerets burnt. The ham was cut very small and thin. It wasn't even a serving of meat. (1oz) Again after it was baked the ham was burnt. Mac and cheese was good as always. If I lived closer I would have taken it back. This is the first time I was disappointed. Before ordering this item again I would make sure how it was going to be made and check the order before leaving.

This restaurant is my go to for some comfort mac n cheese. I have honestly only had the buffalo chicken and its my favorite. I live about 25 minutes away and still make the drive just to get it when I get the craving. The employees are always friendly and service is always prompt.

Got a salad it took 20 min, my buddy finished his whole meal before I got my salad 2 people, got their food ahead of me. Then I got my Caesar salad with almost no toppings. I even took off the macaroni so it would be easier. Threw it away because I just drove 6 hrs from toledo and did not have the energy to argue with the people working there.

2nd time ordering from this chain restaurant, first time from this location. I ordered the jalapeño popper Mac and cheese and it tasted good, but I wish there would’ve been a veggie garnish in there. It seems like from the first time to the second of going to these restaurants, the veggie garnish is no longer being put on. I thought I remembered some scallions on the pulled pork Mac, but it didn’t have them on my partners this time around. Also smaller portions than expected.

On 12/3/24 around 12:45pm a buddy and I went in to Mac’s. My buddy has never been there before so we looked at the menus for a while before ordering. After we ordered my buddy went to use the bathroom and I went to fill up my drink. Behind me I hear the counter hostess yelling into the kitchen about how long we took to order our food and how annoying it was. She was scrolling on her phone as we were thinking of what to order. She said it never takes her that long to order her food and how she was able to watch 3 long YouTube shorts on her while we were thinking about what to order. And this was very loud I almost couldn’t believe that she did not think I could hear her. She must not have realized I was standing right there. Someone in the kitchen replied “some people just take a while to decide not a big deal” and the hostess yelled back “yeah but not that fricking long, that’s was ridiculous.” I’ve never had such a rude encounter with staff when going out to eat. I love Mac’s but I don’t think I will be going back to this location

Frustrating online order experience. No way to get your order without standing in line, because there’s only one person to take orders, deliver orders to tables, and grab online orders from behind the counter. So I stood looking at my order for 5 minutes while 4 people ahead of placed orders and 3 orders got delivered to tables. Food is good though, and the staff are great.

Came here a lot while I worked at MKE. Food was always good and the people are nice. Definitely has a variety of options on the menu and the dishes are creative. Never had a bad experience at this location and my order was always ready in 10 minutes or so. Only got the wrong food one time which wasn’t a big deal as mistakes happen. The Mac and cheese was overall very good with the exception of the sauce they use. The Mac itself tasted very high quality, and was genuinely delicious, but the sauce seemed like it was the cheapest stuff they could grab from the store. Overall it was a very good meal, but the contrast of quality between the good and sauce was very jarring.

I stopped by MAC on June 15, and got my favorite Buffalo Chicken Mac. My stomach has been extremely upset since I ate the Buffalo Chicken Mac. I haven’t eaten anything else, so I know it’s their food.
Please be cautious about their chicken meals, because possibly the chicken is spoiled. I’d hate to even think that my food was tainted! This is unfortunate, because I love this restaurant, but I won’t be giving them another chance to make me this sick.
I’ll try to get what’s left over to the health department for examination.

Have come to this Macs often when we are in the area. Usually a lovely place. Today ordered 2 regular Mac sized dishes and a side of soup. My boyfriend and I love to come get Mac and cheese from here!! Today I decided to try out one of their December specials; chicken Parmesan Mac and cheese. I love this place but the past 2 times I have ordered online and picked up they forgot to include an ingredient that I added to the order and was charged for it. It even says it on the receipt. We used to come here once or twice a month, but due to dwindling quality we’ve been coming less. Tonight we had two adult orders and a children’s Mac. Both the adult orders had chilled noodles in the middle while the toppings were hot. My wife was able to get hers reheated and I kept mine to keep our toddler content. After getting to the hamburger, I found that the patty was still raw on the inside.

The woman at the front counter was very friendly and took a picture to show the manager. Rather than stepping out to explain the situation, the manager decided to let the woman at the front counter refund us with cash. Pretty sad lack of accountability by management. We grew to love Macs through the Sun Prairie location, but the Oak Creek location has lost our business. Seems like recent reviews share the same general idea.

FIFTY BUCKS for 4 people is embarrassing to admit to waste .
