I love the menu items but I kindly want to remind people to follow through the orders correctly. Having worked in the service industry, I KNOW the feeling that people get once they know there were missing items in their orders. Horrible experience here. Wanted to go and try it for the first time since it was one of the only places open so late. Tried to go and check out the type of oil that they use on their website since I am allergic to peanuts, but couldn't find anything on it so decided that I can ask up front. When I asked when I got to the counter, the only response I got was "I don't know." and when I asked if they could go and check real quick so that I could eat, all I got told was "No. I don't know" and after that I just left. This was the first time in my entire life in where I have been blatantly told that they wouldn't check something that if I actually risked it and ate their food, could have ended up in the hospital or dead.

Tonight was my second time trying Mad Chicken, and while the garden chicken salad itself was pretty good, the experience overall wasn't great. The staff were unprofessional and not very friendly, which was a big letdown for me. It was disappointing to have my child witness and also feel uncomfortable with the staff unprofessional unfriendly behavior. As locals We will not be returning.

The chicken isn't good. For a place called Mad Chicken, that should be the whole point. Tenders were dry and overcooked, and lacked crunch and seasoning.

It seems like this place mainly does to-go and pickup orders. We were going to eat there, but it was packed up for us to takeout. Everyone else who came in while we were waiting were delivery drivers or people picking up mobile orders.

I ate one tender and had to smother it in sauce, which was ok but nothing special. The fries were completely soggy since they're packed in clamshells. Honestly, we trashed the rest of our order, and that's pretty sad since it was over $30 worth of food wasted. 😔

This was the 2nd chance visit, and unfortunately, there won't be a 3rd.

Stopped at this location on a dead Friday afternoon. Was told it would be 15 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich, and I asked if a different sandwich would be sooner. I was told yes. I didn't walk out of there until 25 minutes later and all I asked for was a chicken sandwich and a side of coleslaw. 2 items, nearly 20 dollars, and I could have got a similar quality meal for much less and more quickly. It wasn't the carriers fault though, because they told me they were yelled at for asking for the order and yelled at again that my order wasn't ready, even though it was. My food came cold and soggy. My wife has been dying to try this place since we moved to the area. Nice clean place with a pleasant enough staff. The food, on the other hand, was a huge let down. Fries were cold and under cooked. My wife's grilled chicken sandwich consisted of 2 tiny chicken tenders that only covered half the bun. Mine and my kids chicken deluxe sandwiches were dry, and obviously not fresh. I've been in the restaurant industry for a long time and these tenders clearly had been under a heat lamp for some time. Sad as we were really looking forward to this place.
