Cool and Comfortable vibe, very clean, good music playing, and friendly workers! They also have some outdoor seating available! The food did not disappoint! The delicious flavors and the portion sizes were everything I expected them to be! My first time eating here and the food was very good and very fresh. Hot and delicious! There's a decent amount of variety and a lot of the dishes looks so good it was hard to make up my mind which one to get. Seemed like it took a while to get my food but it was hot and fresh and that made up for it. It's a small establishment. Not alot of room waiting room or places to sit. But it was CLEAN. I would definitely recommend you try this place out. I had the chicken and brown rice bowl and I was pretty pleased with it. Next time I'm definitely going to try the chicken and macaroni!

I came into the restaurant around 10:30 pm, close to closing time, and I was impressed with how fresh and delicious the food was. Everything came out very quickly without sacrificing quality. Update: I ordered the Mad Rice Bowl with Grilled Chicken w/ mango habanero sauce. It was fresh, hot and the chicken was super tender. The sauce was great and the fries were on point. Definitely coming back. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Open til 3am. Go get some!

Mad Chicken is delicious!! I've been going to Mad Chicken since they were in the Fox River Mall years ago and my feelings have not changed. The chicken is seasoned very well and is tasty, as are the waffle fries. This location is smaller, so I don't know if I'd sit down in the restaurant, but it is worth ordering online and picking up.

Best chicken you can find! They have been open for only 20 days at their Menasha location and I’ve already been there 3x! By far one of my favorite places to eat! I was craving it since it left the Fox River mall. If you haven’t tried it, you have to! So fresh and always delicious! I have never been disappointed and my family calls me a foodie! Their staff is also always very nice! My favorites are the mad fries and any of the wraps! My kids love the tenders!

Tried this out for the first time, really enjoyed it. I don't usually leave reviews for good food but the experience truly was exceptional. Chicken was to die for, waffle fries were great, and the sauce was like Raising Cane's sauce but 50 times better. Staff was also super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working. I dined in and had tenders, fries, a drink, plus I added cheese curds. They have lunch specials which are a great addition to the menu. I've been to several Mad Chicken locations including Oshkosh, Green Bay, old Fox River Mall location, Milwaukee and now Menasha and I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. Mad Chicken is easily my favorite chicken restaurant the Valley because the food is always fresh/natural, and tastes great, plus the staff is great. A nice addition to Menasha and the Valley.
