Went here after an abysmal experience at BW3 and a quick Google search for boneless wings since our favorite (AJ O’Brady’s) is now closed. Mad Chicken place was completely empty - we were greeted with a smile and immediate service, patient explanation of their combos, and after a brief time to cook, hot and fresh waffle fries and boneless wings. Very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and speed of service and quality of food. Juicy, hot, crispy, and fresh! We have a new favorite spot for boneless wings!

First time trying from this location and I love it! When first coming in the staff were really nice and welcoming. The pricing is not bad for the amount of food that I got. I ordered the Chicken and Mac n Cheese bowl with a spicy buffalo sauce and it was so good! The chicken was so crispy and fresh along with the Mac n cheese was really good but the buffalo sauce is what made it taste even better. Had just the right amount of spice and sauce to it, not making the chicken soggy or over powering it. I would most definitely get it again along with fries. The portion was just right, I’m not feeling bloated or empty afterwards I feel fulfilled. I would highly recommend going to this location!

Originally I came in as door dasher delivering mad chicken to folks. Even when I was just delivering, Taher the cashier is amazing and I don't mean that as exaggeration. He is always friendly and really easy to talk to whenever i come to pick up a order. So eventually I was like well I do a lot of deliveries with mad chicken so might as well try it and I do not regret it. The food was absolutely delicious, fries was perfect as well, everything was cooked fresh. Sadly the highest rating is only 5 but if i could rate it higher i definitely would. Phenomenal service. Went to get a quick and delicious meal, and got just that. Wonderful breading and juicy chicken. Fries were just the right amount of crispy and tasted superb. Was treated very kindly when purchasing and kindly offered sauces and checked in on us during our meal. Will say the tables were a little sticky, but didn't ruin the experience. I have ordered from Mad Chicken through DoorDash many many times, it was always amazing. For the first time today I actually went there and went inside. I want to thoroughly compliment the team there who was on the pm crew. The cashier was kind, funny, and very friendly. My food came out quickly and I took it to go. The chicken strips here are amazing and I am super picky about chicken tenders. The garlic parm sauce is the bomb. If you get the bowls, get the sauce on the side so you can control how much sauce goes in. Sandwiches are great too.

Disappointing. The bone in wings were microscopic and over done. Boneless wings were edible for my kids. The meal was way overpriced. Waffle fries were soggy. Fried pickles were ok but nothing special. Spent 60+ delivery; the only thing worth wile was the speedy delivery by the instacart app. They had great communication and were fast. I won’t be getting mad chicken again. Quality from KFC is better. Which is sad, but true.

Not sure where my first review went but I’ll make it again so I went to place my order , after I I ordered I went to the bathroom but I didn’t notice the bathroom was a single person bathroom only so I went in and saw the worker (younger guy with a hat Arabian or Indian I’m not sure ) pull his pants up after having a bowel moment , I stepped out because I figured he was going to wash his hands but he didn’t he just flushed the toilet and came right out . I canceled my order and left . That’s highly disgusting . When I asked for a refund from the manager (older Arabian or Indian guy not sure ) he argued me that the guy washed his hands I stated how are you going to say that when you weren’t there nor did you see what I saw , eventually he complied and gave me refund . Honestly wanted to love this place since it took over teriyaki madness, but we gave it a go and ended up disappointed. The biggest issue is price, not worth it for a what you get. My bf got the wrap and it’s the smallest tortilla wrap I have ever seen someone try to sell, and for $12? There was little to no sauce on it, basically lettuce and a tender. We almost instantly regretted our visit. The place looked pretty run down, but despite that, we thought we'd give it a try. The cashier was having a personal call the entire time we were in the restaurant, including while he took our order. Bought a combo and after paying, he handed us a can of soda instead of a fountain beverage. Once we sat down, we noticed the soda machine was down and looked to have been that way for quite some time. My family and I went to Mad Chicken in Germantown thinking it was going to be a good, reasonably quick meal. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. When we got our food for take out, we never got our mac n cheese that we ordered. The soda machine was broken, so if you ordered a combo you got a can of soda, and there was no place to get even a cup of water. We didn't get offered any sauces for the chicken tenders we ordered either, but we were given 3 ketchup packets. There was no place in the restaurant for a family of 5 to sit unless you wanted to take a chair from a different table-- that is why we took our food to go. While there, unfortunately several customers were made the wrong items. At no point did staff say it was going to be a little bit or they were running behind on orders. All-in-all a very disappointing experience.

