The cashier was not friendly and was unknowledgeable; when asked what mad sauce was, he said it was a “pink sauce,” whatever that means. The food was pretty good other than the chicken being a bit stringy. I was not satisfied with how much sauce was given, felt it was very stingy, barely covered any of the mad fries. Fountain soda had a chlorinated taste, maybe the ice? I’d try another location but I was disappointed with this location. They were also out of buns which is kinda wild for a place where half the menu is sandwiches.

Good god where do I begin?? The waitress/cashier was rude as all hell barely even wanting to talk to us, didn’t want to repeat or tell us what all came with the combos. Then we get our food, we get home open up the bowl…the chicken tasted like fish, the tator tots were tasting like cardboard that was deep fried. And don’t get me started on the Mac and cheese, the fricken soda had more flavor than the meal. Like how do you mess up that bad?? And the cheese? Barely any. 0/10 don’t recommend, walk right past them and just flip them off the whole time…the amount of disrespect we tasted…disgusting…I recommend going to the Japanese/ lil Tokyo place…which was our first choice but my hubby seen a video on how they made their chicken at mad chicken so we decided to check it out…next time and probably for the rest of our lives I’m going to choose where we eat.

Horrible experience!! I ordered 3 meals and it cost over $80, but none of the meals came with the sauces I requested with them so it was just dry, sauceless chicken. (Also, I spent like $10 on all these extra sauces because the whole reason I wanted it is because I love a good dipping sauce and was excited to try their different flavors.) Not only did I not get my extra sauce, I didn’t get any sauce at all! I was sick and didn’t feel like driving 40 minutes round trip to go back to the store for sauce just for my meal to be cold, so I tried calling them with the phone number provided. But of course their phone number is out of service and all the online sites used that same out of service number. The food was not great either, especially for what they charge. We spent all that money and ended up not even eating most of it, but I can’t even complain because they don’t have a working phone number.

I recently visited Mad Chicken in Milwaukee, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat.

The food was good.. But the workers were rude and liars. They have a product that offers sauces and they originally tried to charge me for extra sauces. After i asked they took the extra charge off. — After my order was made they kept the sauces. I told them that they were mine and they insisted that they did not belong to me… By the time the whole sauce ordeal was over with my food was cold. After i ate it I went back up there and asked for the general manager and the same lady came out … named ‘alaina’ and said that she is the manager, general manager, and regional manager (which i did not believe). And basically explained that it was busy (which there was only 3 orders)… And continued to try to brush me off. Otherwise the food was descent and it was a pretty generous amount.

We were at 1/2 price books and although we haven’t been to the mall in quite a while, I thought the food court would have been fun for dinner. Big Mistake! As we looked around it appeared the restaurants were beginning to break down for the night. 2 of the three of us decided on Mad Chicken which we wanted to try.
Approached the counter and a woman peered out of the pass through window. Then a very young man came out. He was all of 12 years old . We ordered the 8 piece tenders and made it a combo with large fries and drink. We asked how big the friend were because we were sharing. He said “regular” and made some hand gesture. So we ordered a additional large fries so there would be enough for us all. We took the drink and sat down. The food didn’t take long at all. The tenders looked nice but we’re not the hottest. I feel they were made and re-heated. The fries were over cooked for waffle fries and the large was a huge take out container and then there was the combo portion is another big container. So ALOT of fries. Sauce? Sauce? We asked for blue cheese. We got 2 small plastic containers filled 1/3 of the way with yellow goo, certainly not enough for 8 tenders. I opened and smelled one and it was rancid. No way that was fresh or edible. It smelled like vinegar and we surely would have gotten food poisoning from that sauce.
I took the sauce up to the woman and she argued with me that they only give 2 sauces and there is nothing wrong with this blue cheese sauce. She said it’s a new brand at their location and that’s just how it is. Seriously? The amount wasn’t enough for 1 tender let alone 8 and it was inedible. She finally gave us 2 cups of pre packaged and sealed , chilled Hidden Valley Ranch. Perfect! The other person in our party asked for Honey Mustard in which we had to pay .79 and again… the small cup they fill on site and it was somewhere between fluorescent green and yellow. So we paid for something we didn’t use.
I feel if you are selling Chicken you need to have fresh, adequate sauce options. Ensure your guest has enough sauce!
You also need to have a personality and appear that you appreciate someone patronizing your restaurant. You also need to offer ketchup for the fries!
You can’t treat the customer as a inconvenience and act like that sauce is coming out of your paycheck.
To top it off we begin to eat and a security guard walks by and says “malls closed” plenty of people were still eating and the website said 9:00pm yet it was 7:45 PM and we are told the mall is closed.
We took the rest of the food home. I asked prior to ordering if they were open because when that woman popped her head out that small pass through window she appeared she was sleeping back there!

Truly disappointing. I can see why Southridge is closing. This is so very sad compared to what a glorious place it once was. Now filled with these “off brand” businesses and rude salespeople and guards.

It was almost good. I got the chicken hoagie, it comes with 2 tenders on a bun. My first bite came with a piece of wilted lettuce, which I had to remove all of it, and had a huge spinal piece in the middle. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the bread was tough and chewy. The service was good and the wait was short. I opted for the combo that includes a drink and waffle fries. I could have saved the extra $3.50 because I only got 9 fries with the meal. At least they were hot. The sauce that they put on the sandwich was kinda tasty. Although I think it gets overpowered by the mayo and other ingredients that are added. I think I'll try to find out if there are other locations around, this one is in the food court of the mall.

First and last time at Mad Chicken. So much feathers the chicken could practically still fly. My Boyfriend ordered the fried chicken and spent most of the time plucking the feathers off. He didn’t want to take it back because the service we received was already bad. We waited 15 minutes for chicken with feathers still on it. You can tell this is a sell only establishment meaning they don’t eat their own food, they just sell it. My boyfriend asked what sauce Sarah would recommend and she simply said it was up to him. Ordered 6 tenders and fries and a side of ranch Took 16min to make. A line had just formed and i was the first one in line.They put ranch on the chicken and a good amount of it. Made the chicken soggy. It was good still but id perfer it on the side. And 16min to wait. Thats definitely pushing it. Ill go somewhere else if that's how long of a wait it will be.
