The serving sizes are decent, but I’m not a fan of the breading used on the chicken. I do like that it’s minimally processed and whole chicken, but the breading is bland and dry. My fries were also rock hard.

After standing inside for 5 mins at 11:25 when they open at 11, while I’m on my 30 minute lunch break I get told that they aren’t taking orders for 30 minutes which means they aren’t taking orders till noon. Which means someone was probably late and they weren’t ready to go. Wasted a paying customers time. I sat there for 5 mins waiting to get my order taken and the guy was standing inside looking at me and then came and told me that they weren’t taking orders till noon. Come on!

I been trying contacting them since last night for order that I made through uber eats that got accidentally got cancelled and still got charged 41 dollars and I didn’t get anything no food or nothing I show up they already had throw away my food not even 15min after I ordered it so uber eats is charging for something that I didn’t even receive but mangers can’t answer there phone I been calling almost 30times and to top it off they said they couldn’t make my phone again so disappointed with the service there !!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Mad Chicken tonight in Brookfield! The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were outstanding. The dessert was a real highlight – simply amazing! Look, I’m don’t want to be this person, but in this economy, every dollar counts. I just had an employee from the store Try to gaslight me and say that they don’t charge higher prices for their pick up. Here are photo evidence of what’s on their menu versus what I got charged. She tried to tell me I did it through DoorDash. I showed her step-by-step where I went through on the website. And then she just went silent and didn’t follow up with anything because she had nothing to say to me. You can clearly see it in the raspberry chimichangas at least. And, you cannot say that that is the price with tax included because I did get charged tax. I just cut off that portion of the photo because it also gave my card information.

Brought my team of 20 soccer players in at 1015 pm. It was the only thing still open in the area.

They did not miss a beat, got everyone's order in, the food came up quick and they made sure everyone got what they asked for.

I’ve eaten at the one by St Luke’s and was impressed. Here, however, the chicken was a lower quality than McDonald’s or Taco Bell. Having a consistency of cat food. Not to mention they charge almost $4 for a can soda?!? This place will soon match the rest of the mostly abandon mall.

My wife and I tried Mad Chicken today. We shared a warm Chicken salad and a chicken tot and cheese bowl. When we ordered there was a large choice of sauces. I asked what their signature Mad sauce tasted like, the person couldn't tell me. The server was very quiet and came off as cold. The food was very good and the savings of food were large. We will try again.

I enjoy Mad Chicken's food. However today's experience will likely make this my last visit to this location after coming weekly for the past 3 months. I ordered the Mad and Cheese bowl and a coke to drink. It's always annoyed me that the local locations I've gone to sell 12oz cans and don't use a fountain soda machine, but I've dealt with it. Today the food was more than I remember so I kept looking at the prices trying to see if things went up. Nope. The guy decided to ring me in for a combo rather than just the drink without asking me. I didn't say "meal, combo, special" or anything that implied I wanted more than a can of coke. Missing food items can be replaced. People scamming for an extra couple of dollars in sales (or maybe there is some corporate kickback for selling enough combos) will keep me away from this location.

Went at 3PM on Sunday. Chicken tenders, fries, and jalapeño poppers. Chicken was luke warm, but dry as though it had sat under a heat lamp when it vame out of the fryer. The jalapeño peppers were cold in the middle. I would have been okay waiting 8 minutes for food to be prepared, knowing I went at an odd hour on a less busy day.

Food was OK but we can say we've been now. This place is in the old Fuve Guys in Brookfield Square. Was shocked to see that only 3 other places remain in that Food Court. Service was fine, mainly because we were the only people there (another couple came in after us). The ambiance was akin to a prison dining hall. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Had a number 6...Mad fire. The chicken sandwich reminded me of a Wendy's spicy chicken. In blind taste probably couldn't tell which was which. The 'grilled' chicken sandwich wasn't grilled, it was steamed and way too long for it was like leather. Also had scant tomato and lettuce. The Mad Fries were not crispy (done) and the chicken was also tough as leather. I did tell them the sandwich was not edible, they offered me another choice. I declined as the first 2 meals were not good. They did not offer to refund my $. Will not be returning there.

I got the mad fries with mango habanero and my daughter got the mad chicken, both were AMAZING! I loved that right after we put our order in you hear the fryers start up and it all came out fresh and crispy. We also got an order of the deep fried Oreos and they were perfectly done! The gentleman at the register was a delight and just so sweet. I don’t live in the area but I wish I could support this spot a bit more.

Tried Mad Chicken for lunch and wow! So good! Chicken was cooked perfectly-the seasoning is phenomenal. I had the chicken and waffles, my husband had chicken tenders and fries. Friendly service and quick turnaround on the food from when we placed our order. It looks as if the restaurant hasn’t been completed in terms of decor etc. Overall, I will return for the food!