Ive ordered here pretty often. i always drove out to Milwaukee just so i could get some of their food and was super excited when they opened up out here. I guess i set my expectations too high. every-time I ask for extra mad sauce on doordash i get charged and theres nothing “extra” about it. Terrible!!! Ordered online for 5 of us at work today for pick up at 11 AM. We showed up at 11 AM to pick up. Told they didn’t open for 10 minutes. We let them know it was already 11 AM and we had an online order to pick up. The employee grabbed the order off the printer and asked if it was ours, clearly never starting it. He said give them 10 minutes and it will be ready. We ended up waiting 30 minutes with no apology at all. Food was not good at all. Very bland and low quality ingredients. One person in our group ordered a buffalo chicken bowl and got no buffalo sauce. Just plain chicken. It should have been a red flag when we were the only people in the restaurant for a whole half hour during lunch time. Do yourself a favor and go to Daves Hot Chicken down the road. Their food is always on time, hot and perfectly done.

In one word. Don’t.
I appreciate fried chicken like any person of colour might, coming from Louisiana my grandmother made the absolute best.
Well, I had high hopes going into mad chicken and those disappeared on the first bite.
That first bite was the waffle fries, could not taste any potato, only a weird oily texture.
Moved swiftly unto the tenders, a little over cooked, not the end of the world. Again a weird taste which may have been the oil or the breading, could not tell.
Thought I’d spice things up with the mad sauce but no, it tastes like a pickle blended in mayonnaise and yep, it does not work.
I’d say save your 20 dollars for somewhere else, Culvers is close by and is a big step up. Never thought I’d say that. Amen. God bless the chicken lovers out there 🙏🏼

I was so excited when I saw that mad chicken came to the Germantown area. They do not disappoint. I go in to pick up my food every time and the chicken tenders are always hot and made fresh. I can’t seem to get that anywhere else anymore. And I like the seasoning they use on these chicken tenders. Amazing. I highly recommend the chicken tenders as that’s all I ever get lol and my husband loves their fries.

I've been to this restaurant twice in the past month. While the food is good and the cashier is very nice and eager to please it still doesn't appear that they're fully set up to do business. Both times they didn't have change readily available for cash purchases AND their ice and soda dispenser isn't set up so no ice and no refills just a can of soda. They're not creating the best first impressions! I asked when they plan to have the ice and soda dispenser connected and they couldn't tell me which probably means "not anytime soon". I probably won't be back as there are plenty of other options nearby that are fully set up and ready to fully service their customers.

walked in at 1250 pm Sunday. only a couple of guests, plenty of seating. ordered a grill chicken salad. I verified the time on my receipt. It took over 20 minutes to get the salad. It was a togo order. If they had told me it would be 20 minutes. I would have either tried some place else or came back. I watched maybe 6 or 7 orders came out for grubhub or similar services.

So forewarned order ahead.

the salad was one of the best garden salad I've had. fresh, not loaded with 95% lettuce but, with a variety of veggies...pepper, tomatoes. onions, carrots and others that made it a treat. The chicken was plentiful maybe 6oz or more and was seasoned well.

I would stop again but I would order a head. I could have gone home and grilled my own chicken breast and made my own salad for the time I waited.

We had a late night of working in the yard and needed some dinner. The late service hours are awesome. We had the chicken tenders, delicious, juicy and tender. Plenty of dipping sauces to choose from, we went Mad Fire has the perfect amount of heat. The wings were cooked to our request perfectly slightly extra crispy. Definitely will go back to try some of the other menu items.

Fries were really crunchy and I honestly prefer that over soggy fries. Chicken sandwich was a large portion size, which was great and I was starting to get full after 4 bites. Will go to this place more often for their fries lool

Been here 3 times so far, chicken tenders were amazing, breading is flavorful and the chicken is tender. It’s great because they cook everything fresh after you order.
